The perfect location! Ski-in/ski-out to the Sun Valley Resort (River Run) and walk a short distance to the town center of Ketchum for dining, shopping, and nightlife. This beautifully decorated condominium has 3 bedrooms. The main level has the master bedroom with queen bed, HD TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom with large shower. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with large shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and deck looking out to the ski area. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, HD TV, and DVD player. You access the upstairs with a spiral staircase. The living room has a gas fireplace, HD TV with DVD player, and deck. There is a bistro table on the main floor deck and Adirondack chairs on the upstairs deck -- both with views of Baldy. The kitchen was completely remodeled in Dec 2021. The bathrooms were remodeled in May 2017 (there are no bath tubs). The hot tub is just steps away. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. This is a second-story unit with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and lots of light with views of the ski mountain. This is a non-smoking condo. Sorry, no pets. This is a second floor condo with no elevator, and two bedrooms are up a spiral staircase. There is no central air conditioning, but there is one window air conditioner upstairs, a number of fans, and it cools down at night.

A perfect location. Easy access to skiing and walking to town. The shuttle was a minute from the door if needed. Very comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Host was very accessible and very considerate. The hot tub outside the door was a bonus and easy ski storage on the deck.
We had an amazing week and would definitely book this condo again.

We stayed the first week in January and we had a fantastic time. Robin’s condo is absolutely perfect and fits 6 people very comfortably. You can’t get much closer to River Run Lodge to ski and we probably could have skied from the parking lot if there was more snow. There is a shuttle from the parking lot to the lodge if you don’t have a car. In the summer you could easily walk to downtown Ketchum, it was just too cold for us to walk at night. Quick tips- they have a coffee maker so get or bring ground coffee, tv’s are Smart TV’s in case Netflix is your jam. We can’t wait to go back next year.

The apartment is totally as advertised. There’s a master bedroom on the main floor and an upstairs that works very well for families. The location can’t be beat for the proximity to river run and bald mountain. The town is fantastic and an easy walk from the condominium. Robin was tremendously responsive to all request and answered every question within hours if not minutes. It was a great stay and we hope to return in the future!

This property owner has it all right. The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has all you could want including extras like refrigerator containers, plastic storage bags, dish soap, coffee filters, all the things one needs but often are not supplied. Appliances are new. Location allows for a short walk to River Run ski lift or downtown. I will return!

The location is great. Easy walking distance to almost everything in Ketchum. Just enough on the edge of the grid to feel quiet and cozy. The condo is very well equipped and has enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. I would definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This was a nice cozy place. It was nice that it had a washer and dryer. A little weird on the layout but it worked. Only thing I would say is that the kitchen had a slightly funky smell the entire time we were there and the sky lights in the upstairs room are SUPER bright in the morning. Overall it was as advertised though.

Beautiful, clean condo. Easy 10 minute walk to lifts. Hot tub basically right outside front door. On the bus line but also easy 10 minute walk to restaurants on Main Street.
Condo has modern kitchen and bathrooms. All No complaints at all with condo.
Made for a perfect Sun Valley vacation for us first time visitors.

Excellent overall location, closest stop on shuttle to River Run and easy access to downtown by walking or shuttle. it is a 2nd floor walkup, which can be tricky for some with skis and boots. We discovered ski storage ($7/skis/night) and daily bag check ($6/day) to leave the heavy skis at the mountain and change into the boots at the mountain, which made transport much more comfortable. We had friends stay at other condos, and i think this offered the best combination of location, amenities, accommodations of bedrooms and size, and value. Would stay again on a next trip to SV! Thanks!

Great location for a ski trip at Sun Valley, easy walk/bus to the base of Bald Mountain. Clean, well stocked kitchen with a lot of linens and towels available. Nice easy access to a communal hot tub that was clean and not busy. Thanks Robin!

This condo was perfect! very comfortable for all four of us (kids in their 20's). It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels, etc. The free shuttle is right at the edge of the property, and although the ski lifts are pretty close, we didn't want to work up a sweat before getting on the hill. The shuttle stop is the last pick up and first drop off, so it only took two minutes each way. We also walked to town at night, which was really nice. The complex was pretty quiet and the hot tub was nice. We all thought that we would stay at this location again in the future since it was such a great experience!

This condo was great for our family of four. We loved the location, so close to the River Run Lodge and downtown Ketchum. The hot tub was amazing after a full day on the slopes!

This property was perfect for our family of four. We brought our 25 year old son and 83 year old mom with us to spend the holidays together in a place where we could walk to the ski lifts. The town is fabulous and we had several memorable dinners out. We loved the kitchen which was very well equipped so we could enjoy our breakfasts together. The jacuzzi was also a highlight! It’s the most perfect temperature and well maintained. It was heaven to soak in the jacuzzi under the stars and sometimes snow. Overall, I highly recommend this stay!
There were only a couple things to note—there is a flight of stairs to the unit’s front door which was fine for us, but difficult for our 83 y/o Mom. Also the kitchen sink is beautiful, but the faucet is very difficult to use in that you can only barely turn it on to avoid splashing yourself with sink water or whatever you are trying to wash.
The unit is a fabulous find for anyone considering a nice stay in Ketchum!

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was exactly as described in the listing and comfortably fit our group of 4. The kitchen was large enough for three of us to cook a thanksgiving dinner and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for family of four. Close enough to walk into town. No great views from the condo, but since it's at base of ski hill and along the paved town trail, it was easy to leave and find our own views!

Location is just off the parking lot of ski resort, older building.
Several issues with cleanliness, but hopefully it will be resolved.
Beautiful, remodeled kitchen with nice cookware, dishes and serving items.
Linens should be updated as some were old and stained and probably better mattresses in all rooms.
