Incredible Stay

Our stay at Lindos Grand Resort & Spa was incredible. The resort is beautifully designed, and the views are stunning. The private beach area was perfect for relaxing, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. A perfect holiday!

Great hotel but little things let it down.

Great pool, great buffet breakfast, and good location. Cleaning staff were exceptional.

Limited parking, disappointed they charge you for the coffee pods once you use the two in Room. A small thing but for a hotel of this quality not really acceptable.

Beautiful place, beautiful views and great staff.

It was lovely, very relaxing and we had a great time.

Minor niggles- usb so let’s in the room were rusty, so didn’t work all the time. Charging €2 a coffee capsule for the room is crazy, but I have quite coffee, so thanks I guess.

האוכל לא היה משהו בכלל…. המיקום רחוק, אין באזור כלום צריך לנסוע כל הזמן. המלון לא שווה את המרחק.

Good

The thalatta restaurant it was really worth it. Also the staff was excellent especially Panagiota. The room was very clean. Visit the spa - it was a relaxing and pleasant experience.

We paid for the room with private pool and sea view but it didn’t worth it because it was pretty difficult to see it. The staff’s behaviour it was ok but it could be much better for a 5 star resort.

Upscale hotel with friendly staff

We booked a room with a private pool during our stay. The room itself was beautiful and it was great having a private pool, the room feels very modern and it has a very comfortable bed. There is a large breakfast selection on the morning so there's plenty to choose from including an omelette station and a full dessert section, you can have cake for breakfast if you like. The staff are also very happy to help with anything you need or any excursions you'd like to plan e.g. Symi Island day trip.

I wouldn't normally comment like this in a review and I'm only picking at things because it is a 5 star hotel and we paid over £2000 for the hotel stay alone (June 2023). There was one day where the shower gel in the room hadn't been refilled so I had to call reception and it took 30 minutes for housekeeping to come. There was also empty glasses outside the room next to us for over a day which I thought was odd.

5* service and hotel!

The staff were amazing! 5* service everywhere you went. We were on our honeymoon and they made us feel special for our entire stay. From F&B to front desk to the spa, incredible people! The rooms and facilities are amazing, our room was so private and we had the most stellar view. We can’t wait to visit again for our anniversary.

The 10000 steps to get up to our room without a working lift.

Exceptional

Very nice room close too Lindos that we wanted to explore some more. Nice staff, very helpful lady at the entrance showed us everything. Breakfast was really good, I never seen so many things to choose from.

From the picture I thought we'll get a pool little higher, so there will be more privacy. Receptionist told me she upgraded our room but we got a ground floor. There were workers walking around, also people walking to the beach. No kettle, I wanted to make myself some tea but it was impossible.

Excellent place, highly recommended

Room was a good size, comfortable bed, amazing private pool. Infinity pool downstairs was exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic, staff was very professional and friendly. Great location with Lindos Town only couple of minutes drive away from the hotel. We had a wonderful time.

No iron available in every room. We had to ask for one and what was brought to us was not 5 star worthy. No kettle in a room, not sure why there is tea available if there is no kettle. Staff wasn't dressed up to the standard of the hotel. Perhaps they also had to use that iron we were given ;)

staff were pretty miserable, breakfast was pretty poor for a 5* place. frankfurter sausages, bacon which cuts your gums it’s so hard and no one knew how to cook a poached egg!

Lindos Grand Resort was AMAZING! Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic time and loved every minute of this amazing hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and was always checking in on us. Our room was stunning and the hotel itself was extremely beautiful! Food was also amazing too! The best hotel and holiday we both have ever experienced. We will be back next summer for sure! Thank you Guys!

Beautiful facilities and location.. Sunrise to die for... They gave us an upgrade to a junior executive suite free of charge... The alacarte breakfast was amazing and there was so much choice!

Nice pool and good location

The location is great - easy access to Lindos and the rest of the island. The pool is fantastic- with a view that is out of this world. the employees are friendly and very plaisant to be around!

The aircon is not good - our room was at 25 all the time. They never did anything about it. Also the rooms with private pools… it cost slot more but many of them have terrible views.

The best villas I have stayed ,the private pool was everything 🙌🏾,lovely staff very attentive,polite ,helpful. Breakfast and dinners we had was tasty and alot to select from ,room serves was exceptional 👌🏽,nothing to fault .

Beautiful infinity pool but never got the chance to sit as few beds and the same people always taking up space ,if you could create time slots so everyone has a chance 😉

Nice hotel, bad management

The hotel is brand new and the room and installations are great. We booked one room with private pool and it was the best choice. We were 3 in the room and the size of the room was perfect for the 3 of us. Really confortable bed and everything we needed for our stay was there. The infinity pool is amazing and the view to the mountains and see is a dream. We loved that the reservation of sun loungers is prohibited and the hotel staff took this really serious. The food at the buffet was also really good, but the best restaurant is the fine dining. Great food, amazing experience and view and super professional waiters.

We had a really, really bad experience regarding the transfers from the airport booked via the hotel. Even sending all dates and flight numbers with a lot of time in advance, everything went wrong. The private car I booked turned to be an shared bus at the end and one transfer was completely forgotten! At the end we waited for hours in the airport for a transfer, arriving really late in the night at the hotel. One of the managers, Dimitri, promised us to have some food in our room when we arrive (we booked half pension) but this was not the case. We decided to order something via the app but also without success. Dimitri also asked me if I could bring him a magazine from Germany (he would pay for it). I did and when I gave it to him and mentioned what happened with the transfers and food, he told me that he would make us a surprise. At the end we never received any special attention or “surprise” and of course he never paid for the magazine. At check out we told him that we would like to have a refund for the dinner in the first night and he told us that we should have complaint (I did at least two times in 6 days!!). At the end we managed to get some money back. Still I have to say that it was really disappointing to have the feeling that someone was laying in your face all the time, promising things that will never take place.
