Condo Description:
Beautiful downtown 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of Leavenworth.
Living/Dining Area: Living room features a 55" LCD TV and DVD Blu-ray player, gas fireplace, comfortable microfiber couch and loveseat, and accent chair. Dining room features a beautiful live-edge wooden table with ample seating for 6, and 3 bar stools for kitchen counter service.
Kitchen: Well-appointed and has stainless appliances and granite countertops. Fridge with ice and water dispenser. Well-stocked cooking utensils, garbage disposal, and dishwasher make cooking a breeze.
Primary bedroom: King-size memory foam mattress with modern furniture. A 40" LCD TV and Blu-Ray DVD player are also present to snuggle and watch movies. Features large en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks & walk-in closet.
Secondary bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed with ample closet space.
Secondary bathroom: Features full-size tub and shower.
Additional features: In-unit laundry, and mix of carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Outdoor patio: Comfortable patio furniture (loveseat and 2 chairs) for lounging + bistro table and 4 chairs will allow for outdoor dining and enjoyment of the downtown scene.
1st Floor end-unit: Slightly above street level for privacy. Location gets lots of light and has large patio. Across the street is the Loge complex with the Iconoclast Cafe and Bar. Like people watching? We have some of the greatest in town! Unit is located in a great area, right in Downtown Leavenworth. With our great location, also comes the sounds and noise of a vibrant town scene.
The brewery across the street will often host live music on weekend evenings from a variety of artists/bands which can be heard up until 10PM. If you like music, you can sit on the patio, enjoy the tunes and people watching. Sometimes the music can be loud.
Unit is located on ground floor adjacent to 9th Street and a small alley. Some vehicle traffic can be heard from time to time including: garbage trucks, delivery trucks and snow plows in the winter time that access the alley - usually earlier in the morning (Sometimes as early as 4AM during winter). This is unpredictable and outside of our control - just part of small-town city life.
Weekdays tend to be much quieter (and less crowded) if you are looking for a more laid back experience.
**PARKING: Each condo unit in the building is assigned a SINGLE parking spot that can accommodate ONE car only. Our cleaning service uses this spot when cleaning the unit between guests, and will not be available for guests to have an early check-in or late check-out.
We highly recommend traveling with one car only. If you are traveling with a second car, you will need to find street parking outside/around town. Parking overnight on city streets is prohibited between November 15th and March 15th each year to accommodate snow plowing. The city has installed parking meters around town, including in front of our building. This may limit the amount of time that one can park in a single spot. Currently, there is no paid parking lot that allows overnight parking.

The condo was somewhat tricky to find in spite of the excellent map provided and GPS to guide us! When we finally did arrive, it all made sense. Everything was sparkling clean and so spacious , so much nicer than a hotel room for the four of us. We appreciated the little amenities like the beverages, popcorn and condiments provided. The kitchen was very well equipped though we didn’t cook at all during our stay ….. too many restaurants to explore and a wedding to celebrate! Check ins and outs were seamless and very much on the honour system. We would certainly recommend this unit to others highly. My one caveat would be that the location is hilly (as is much of Leavenworth) which is a bit of a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. I require a walker.

The commercial/industrial vehicle traffic in the east alley was a major distraction to this unit. Loud refuge collection and other large commercial vehicle activities as early as before 5am is so incorrect for a 10pm-8am quite hour. The city has a significant problem with a lack of an ordinance to respect personal space.

The family and I had a great trip in the heart of Leavenworth. Easy access to everything you could possibly want to see and enjoy. The home is fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here.

My girlfriends and I loved our stay in the very center of town. We had everything we’d needed in the condo. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Parking more than one car was a bit challenging but that’s a Leavenworth issue. Thanks so much!

We had never been to Leavenworth as a family, and we decided to go for our daughter’s spring break. This condo is in the perfect location! A few steps from the main area and a quick walk to nature trails, there’s no shortage of exciting adventures…without needing a car! Lisa is a great host who communicates so well. The condo is clean, comfortable, secure, and well supplied. It was also very peaceful and quiet at night. We very much enjoyed our home away from home!

This property was beautiful and comfortably furnished. The location was ideal being not only in town but also on the edge of the river. Off street parking was tight but one of the best amenities provided. The ice and water dispenser were also much appreciated… it’s the little things that we sometimes take for granted. If ever available I would stay here again. Lisa was a communicative host and everything went smoothly.

The apartment was great, lots of space, nice bedrooms and fully stocked. The place was incredible clean and the host even left a little christmas tree up for us. Great location, right in town but not on the main street. Would recommend.

Even though we were looking forward to our trip we underestimated just how special a place Leavenworth is in the winter. Our girls were captivated by all the lights and had a blast playing in the snow. The convenience of being able to walk to town and tow the girls in a sled made going in and out so easy in such cold temperatures. This condo is close to everything while being away from the noise. Rooms and closets were spacious. They thought of everything in laying out the amenities and we appreciated the stocked up hot chocolate and popcorn too! Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!

Location was good, within walking distance of the main street. Condo was exceptionally clean and the amenities were high end (decor, bedding, kitchen appliances, bathroom, sheets/bath towels, and furniture).
Security for the building was good and we felt safe staying there with multiple safe guards and security codes.
Will recommend condo to friends visiting Leavenworth.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Great communication from the host. The kitchen was well appointed and had many extras. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. Location was very close to all of the downtown action. Views were a bit lacking, but not a big issue. A bit noisy in the mornings with trucks going through alley outside bedroom windows.

We stayed 2 nights a couple days before Christmas. Leavenworth during Christmas time is absolutely magical. I think my kids cheeks hurt from all the smiling. This condo could not be in a better location. It's just behind the main drag. Super close even for young kids but also far enough away that you're not disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We went on a slight ride, went tubing and to the new alpine rollercoaster and this condo is in such a great location for all of it. Very short drives. The unit is very spacious and was immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked nicely and even had a wonderful cupboard with some hot cocoa, cider packets, popcorn ect. We LOVED that. The beds were comfy and the furniture in the main room (even a Christmas tree) was in great shape and very clean. My husband and I enjoyed the nice furniture outside on deck with some mulled wine when the kids went to bed. It has a great view of the Christmas lights down on the main drag. We had a couple communications with the condo hosts and each time they immediately responded and were extremely kind to deal. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this condo and hosts to anyone we know. We can't wait to return this summer for some hiking! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with my family:-)

The condo was just as described and very comfortable for two couples. It is located in the ground floor and easily accessible from the street. It is a short walk to front street and the center if activity, but far enough away to be quiet.
We did not have a car, so didn’t use the garage or elevator.

We loved our stay. So close to Main Street shopping and dining. The apartment is on ground level so the views are not wonderful but if you’re like us and get out to do things, this is perfect.

We are old friends from high school who get away together for a few nights every fall. This condo was in the perfect location. It’s right in town! The condo is in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotless and in working order. We also felt very safe.

My husband and I loved everything about this condo. The location was perfect - right next to town and all the amazing shops and restaurants.
One of our favorite parts was the porch. We spent quite a bit of time just relaxing in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings playing cards with a glass of wine.

Location is the most important feature of any vrbo that we reserve and for that reason we reserved this two-bedroom, 2-bath condo for just the two of us. The location didn't disappoint. I use a mobility walker and I was able to easily get to the interesting parts of shopping, restaurants and wine tastings. The condo more than met expectations; there was even parchment paper in the kitchen! I brought my own because it's something I never would have expected. Lisa even has a little drawer with some stationery-type necessities such as pens, pencils and tape. I highly recommend this vrbo and can't imagine why anyone would want to stay anywhere else.

This condo was spotless and spacious. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Leavenworth. ( I was a little nervous when I was asked to provide a cell number and address of all members of my party, but I think that may be a Washington state regulation for "short term rentals". Anyways, just letting everyone know, it was not a problem)

We are repeat visitors, and we will continue to be! Easy check in, Lisa is so wonderful. Home is immaculate and so well stocked, with only essentials, no clutter! Cozy, well decorated, perfect location. We always feel like we are 'home' when coming here to visit. Cannot wait to go back!
