About this house rental

This luxurious brand new townhouse is on a private end building, steps away from the East Branch of the Saco River and a cross-country ski trail.

Conveniently located between North Conway, Bartlett and Jackson, 10 to 20 minutes from most major ski resorts (Attitash, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Black Mountain, etc…), hiking trails, Saco river, Echo Lake, Settler shopping outlets and Storyland.

Onsite outdoor pool and tennis courts are included during the hot summer months. Stay cool in the summer months with a brand new split system A/C and cozy up in the winter by the brand new Rinnai heater.

The unit has 4 bedrooms with king-bed, queen-bed, and 3 bunk beds/twin over full-size and a full-size pull-out.

We have WIFI, Cable, Phone and Internet available. We offer all the amenities of home (full-size kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, TV with cable and DVD). Weber BBQ grill on a spacious deck for evening relaxation.

Our guests may use the entire townhouse, with the exception of a couple locked doors/closets which has some personal belongings for when our family uses it. Plenty of space for all your needs!

East branch of Saco River, outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, cross-country ski trail, WIFI, Cable TV, internet, full-kitchen, full laundry.

Overall house was nice but there are definitely some differences between the online listing and the actual property. Online listing states there’s a private pool & there is not, it’s a community pool. We booked this place because of the private pool so we were let down when there wasn’t one. The posting also doesn’t mention that there’s a 125lb weight limit on the top bunks of the bunk beds. We went with all adults so that meant no one was able to sleep on the top bunks. They also have a policy that you need to take your shoes off at the door which isn’t mentioned in the online post so if you don’t like to walk around barefoot make sure to bring slippers or something with you. Hosts were super nice and responsive. We weren’t impressed with house keeping though. There were spiders and spider webs all over the inside of the house, dirty dishes put away in the cabinets, piles of dirt in most of the corners, etc.

We booked this property for a weekend trip to Storyland and it was perfect. Easy in and out. Very communicative hosts. The location is outside of the downtown area which is nice and there was plenty of space inside the condo. The condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and was very clean.

My family stayed here for our first visit to Story Land. The owners were great communicators and the location was perfect, very centrally located. The place was nice, pretty well cleaned, but there were some areas that had been missed by the cleaning crew when we arrived. The only downside was that one of the rooms had two sets of flimsy metal bunk beds and they were VERY squeaky. We had kids in the top and bottom of both bunks and any movement caused the beds to wobble and squeak loudly, which made settling at night challenging. We'd definitely stay here again if something was done about the metal bunk beds. All the other beds and the rest of the place were great!

Even with 8 adults - there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We could all sit in the living room together, play games at the dining room table together and eat on the deck together. The condo was VERY well stocked and everything was in great shape and spotless. It made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location was great - in a nice quiet community, but only a short drive to restaurants. Andy was quick to respond to all of my questions and was extremely accommodating to our group. He went above and beyond providing us with information on special spots on the river that we could walk to. We relaxed in our tubes on the East Branch for hours - it was magical! Thank you Andy and Lee for allowing my family to enjoy your home!

The owners of the property were extremely responsive. Within 15 minutes of booking, I received an email from them explaining the 9property. They asked about the ages of the children staying and provided activities for them, as well as recommendations for restaurants in the area. The check in process is very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Great vacation home. Kitchen was well stocked and open to the living room and dining room allowing everyone to be connected even during meal prep. Pool is very close to condo. Nice location for accessing StoryLand as well as North Conway and the outlets. Owners were very responsive and check-in / check-out was very easy. Plenty of parking too. Would definitely stay here again.

Andy and Liz were amazing and easy to communicate with both phone and email. This condo is a great location, less than 10 minutes to Attitash Mountain Resort. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. A lot of room for everyone, the kids loved double bunks room, the big couch was very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again!

Great Location

We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is very close to Story Land , and we all had a great time in the stream located just a short walk from the unit. I think this was the favorite part of our trip. We did buy a child safety door knob for the door, the youngest 2 1/2 year old was able to open the door, even when the door is locked you can open it without unlocking it. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time during our time at Andy & Liz's family vacation home. The home is new and updated with modern appliances. The kitchen was well stocked and well maintained. We were three families and were easily able to use the available bedrooms and sofa for sleeping. Andy was very responsive to our questions and made sure that we were comfortable and settled in the home and did not have any problems. We would definitely visit again on our next vacation to the area.

Owners Andy and Liz were fantastic to deal with. They were prompt in responses either by phone or by email. The welcome packet that is sent is all encompassing and lays out everything about the condo. They even went so far as to recommend ski rental places and area attraction information. Andy and Liz were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The condo itself is very nice, with brand new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen. There is a lot of room for everyone and a nice deck to hang out on. The only downside was that we had 11 people, and though it is advertised to sleep that many, the bunk beds have a weight limit of 75 pounds, which was not enough for us as we had several teenagers with us. We made due with a couple of air mattresses and the very comfy couch, but I don't think it would be fair to say it would sleep more than 8 adults comfortably. It is absolutely perfect for families.

We had a group of 10 adults doing a ski weekend at Attitash and Wildcat and this condo was perfect. Plenty of space and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Andy was extremely responsive and super easy to work with. I would stay here again in a second for my next North Conway ski weekend.
