Rolling Hills is a modern stone detached house situated in the village of Sutton Poyntz near to the town of Weymouth in Dorset with an abundance of walks from the property. The house can sleep 7 people in 1 king-size double with en-suite shower, 1 double, 1 single, 1 twin with en-suite bath as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/diner and a sitting room with gas fire. To the outside of the house is off road parking for 3 cars and a lawned garden with decking and garden furniture. Rolling Hills is perfectly located for guests with different interests.
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Off road parking for two cars. Small back garden with decking and steps to lawn, garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min. Beach 1.5 miles.

Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!
