About this house rental

This home was built in the early 1950's and has a lovely Laguna Beach house feel. The entrance is off a small cul-de-sac in the gated community of Lagunita. The kitchen, master bedroom with king bed with walk/roll in shower/grab bars and a second bedroom with en suite bath and queen bed are on the main level. The dining room table, which works well as a game table, too, is located next to two large windows looking out to the ocean. The lower level has two more bedrooms and a bunk room (we call it the tree room - you will see why). All bedrooms have en suite baths, master has king size bed and fantastic ocean views, bedrooms two and three have queen sized beds with views of the ocean, bedroom four has two twin beds. Bunk room has two single beds. Most rooms have ocean, sunset and Catalina views. This house has great outdoor living space with large wrap around decks and patios, BBQ, deck chairs and tables.
It is a short walk down the street to Victoria Beach - I think one of the prettiest beaches in Laguna. The house comes with sheets, towels, outfitted kitchen, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas and beach toys! There is an outdoor shower to shower off after a day at the beach. The home is close enough to the beach to come up during the day for bathroom breaks, snacks, naps, and breaks.

We loved staying in this wonderful home. It is very spacious, comfortable, incredible views of the ocean and literally just a few steps to the beach. It is also easy and convenient to get to town and shopping. The Odells welcomed us to their home and made the process as easy as possible. It was a perfect vacation. Thank you!

This home is comfortable, well equipped and a great location close to one of the best beaches. The space was perfect for our family of five adults and four young teens. Fabulous views and a wonderful beach. We loved our time there. The owners are very accommodating.

the only hesitation I have by giving 5 stars is the fear that I might have more competition when I want to re-book! The home is roomy and comfortable, with large decks on both levels and 3 sides. Great ocean views & sounds, very close to the beach with a good collection of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys/games. less than 5 minute walk to the free trolley trolley to downtown/restaurants during the summer. 1 minute to grocery store.

We 100 % enjoyed the location, the view, the direct access to the quiet beach of Victoria. A very well equiped house... We would have liked staying longer but we had to come back to France. We really appreciate the global service of the rental agent !!

My girlfriends and I rent a house each year for our annual girls weekend and choose Laguna Beach this summer. The house was more than perfect, with great views from the balconies, easy access to the beach, plenty of space and 5 bathrooms to accommodate all nine of us. The only thing I would recommend is newer bed linens otherwise it was very clean and well maintained. The location is a little far from the main street requiring us to drive or take long walks which wasn't terrible since the weather was beautiful. Chuck, the property manager was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home right from the start. One of our best weekends with the girls! Thanks so much for helping us create more great memories!
