Good

Very convenient for Knossos as well as the airport and harbour (bus stop is less than a minute walk). Nice outdoor seating space.

No breakfast nor wine and the host did not meet us (not sure why they suggest they have any of those), so the ad is a bit misleading but all the core necessities are there. A bit loud but that can't be helped with the location

Very good

The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was not that clean and the toilet lid was broken. Very noisy from traffic even with the window closed.

Passable

The bed was very comfortable, bus stop was across the road. Private entrance and terrace but very noisy. There are a couple of supermarkets locally and the grillo is good for takeaway on left as you leave the apartment. Ok as a base for overnight at that price.

The shower head was completely broken so could only use hose. No toiletries or food as advertised. No breakfast, no washing machine, paint was stripping off wall by kitchen and on floor. Ants in kitchen area. Could hear the noise of the cars all night even with the window and shutters closed. The fridge shelfs were cracked and broken. No toilet brush and the seat would not stay up.

Not far from airport Good price

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Was sold as including breakfast but when I enquired what time breakfast would be delivered I was told they weren't doing breakfast because of COVID

The description is not fully true. But the pictures are correct.

Location is pretty fine, especially for those who is visiting Knossos. There is AC, so it's fine to sleep with closed windows, which makes the place rather quiet. The key was left right in the door. The interior is nice and stylish. Private entrance. There was always hot water in the shower.

There is no washing machine, which was actually the key option for choosing this apartment. When I asked the host about it, the question was just ignored. An as everybody mentions the breakfasts look like as just a compliment, not a real meal. The shower is broken, it's was absolutely not convenient to take. The shelves in the fridge are broken too.

Facilities were clean and as pictured

I booked at airport shuttle and confirmed this a couple of days beforehand, at an extra cost. When enquiring on the day or my arrival, the owner tried to tell me to just go directly as I would receive a better price when in fact it turned out they hadn't made my booking and their taxi company was now all booked out. I did not find this out until I arrived at the airport in Crete however and had to make my own arrangements at a much higher cost. The owner should not have confirmed my booking if it not had been booked and then try to tell me it is better to go to direct to taxi as I wasted hours communicating back and forth with him on this. There was also no toilet seat in the bathroom.

Pleasant

Good location between the airport and the city center.

Breakfast was included, however not like in the pictures... it was a couple of brioche, two small mermelade pots and to small chocolate pots. 24 hours reception means leaving the key in the door once you get to the apartment, which is not easy to find as no sign in the apartment found.

Best hospitality

Beautiful place, near the port and airport. Next to the city. Everithing is nice and the big hospitality by Ioannis. The best room in Crete.
