Nestled in a quiet, tree lined location with views of Lake Wenatchee is a two story prow front home plus a daylight basement for you to enjoy. The home has lake access across the street and trailhead to Dirtyface Mountain a few hundred feet away for an abundance of activities right from the home. Other activities during the summer include fishing, white water rafting, tubing down the Wenatchee River, great places to hike, mountain bike, golf and horseback ride. Winter activities include downhill skiing at nearby Steven’s Pass (30 minutes), cross country skiing, snowmobiling, sledding and snow shoeing. The charming Bavarian town of Leavenworth is less than 30 minutes away with lots of shops, restaurants and fun activities to experience. Enjoy the seasonal festivals held there. The rustic, mountain-themed floor plan boasts over 2400 s.f. and features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a loft, daylight basement and an oversized deck including screened in area during mosquito season. The main floor has a great room with gas fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has a large eating bar. A master bedroom, with a queen bed and a full bath finish out the main floor. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The open loft area has a daybed with trundle and is a great place to relax; read, do puzzles and play cards/board games. The full basement features a huge bonus room with a third bathroom, and a curtained off area with two twin beds that can be separate or side by side. The bonus room has a pool table and entertainment center. The hot tub just out the door. The large, south facing deck overlooks the yard and lake – excellent for relaxing or soaking up the sun! The deck wraps around to the BBQ, screened area and front entry. This is a wonderful setting, waiting for you to enjoy. Wi-fi available. No smoking or pets, please. For those with allergies, we do have a dog. Took 5 grand children smoking. The place was perfect for 7 of us. 2 adults and 5 kids. Easy drive to the ski hill. Everything we needed was there.

This house is extraordinarily roomy, while somehow managing to be warm/cozy/welcoming at the same time. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had a lovely few days of skiing, cooking and visiting Leavenworth in the twinkle-light season.

Everything was great ! Beds, room, bathrooms clean, kitchen utensils, scenery, cleanliness, loved the little Christmas tree! It added so much warmth for our family !

Beautiful house, great views. We had a group of 8 (7 adults, 1 child). Everyone had their own space, more than enough beds, a bathroom on every floor. I would definitely rent this place again. Make sure to bring extra garbage bags because the kitchen garbage can is the size of a bathroom garbage can so you have to take it out a lot.

We had a terrific stay at this property and Ron and Patty were very responsive hosts. The property was very well-suited for our family of 4 adults and 2 children, and had plenty of room to accommodate even more guests. We really liked the location, the stunning lake view, the lake access, the outdoor seating areas, and the house layout, which provides three distinct sitting areas: an upstairs loft, a main floor family room, and a basement recreation room. We also liked that there is a bathroom on each of the 3 floors. Our dislikes, and the only reasons for a less than 5 star review, were the lack of any bathing soap or shampoo (I don't believe this is mentioned in the listing--we had to ask owners about and they did tell us to bring our own; however, had we not asked, we would have had to buy at a local store), the lack of garbage bags (we had to supply our own), the generally below average cleanliness and state of care vs. many other VRBO we've stayed in, and the poor quality of the bed linens and pillows (these really need to be upgraded). Regardless, we would rent this property again, as the positives outweighed the negatives for our family. Thank you, Ron & Patty!

A weekend to get together siblings. It was a great cabin just like described. Very cozy, relaxing and comfortable. The porch is a great way to sit outside have some coffee and look at an amazing view. Ron and Patty are great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for a weekend of catching up with family.

We loved the location and closeness to the Lake Wenatchee state park. We spent most of our time at the park as there was an abundance of activities there and the swimming beach at the park is shallow and sandy. A steady breeze kept the temperatures pleasant. The house had recreational activities for all ages and is well suited for all ages. The house is zoned with quiet regions, family gathering spaces, and an entertainment area, and the view from the lake house is spectacular. We were also blessed with no forest fires in the region allowing clear skies and star filled nights.
There is much to do in the Leavenworth area. We regret that we did not have time to go on one of the many hikes in the region.

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous house. It had everything we could have needed and the views, decor, spaces to congregate, were perfect! This house made our time with family to celebrate our daughter's wedding, so special! Highly recommend!!

House, location, view were all excellent. TV was very difficult to operate and had no cable or streaming. Kitchen skillets were old and warped. Had great time at this wonderful place. Just needs updates.

My friends and I had an amazing stay. The home looks even better in person than it does in the pictures, and the lake views can’t be beat. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, so we could eat at home easily. The house also has plenty of space to hang out and eat meals together. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a few bumps with our stay but Ron was SUPER responsive and helped get the issues remedied with us quickly. We were overall very happy with our stay. The view is amazing and we had plenty of space and enjoyed our time here.

The view from this property is stunning. We were there celebrating my parents wedding anniversary. It snowed off and on all weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. We relaxed inside playing games and enjoying each other's company. The property had everything we needed to make homemade meals together and relax in front of big windows watching the snow fall.
We have visited this property in the summer as well. We enjoyed sipping our coffee in sunshine on the large deck overlooking the lake and loved using the private beach area to float around and cool off. We will be back.

My family had not been together since before Covid, we reunited for a few days of skiing and family fun. Ron and Patty’s home was the perfect place. It’s spacious, homey and comfortable. The view of the lake with a mountain backdrop is spectacular. We hope to come back and stay again, this home does not disappoint .

Love the new murphy bed downstairs. That's the kid room. We made a puzzle donation to the game cabinet upstairs. Love the hot tub downstairs - sitting in there with a gorgeous view of the lake and snowy mountains is perfection.

The home is located right on the lake with a spectacular view. There were a few minor things that might benefit others. There are no knives that are sharp enough to cut a loaf of sourdough bread, and no steak knives...no body soap in the showers...no snow scooped off of the main view deck and no TV.... the televisions require your own computers to get any news or local sports events such as the Seahawks playoffs....but those are probably minor things. Other than that we were comfortable and loved the view, the number of beds, the number of bathrooms, and space for the 8 of us.

This cabin is an absolutely perfect weekend getaway. Unfortunately any views of the lake were obstructed by wildfire smoke during our trip, but we still had a great time hanging out for a couple nights both indoors and outside in the hot tub.

The house was great for our family group of 9. We were thankful the house was so comfortable to stay in since we couldn’t go outside because of dense smoke from nearby forest fires.

We stayed here in early Sept. Location is great, the views are breathtaking. The kitchen is very well stocked. We were there during the fires and one day the air was so bad, we had to stay inside. Thankfully, the owners have a ton of games and a pool table. That really made up for the fact that we couldn't go hiking. Our ONLY displeasure was that the owners do not supply bath soap and shampoo/conditioner. Had to drive into Leavenworth to buy some. Otherwise, great stay. Thank you.
