Chose the property because there was an arcade game and a Nintendo that i knew the kids would really enjoy. Neither worked. Other than that, the house was perfect!

We stayed here with our family and there was 7 of us. The place had plenty of space that we could spread out or gather together. It had plenty of video games for my teenage son and he enjoyed playing them with his uncle. We had a very enjoyable time at this location!

This property has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The website mentioned the views, but the homes surrounding the place blocked any views of the mountains. Otherwise, it was really relaxing.

This was a wonderful home to stay in. He was clean and ready to go and walked in. My husband and I enjoyed the large, quiet porch. Our kids were drawn to the video game machine- Which is probably why we were able to enjoy the porch 👍

Great location close to all the Colorado Springs locations and a little over an hour from the Royal Gorge. Big enough for the whole family and beds were super comfortable!!

The property was just as advertised. While there were only 6 of us, it could easily accommodate 10 adults comfortably. Most VRBOs I have stayed in have minimal kitchen tools and gadgets, not this property. we were able to prepare dinner without wanting for anything we normally have at home. We spent a lot of time on the deck, the deck and back yard were awesome, and peaceful. We did not need anything specifically, but communication was excellent and very responsive. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend and return to this property. Thank you!

The house was well-sized, stayed with 3 other parents. Great communication with the owner. Pros-- Great Space to relax, Great Deck! GREAT Communication with the owners!! Cons-- Only had 3 coffee cups. Previous renters were not the best residents. That caused a few issues, but the owners quickly acknowledged and resolved them. We would stay/book and again.

Went to Colorado Springs for a family vacation trip. This house is super close to all tourist sites such as garden of the gods, pikes peak, and seven falls. Great outdoor space for kids to play. Overall great stay!

My family was in town for a wedding at garden of the gods. Travel and access to the garden of gods was easy yet the home still felt very private away from the busy city. Check in and check out was so simple. The Gibsons (host) were very responsive and helpful. Home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were VERY comfortable! Home was clean. We would go back again.

6 adults stayed in this comfortable house for a long weekend. There is a really nice mix of spaces to gather and privacy to retreat to in the bedrooms and/or multiple floors. We loved the deck and the large dining table. Everyone in my party commented on the quality of the beds. Bathrooms are a little DIY but functional. House is 15 minutes from any restaurants or stores, so you definitely a car. Hosts were super responsive and check in and out was very smooth.

An ideal location for anything related to UCCS (and convenient [a short drive] to downtown as well as Old Colorado City). We enjoyed the clean, spacious property in a quiet neighborhood - and the large deck is ideal for morning coffee and evening conversation. Communication with the hosts is quick and thorough. We hope to return!

Everything was nice. Home is lovely and well appointed. The only complaint was the yard service showed up at 8:30a on Sunday. We had planned to sit outside on the beautiful patio one last time. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 7 adults and 2 kids when we stayed here. The place is exactly as described. We didn't have access to the garage like we thought we would but it wasn't really an issue (until the hail storm happened!). The yard left a little to be desired for the kids to play in it but we weren't at the house all that often so it wasn't really an issue either. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The queen bed in the basement is very noisy every time you roll over and not very comfortable. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6. The property was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, and we spent a lot of time on the nice large patio. The property manager was excellent and was great with communication. No issues at all. Will definitely try to stay here again if we are back in the area.

This property met all of our needs! My husband and I and my parents stayed here and had plenty of room to gather together and also have separate spaces. The house can easily accommodate a larger group as well. It was clean and exactly as described. About 15-20 minutes from most attractions and in a nice, quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. Thanks for a great stay!

We traveled to the Springs for a family funeral. There were 6 of us staying together. The house was so comfortable for us. We made a grilled steak dinner for 8 our first night there. The table fit us perfectly and we had matching plates and silverware for all of us. There were plenty of beds for everyone with lots of extra pillows and blankets. 2.5 baths worked well for us too. No waiting for a shower. We really loved the big living room. We could all sit comfortably and visit. The location was excellent. Easy access to all the main roads in town. We will stay again next time we come to town. Check in and check out could not have been easier.

My family and I stayed here for a couple of nights while vacationing in Colorado Springs, and this was a perfect, cozy stay. The front deck was beautiful and great for downtime, and the location was central to everything we had planned for our visit. Plus, we had a mule deer visit us two days in a row to take a nap in the backyard, which was a real treat! :) Would definitely recommend.

It was the perfect location for us for our vacation in Colorado Springs. The house is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood . The place was clean, neat, and very welcoming. Each family member loved the place and found the beds to be very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

We chose this property because we needed at least three bedrooms for six adults and room for all my family (10 total) to socialize. It was convenient to Colorado Springs country club where a brother lives. There is a large deck with ample seating and a fire pit we all enjoyed one evening. Property is a bit tired and could use some care both interior and exterior.

Came to Colorado Springs for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial Service. The house was in a great location to downtown and local attractions. Clean and spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids/teens. The arcade game was a bonus and huge hit with the kids! The back deck made for fun and relaxing evenings! Would stay again and highly recommend!

We had a nice stay for USAFA parents weekend! We enjoyed meals and grilling on the deck, and time to play games and sit by the fire pit with our family, our cadet, and his friends. Some constructive feedback- the yard is getting a little over grown, and we wished we had more matching dishes and a bigger table seating so we could easily eat around one table. We had good meals and lots of laughs in the house! Thanks!
