About this apartment rental

This delightful apartment completely renovated and furnished with extreme care, is located in the heart of San Gimignano, a few steps from the Duomo and the famous Piazza della Cisterna. It consists of a large open space divided between living room-kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and accessories necessary for cooking, the living room is modernly furnished, with sofa, armchair, table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the bathroom is large, modern and has a shower. The furniture is shabby-chic style and the finishes make it unique, the ceiling is original beams.
The reserved position but a few steps from the busiest streets of San Gimignano allows you to fully experience all that this wonderful Tuscan village has to offer to the thousands and thousands of tourists who choose it as an irreplaceable destination every year.
It is possible, on request, to reserve a parking space in a private garage at a cost of Euro 30 per day. Recall that the historic center is NOT accessible by car, all the parking spaces are outside the city walls.

We loved our stay at the San Gimignano apartment. The location was perfect right in the city center. The apartment was charming and unique with family history. We walked everywhere except when we went to wineries or cooking classes. Elda was a wonderful host and always in communication with us. She also introduced us to Sonia, a local private driver, who took us where we needed to go when we left the city center. She was also amazing. We definitely want to return.

We absolutely loved staying at Elda’s beautiful apartment in the middle of town. The location is so quaint and full of charm and character with a lovely cafe next door in a smaller piazza. You are paces away from the great restaurants and shops, churches and viewpoints of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The flat was very comfortable and clean and Elda made the process simple. My wife and I can strongly recommend staying here.

Staying in the flat was like staying in a family home, right in the middle of San Gimignano. The history - not just of the town, but of the flat itself - made us feel a timeless connection during our stay there. Beautiful flat, amazing, location - absolutely wonderful for your visit to San Gimignano. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful and peaceful stay. One of the best towns to have great food at affordable prices. A gem. Our hosts, both Elena and Bianca, went out of their way to made us feel at home. Very attentive, cordial and helpful!!

We found this location absolutely perfect for our stay in this magical town. Nicely appointed apartment within the town very close to the best little restaurants and architectural features of San Gimignano. After a day of strolling around it was very relaxing to get back to and quiet in spite of being right in the middle of everything. We highly recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again. Our host, Elda, went above and beyond with her hospitality and welcomed us and treated us like family , way beyond any expectations we had.

Lots of space. Relaxed. Great home base from which to explore. We went to Volterra for a day. Recommendable. San Gimignano is a great place to visit. Driving wasnt a problem.

This apartment is so charming, yet it is modern from an amenity standpoint. It had everything we needed for our stay. Elda was a fantastic host with great communication before, during and after our stay. She also gave excellent recommendations for dining and other activities. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is steps off of one of the main squares in the center of San Gimignano. Parking is about a 15 minute walk away and we found it easiest to take a small bag, leaving our big multi-week suitcases in the car and just walking in. Worked very well for our short stay. Apartment was charming and well equipped. Elda was very helpful, proving good guidance for parking, check-in and things to do. We highly recommend this lovely spot.

Our stay at Elda’s unit was wonderful and relaxing. It was spacious and very clean. This location is central to everything which made for an easy base camp for traveling to different areas around Tuscany. The restaurants and bars are delicious but there is also a nice kitchen in the unit if you want to eat in. You won’t regret booking this unit during your visit to San Gimignano.
