About this apartment rental
Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, turn key furnished condo at Harbor Towers on Siesta Key. The unit has been totally remodeled, kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets, new lighting and stainless steel appliances. Bathroom has new shower and granite counter tops. Ceramic tile flooring throughout. Private sitting area off the master with fabulous views of pool area and intercoastal waterway. Living/dining room also offers water views of pool and intercoastal. Harbor Towers is a wonderful waterfront complex with it's own dock, marina, fishing pier. Heated community pool with heated spa. Outside grills available for all, fitness center and wonderful recreation room. Lobby right now is being refitted

Lovely condo just as pictured plus a recliner couch. Opened windows on porch for beautiful area view and nice breeze while watching busy grillers. Pool was nice and deep and kiddy pool was a bonus for little ones. We really enjoyed sitting on lounges on Intracoastal watching porpoise and boats go by. Condo had everything I needed to cook, including a slow cooker. Owner was very responsive when I had questions. Beach was a 10 minute walk to parking lot, then another 10 minutes to water. Being older we drove there by 9:30 in March to get a parking spot. Spots opened up around 3:00 for sunset watching. Took free Frog Hop or public shuttle to restaurants in the Village or valet parked at Summer House for $5. Best dinner restaurants on water were Turtle or Dry Dock on Longboat Key. Loved Amish grocery store Detwilers! FYI condo rentals do not include a supply of paper products, they are not hotels. Bring your favorite spices!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Harbor Towers. The condo was very comfortable and we had everything we needed.The views were great and we saw dolphins on two different days. Loved it.

Nice unit overlooking the pool.
The positives:
The unit is exactly as described. The bed is comfy, the leather couch is really nice great tv’s in living and bed room. Pretty much everything you would need to prepare meals. Laundry room is right next door to the room and you use an app to pay. The condo condo was super quiet and safe. Reserved parking for this unit is in the back. We did not see anyone on our floor the entire time we were there. There is a trolly stop at the end of the parking lot.
The negatives:
-No beach access across the street. We drove to the parking areas each day.
-There we’re only 2 beach towels
-The beach chairs had seen their better days. One chair broke while we were watching sunset. We bought two more and left them in the unit for others.
- The beach umbrella had a screw in bottom. It snapped off in the sand but we bought a separate screw in anchor and left it there.
-The extras were very limited. Make sure you show up with TP, paper towels, trash bags dish pods etc.
-The village is too far for most people to walk.
Over all a very nice unit. Clean and safe.

Great place
Stayed here several times. It's in a great position and has everything you need. Close to the beach and a great position on the bay to sit and relax in the evening. Always enjoy staying here.

Our experience is based on a 2 week stay. The day we came in there was a musty smell. After a few days we were all sneezing and had itchy eyes. We were clear from flu and other sicknesses. So could be mold from air vents from the AC. We also were left with one toilet paper roll, when we ran out, we started searching the condo then messaged Rich & he replied that was all what’s left from a previous guest & we can buy some off the island. Kinda bumped us not bc we couldn’t afford toilet paper, but bc we had already payed service fee & toilet paper restock wasn’t provided to us in a bathroom emergency. Additionally there was no cooking oil or a broom. We did have a vacuum so we made sure to vacuum when needed. Also the shower didn’t properly drain. Not sure how old the description is but didn’t look new & everytime we showered we had to pause & turn off water so it can fully drain. The outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work. Overall the location is good but would choose a different stay next time.

The condo had a very nice pool, nice har-tru tennis courts, a nice view and acccess to the intercoastal . The grounds were very well kept and the staff friendly. Our condo was comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay there

Enjoyed staying at the condo. Wasn’t that far away from the beach. Was a great view looking out at the pool and especially nice being able to sit out and watch all the boats go by, very relaxing.

We enjoyed the stay and would like to return. Some things could be updated.
We were surprised that you can't access the beach directly across the road. The aerial views made it look like access was closer than it is. We enjoyed the unit, but it could use some furniture updates (leather couch and fabric ottoman are stained). We didn't watch much TV, but it was not high definition, so a bit blurry. The Wifi was nice, but I could not send outgoing email???? The unit came with bikes, but they were all rusted and had flat tires and someone wrapped them in Caution Tape. Take quarters for the washer and dryer (we didn't know they were community appliances). Kitchen was nicely stocked and the bed was comfortable. A broom and dustpan would be nice additions.

Great Vacation
This is our third stay in this unit. Great position overlooking the pool. Everything you need and close to all the beaches. We love sitting on the bay in the evening with a nice drink relaxing and watching the wildlife. It really is a great place. look forward to coming again.

This was our second time staying at Harbor Towers Y & RC. Would return again.
We had a great stay at the Harbor Towers. We had everything we needed and Mr VanCleave was quick to respond when setting up our vacation. My young daughters, husband and I enjoyed fishing in the harbor and looking for dolphins. And it's conveniently located to Siesta Key Beach, which was our main destination. We also enjoyed other nearby beaches.

Clean well equiped and friendly great location
Just as nice as the last time we stayed here. Condo is in a great location and is in excellent condition. Its situated not far from Siesta Key Village with a vast array of interesting bars, restaurants and shops and also close to the beaches. We particularly liked Turtle Beach on the south of the Key, quiet but also close to a nice little bar and restaurant. The bloc backs on to the Bay where there is always something to see when you are relaxing watching the world go by in the evening with a nice cool drink. Great place for a vacation.

I would definitely stay here again!
Very nicely updated. Large rooms with both a screened and an open lanai with water views. Exceptionally fast response to my concerns when the a/c went out. Turns out it was a building repair and nothing to do with this particular unit, but they checked into it right away for me, and it was only out for a couple of hours. Overall a wonderful place to stay with many amenities.

Wonderful Vacation-Great Condo
We arrived to a spotless well equipped Condo with a view of the pool and harbour and amazing morning sunrises. There was a very comfortable bed and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Shiraz was very quick to respond to any questions. Great restaurants and bars close by and of course the amazing Siesta Beach. Would highly recommend this Condo.

Dream Vacation at an Affordable Price!
Staying at this condo gave us everything we could have asked for in an ideal vacation: a clean facility, a room with a view, updated furnishings and a location directly on the beach! Not to mention the endless amount of activities around the key; from snorkeling and water sports to bike rides and classic Floridian style restaurants, there was something to do for all ages. The owner made the experience as effortless and accommodating to our situation as possible. I will recommend this condo to everyone I come across that is looking for a dream vacation at a cost that is actually within a reasonable budget!!

A few things needed to be taken care of stove was bad lamp and light over dining table had to. be taken care of , repaired other wise things were good. Owner was. easy to get ahold of and sent some one to fix everything

The facility is very nice and conveniently located - close to Siesta Key Village and Crescent Beach shops. Unit is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacation.

Great apartment Great Condo Perfect Choice
This is a great condo recently refurbished and everything you want. Location is excellent, second floor overlooking the pool and close to all the great Siesta Key beaches, restaurants and bars. We had a fantastic time visiting Turtle Beach many days and then returning to watch the local wildlife sat on the Bay at the rear of Harbour Towers in the evening. Richard and his father Shiraz were very easy to deal with, responded quickly to requests and always eager to help. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect
This was our first time staying here and we were definitely not disappointed. The condo was nicely updated compared to other areas we have stayed. Upon arrival the condo was very clean. The facilities are immaculate, and include a beautiful pool and common area. Just a short walk or drive (less than 5 minutes) to the beach and directly on the I.C. waterway. The people were very nice and the sunrises and sunsets were terrific. We'll be back again next year

It was my first time visit to Siesta Keys and so I'm definitely a little worried. First, I was feared could that something is wrong, because the price was lower than anywhere else, but it was good for me. So, all fears vanished when we entered there. Super Clean condo, comfortable with all the amenities, furnished , high speed internet the impression that you're home. Incredible landscaping and beach! Just ten minutes walking distance to the beach. Now I love a lot Siesta Keys!
Excellent communication with owner. Definitely we'll come back again! I'd highly recommend this property!
