This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, lounging area and BBQ island with seating for 8, covered outdoor dining and expansive decks. Down comforters and mattress/pillow protectors on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard. This is a place you can get away to relax, recharge, make great memories with your family and friends.

I wish I could keep this gem a secret, it is such a special home. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of (dishes (adult and children), cooking supplies, spices, sharp knives, ample dry food space for guest use, and most importantly SCREENS ON WINDOWS!).
This is our second time in this home, and our third or fourth time renting from Karen. The linen quality of the sheets and duvets is impeccable, and the extra supply of garbage bags, zip locks, and laundry detergent is so thoughtful. If you think you forgot something, chances are she has it available. Don't forget to bring all your own beach gear - but the outside shower is the best. We used it all the time!
The neighbors are wonderful even if they're England fans....we came during the Euro Cup.
Thank you Karen for another wonderful week at the beach, memory making is so easy when we have Calle del Sierra as a home base.

Great location close to downtown and stores. The beach is a couple doors down. Having the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf coming through the screen door at night brings back memories. My family grew up at Stinson Beach and it was the perfect location to have our family reunion. The house was everything we wanted and more thank you.

We loved this house. It was perfect for two families with kids and in addition to being super close to the beach, had at home entertainment (ping pong table and hot tub) for the kids on the cloudy days. The outdoor space is very comfortable to hang out and the indoors was big enough to handle all of us too. The beds were very comfortable as well, which is always a plus. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at several houses at Stinson Beach and this is our favorite. Cozy, convenient, well appointed and comfortable and it has plenty of room to socialize both inside and out.

This well-maintained property is well suited for semi-large gatherings. In addition to spacious indoor areas, the outdoor kitchen, dining deck, hot tub, hammocks and ping pong table bring it to the next level. We’re hoping to make this an annual tradition.

The house is great and has everything you could want. 2 houses back from the beach, friendly neighbors and in an awesome location. The house is as pictured, comfortable beds, lots of towels and kitchen stuff. Karen was super communicative and responsive both before we arrived and once we were there. Would 100% stay again.

Our family enjoyed this lovely Stinson Beach home. It really exceeded our expectations, inside and out! The home is spacious, comfortable beds and the kids were thrilled with the double bunks. They each chose the larger lower bunks!
The kitchen was very well equipped and spotless throughout. The outside decks and patio are beautiful and so close to the beach! We hope to do this again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

This home was perfect for our quick weekend getaway with our grown daughters. The house had everything we needed - incredibly stocked kitchen (kitchen aid mixer, parchment paper, spices...), games, hot tub, fire place....
Karen was great with communication. Our only complaint was our stay wasn't long enough. :)

This house has everything for a perfect Stinson winter visit including a gas fireplace in the main room and an outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. The beds are super-comfy. I look forward to staying here again!

What a great property! This house feels like it was furnished/ supplied by the owners for their own use -- meaning great quality stuff (not one of those all-IKEA cheapie places, furnished for renters).
Beds and pillows were luxorious, and it had one of the best stocked kitchens ever -- great plates/bowls/silverware (including stuff for kids), plus KitchenAid stand mixer, food processor, cute teapot, etc., etc. The kitchen cabinets/counter are "original" including 70s orange formica counters -- kind of a cute retro look, cozy, yet very clean and well-maintained. Two living rooms, including a great collections of DVDs, board games and brand new gas fireplace (easy on/off). Big indoor dining table, plus 2 great outdoor dining spots as well (one sunny, one shaded).
House is on one of the litte Calles in Stinson, just a few houses from the beach. I live in SF and visit Stinson a lot -- I love this location because it's just steps from the beach, and it's also easy to walk to town for dinner, snacks, groceries.
The best suprise when we arrived was that the outdoor space was wonderful! I'd seen the pics, but sometimes it's not so great when you arrive -- not so here. An amazing outdoor BBQ, plus countertop seating. Relaxing outdoor living room spot, with a great umbrella. Very clean/private hot tub. Hammock, ping pong, etc. Wooden fence provides privacy from the street.

We loved the house just a few steps from the beach! There is everything you need and more-good sized rooms, living area /dining etc There wasn’t anything missing! The backyard /outside area was spacious with ping pong, bbq and the hot tub. It is a great layout for a a big family - together time or enough room to be on the other side of the house reading a good book! We will definitely be returning!

We loved our time, even during a terrible storm! There were many games, toys, TVs, movies to keep us entertained and everything was well marked and easy to use/find. Karen was a "real pro" as a host. We will definitely come back - hopefully next time with some sunshine.

The property is so much more than the description and photos. It's an ideal place for a group - there are multiple areas to sit, either with others or alone, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the beach is a hop, skip and a jump away. Perfect for an adult group and for a family with children.
Everyone in my party - from the 7 year old to the 70 year old says it's fabulous and they want to return.

Hosts were attentive & accommodating.
Home was better than description. The decor, layout, up keep, cleanliness, supplies and just plain care and pride is so evident at this lovely rental.
Our group had a 10 month old baby, 5 adults 30-47 yr olds, 63 yr old & 87 yr old. Everyone was comfortable.
I love cooking for my family while on vacation. I cooked Chinese food, fired chicken , steak, spaghetti and we had a fish fry. I did not miss any cooking tools from home. Kitchen at this rental is so well stocked. No searching in this home, EVERYTHING is labeled, CLEAR instructions.
Parking inside the property was also a plus.
Last year we stayed at another property in the area that I would rate a 1 and not recommend to anyone. This stay was totally the opposite for us.

This house was wonderful for our family’s 3 generation week-long getaway. Fantastic location - just a few houses to the beach, and a short walk into town. Lots of comfortable places to relax, inside and outside. We spent a lot of time enjoying the different areas in the yard - cooking, dining, playing, and lounging. This house is well appointed with many amenities and comfortable beds with nice linens. The pictures don’t do this house justice! Karen is a fabulous host, with the best communication. Stinson at its Best
We just enjoyed our third stay at this wonderful home and we all left feeling grateful for the opportunity to enjoy wonderful Stinson Beach and to be so comfortable and so content day and night throughout the stay. The outdoor area is huge, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare great meals, the beds are all incredibly comfortable, and the living space is super comfortable and accommodated our family of (9) with no problem. We hope to be back!

Our group of mom’s getting away for the weekend had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. It’s well appointed and very comfortable with enough space indoor and outdoor for everyone to enjoy themselves - and it’s just a few short steps from the beach!

Outstanding choice

You know what, there aren’t enough stars. Beautiful, updated, spotless, extremely comfortable and practical home. Very well laid out and roomy with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, easy parking (huge advantage). Short walk to the beach but far enough away to be protected on windy days, wonderful (and clean)hot tub. Walk to town. The host clearly cares that you are comfortable and that your stay is smooth and pleasant.
Some notable highlights:
- beautifully appointed,updated, spotless beach cabin with a surprising amount of well-thought-out and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, brilliantly designed and furnished to accommodate all the people in your group while they are eating, hanging out, sleeping (sometimes all at once!)
- Wonderful amenities incl gas grill, charcoal grill, beautiful hot tub, washer / drier.
- extremely well stocked (there are even enough wine glasses!!)
- Very close to the beach, yet protected from wind.
- Walking distance to everything in Stinson, and ample parking (rare!) with room for several cars within the property gate
- Secure and private from the (quiet) street, fully gated and fenced.
- As an illustration of the host’s kindness and thoughtfulness, cabinets and drawers are clearly labeled, and clear instructions abound.
This home is actually much roomier and nicer than we expected. We were in town for several days for our son’s wedding, and this was the perfect home base. Very comfortably slept 5 adults, then 2 more who needed a spot for a night. We hosted 10-12 for meals and cookouts with no problem.
There are 4 nice bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom is upstairs so you have to come downstairs to use a bathroom, but there is a sink in that bedroom, and a deck with ocean view up there, we loved it. Two other bedrooms are in their own hallway with a bathroom that made for a good private “wing” for one family of guests. The fourth bedroom is also very private and very practical with bunks
Plenty of nice comfortable seating in the large living room, and large indoor and outdoor dining options.
We’ve been regular VRBO travelers for 20 yrs all over the country, and this is one of the nicest properties and most thoughtful hosts we have had. Maybe the nicest.
Would absolutely choose this property again, nicest place (and host) in Stinson.

This place is a gem!
I have so many great things to say about this place and our overall stay. The location is perfect, the house is beautiful, cozy and fun for all ages. The owner is so kind, helpful and accommodating. There is a market near by that has pretty much anything you could ever need. We can wait to stay here again but I noticed it’s already very booked up on weekends which isn’t a surprise. The house is fully stocked with necessities and more. I love how everything is labeled or has directions on how to use, etc. Can’t wait to stay here again. Great place to spend quality time with our family.

Great beach house
We had the best time. Our daughter got married at Willow Camp estate. Everyone who stayed at this place were so impressed. We were very impressed with all the labeling of what was in the kitchen and elsewhere. You can walk to the beach in less than a minute. The hot tub was great and the outdoor eating area was great. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect Family Getaway
We have stayed here before, and searched for a free date to make our booking because we liked it so well. The house is so close to the beach you can walk there barefoot. Inside is roomy and allows for a variety of activities, privacy, and comfort. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are smart TVs, games, books, a ping pong table. We were only there a couple of days so didn't use the hot tub or the outdoor kitchen, but for a longer stay those would be great. Even though it is February we had fabulous weather! We'll be there again in October, and soon looking for a summer time next year.

Beautiful property and wonderful host!
We rented the property for two nights as our daughter was getting married at the Stinson Beach Community Center. We all wished we could stay longer to enjoy the amenities offered on the property. We had a wonderful stay and hope to rebook again. Karen is a great host and was always available to answer any questions.

Perfect Beach Home!
My family, friends and I had the most lovely experience at this amazing beach home! The yard is HUGE and plenty of space for 4 cars to park. It's also a 30 second walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some amazing meals, and the bedrooms are so cozy and comfortable. Karen was SO helpful and responsive when we had questions. We are already planning our next stay, and can't wait to go back. It was a perfect birthday weekend! Thanks Karen!

Very comfortable
Karen is a welcoming host who reached out with useful information and responded to questions quickly. The property was as great as it looks on the listing. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked for baking and meal prep. And throughout the property there were many special touches to make it comfortable for renters (e.g., spices in the kitchen, instructions for the fireplace, DVDs, bathroom essentials, comfortable beds, etc). What a lovely property
Our bookgroup stayed here and everyone loved this place. There is lots of room outdoors with myriad seating options as well as a dining table. The hot tub was perfect. The beach is just steps down the street.
The inside is equally enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, sheets are soft, towels are fluffy. Just perfect.
One of the things we most appreciated is that everything is labeled and the notebook that describes all the “what to do” and “how to do” items was crystal clear.

Incredible location - perfect for a group trip!
Our friends just got married near Stinson beach so we rented this house for the week to be close to all the festivities. The location is incredible! 1 minute walk to the beach and a 6 minute walk into the little downtown - highly recommend the Parkside for any and all meals! The house was clean, the jacuzzi (and entire outdoor space) was wonderful, and the host was super kind and communicative leading up to the trip. She even let us have late check-out which made pre-wedding logistics much easier for our group! Would definitely recommend to a group of friends or family looking for a Stinson getaway.
