Newly renovated and professionally decorated, this fabulous house 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip has five bedrooms, in-ground pool, above ground spa, covered patio, professional pool table, washer and dryer in the laundry room with iron and ironing board, cable and high speed wireless internet is perfect for business or pleasure.

The property is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, only 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip straight up Tropicana Blvd.; 13 miles from McCarran Airport right off the 215 Beltway; a short drive to Red Rock Canyon National Park where you can enjoy sight seeming, hiking or rock climbing; 45 minutes from Mt. Charleston where you can a day of skiing/snowboarding or hiking. You don't have to drive far, only about 2 minutes, to grab a bite to eat at a variety of gourmet restaurants, buy groceries, go shopping, or have a drink at one of several neighborhood taverns.

There are five bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (one king and five queens). Each bedroom has an LCD 35' flat screen TV with cable, night stand and dresser with mirror. The master bathroom has a shower, large tub with jets and tile floor. There is a large kitchen fully equipped to cook and bake with all appliances and service for twelve. The living room has a 65" HD LG Smart TV. The game room has a professional pool table, bar table and stools. The backyard has a large lagoon style pool, above ground spa large enough to fit 8 people, covered patio and beautiful landscaping and a garden with fruit trees. Come, put your feet up and enjoy!!!

We had a sporting event in Las Vegas. Rented this house with another family friend. It was great! The boys had things to do when they weren't playing sports. It was close to the Red Rock Casino which was nice! Thank you!

Great place. Only complaint would be wheelchair accessibility. One of our friends that stayed with us requires a power chair to get around. The house is listed as wheelchair accessible and we called to make sure. There is no ramp to get in and out of the house or the back door area. There are no hand rails for the 1st floor bathroom and the shower is small. It was very difficult for our friend who is partially paralyzed. We had to pick up his power chair in the front of it for him to get into the house. All that said, it is a very clean, beautiful house to stay in and is very centrally located.

Easy access, house was as described in every detail; instructions were clear and not too restrictive. Location is not in Rhodes Ranch, but that wasn’t an issue. The only issue was the ice maker and lack of paper towels. Somehow, we muddled through. Would highly recommend. Great for friends and/or large family gatherings.

Fundamentally a nice house but it seems it is not being maintained. We had the following issues and no response from the host so far. - hot tub power went out, and we weren't able to use it - ice machine in the fridge is jammed - blender is leaking from the base - propane tank for the grill is empty - ants all over the floor - seems to be emanating from the ground floor bathroom

This was the perfect house and it was better and nicer than the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s close to plenty of food and far enough away from downtown Vegas (the strip) but not too far. It was also close to the airport which was nice. Had a great stay!

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family in Summerlin. The house is very spacious and has everything we needed. Lovely backyard with a pool and hot tub that we used several times during our stay. Beds are very comfortable, maybe the best in a VRBO in a long time. Kitchen was well appointed. All in all, a great property. Will be back.

This property was perfect for a family trip. With a bedroom and bathroom/ shower on the first floor for those challenged with stairs to a huge kitchen living area. This was a great place for family to stay and gather together. It was a little cold to use the pool but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen had all you would need to prepare food there. Overall it was a great place to stay. Saving the info for trips in the future!

The house is very clean with 5 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of bath, hand and pool towels. Bathroom stocked with hair & soap products. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware & glasses along with a large refrigerator . Quiet neighborhood. Large backyard. There are TVs in every room. Larger TV in living room. Good wifi and Internet. The VRBO contact, Maria, is very prompt when returning messages. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The place met all expectations. Very clean with modern amenities inside and the pool/patio area was perfect for our group. The host was more than gracious with their responses to a few questions I had before and during our stay. Top notch all around. I highly recommend this property and host. The cleaning people were apparently in a hurry. The jacuzzi had black dirt in it, one of the bathtubs hadn't been cleaned, the grill was filthy and we ran out of gas just as we were cooking steaks for 10 people.

This home, located in the SW part of the area, provided a clean and comfortable stay for our group! Very easy access to much suburban shopping and restaurants. Very easy access to the Strip! Very easy access to Red Rock Canyon. The immediate area is a quiet neighborhood, very clean, we felt very safe! The pool, spa, and billiard table kept our group entertained. We very much recommend this home rental.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The house was very clean and well maintained. We would love to stay there again. The only feedback or suggestions I have are the following: 1)The fan in one of the bedrooms was not operational when we arrived. I would suggest property manager do a walk thru to test everything before the guests arrive. 2)The pool was not scheduled to be cleaned until Thursday, however, we arrived on Tuesday so we would not have been able to use it till then if we had not cleaned it.

This was the most clean and well put together rental home that I have ever been in . Maria went above and beyond in every aspect and my family had an incredible stay. It was spotless and homey and all around an amazing home. The cabinets were incredibly organized, everything matched all throughout the kitchen, closets, bedrooms, etc. Great experience!

Just as advertised! This property is stunning and located close to great restaurants for take out as well as hiking and biking trails. The backyard was a comfortable place for our family to relax during our stay. Maria was very helpful and responsive and we had a wonderful stay.
