Kirra Wave 702 is located on the seventh floor, capturing spectacular views over Kirra Beach, this is beach side holidaying without compromise.

The design features floor to ceiling glass stacker doors and offers wall-to-wall views of Kirra across to the Surfers Paradise skyline. You will enjoy privacy and comfort from this spacious three bedroom, three bathroom apartment.

Split over 2 levels with internal stair access, featuring a huge entertaining deck, perfect for relaxing in the evening and for whale watching in winter!

Upper Level:

* Hostess kitchen featuring European fixtures and fittings, Miele kitchen appliances, coffee machine and dishwasher

* Spacious living area opening onto large private balcony with casual outdoor furniture (fireplace is not operational)

* Master bedroom with double bath, bi-fold doors opening out to ocean views (spa jets are not operational)

* Powder room

* Flat screen TVs

Lower Level:

* Staircase leads down to the lower level which is ideal for a kids retreat

* Second bedroom with 1 x queen bed & ensuite, private balcony with ocean views

* Third bedroom with 2 x single beds

* Extra bathroom

* Laundry complete with washing machine & dryer

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Lovely view but this apartment in desperate need of maintenance and a good clean. Only 4 dinner plates, yet we booked for 5 adults? Spa Bath plug falling to bits, downstairs ensuite showerhead faulty. Outdoor fire out of order, why? thought this was advertised as a luxury apartment? No bbq supplied not even in communial pool area. Dirty kitchen handles, cooking fat residue on them, plates unclean in cupboard!

Location of property was great and view from apartment was pretty awesome. Apartment was really clean and great place to hangout if you just want to have easy days at home and go to beach and for walks. Great 8km round trip to Coolangatta along the boardwalk which was a special way to start the day. Only disappointments were 1) having to provide own linen, last thing you want to do when hiring a really nice apartment is to bring your own linen or to hire it and have to make your own beds when you get there and 2) The pool was disappointing, looks nice in picture but wasn't cleaned and construction happening next door which made it dirtier. Daughters love spending time in a pool but went once and didn't go back so that was disappointing. Overall was a great stay but the 2 items above let it down so if ok with these then highly recommend this apartment to stay in.

Fantastic Location with stunning views, apartment was great just a pitty that a few of the luxury items ie the spa bath and the gas fire place were "out of order" but can only assume they have been this way for a while, would be worth having them fixed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kirra Wave 702 beautiful views and a lovely spot but to classify this as luxury it needs a little work - the bed covers are very tired and not ironed, cushions on lounge need replacing or cleaning and the lounge rug very dirty. Frustrating to have the beautiful balcony fire and not be able to use it.

OMG the best place we have stayed in. Views as great as u see on the site. Been all around Aussie and love great places like Kirra Wave 702. Only disappointment was that facilities pictured were UNAVAILABLE due to ?? Not sure why. No trust I think. Spa bath looks amazing ...... but not able to use. Fireplace looks amazing.......but able to use. Would come back again.

The Kirra Wave apartment is in a fantastic location, easy walk to Kirra and Coolangatta for restaurants and cafes, but in a peaceful and relaxing position along the beachfront of Bilinga. The park across the road and the gorgeous beach can be enjoyed along with the locals. The apartment itself has beautiful views from Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise and Stradbroke Island. Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to have stayed a lot longer!

Perfect location for a family holiday, comfortable stay, shops are close. Structure of the home is neat, quality kitchen, private building access, plenty parking / lock-up space, lots of balcony space, amazing views of ocean. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome views!

We stay there recently and had a great holiday. It is a very well appointed unit with a great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms being downstairs/separate for our teenagers and their friends. The view is amazing! Only minor disappointment was the pool area but we spent a lot of time at the beach in front of the unit. The double secure garage was good for our boards, bikes and 2 cars. I highly recommend this place to stay.
