When you enter the neighborhood you'll feel comfortable and secure. This is a real community with many families living here year round. The quite street is easy to walk along and the privacy of the front yard makes for lazy days, picnics and kids playing tag. Old live beach oaks frame the entire yard offering dappled sunlight and shady spots.

The beach is about a ten-minute walk along two streets and dense path of trees and brush leading directly to the water. If you have a lot of gear to haul, just jump in the car and you're there in three minutes.

Surprisingly, many of our visitors have commented they love the house's location, even though it is not on the beach. Being so close to the ocean but with a real yard, provides a nice balance to each day and makes for a great family home.

Our 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home, sleeping 10 people, is perfect for two families and ideal for the family with children and accompanying grandparents. Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with a king and bath. Upstairs there is a bathroom at the top of the landing. To the left of the bathroom there is another master bedroom with a queen bed, sleeper sofa and a bathroom. To the right there are two connecting bedrooms one with a full bed, twin and a sleeper sofa. The connecting bedroom has 3 twin beds. This setup makes it very convenient for parents to have all the kids nearby and in one place, while affording themselves a little privacy.

We had the best week here. It was the most perfect beach house for our families. Very cozy for our slower mornings at the pool before the short walk/quick golf cart ride to the beach. Wonderful for families with kids!

Our family of 5 enjoyed this house very much. It is a close 3 blocks to the beach and the pool was very enjoyable when you didn't want to be in the sand. The house was big enough for us plus several others. We enjoyed the lights and fan on the screened in back porch! Such a nice week at SSI. Would recommend for other families. Debi was responsive when we needed to ask her a question or needed anything. Thanks!

We had six adults and four kids stay at this lovely home. The private pool just off the back porch was a game changer for us and we spent hours there each day. The beach was a short walk (or golf car ride) away and we did this most days too. We had no issues with the property and check in was super simple. We will be back

Was one of the best vacation ever with my grandkids they enjoyed the pool, the two beaches within two blocks away the shopping and their very first fishing trip. We will be back next year.

This is our 3rd time staying in this house for Spring Break. We love the area and the hot tub is amazing. On cold/ rainy days, we don't go to the beach we just get in the hot tub and hang out around the house.

Beautiful, inside and out. Everything as advertised and no unexpected challenges. Ideal location and even though we were warned about of a lot of construction on nearby streets, there was no negative impact to our experience. We loved it.

We had a wonderful visit to St. Simons! The house was great and Debi was responsive. Great location and neighborhood. There was a large house under construction directly behind the house that was very loud the first day. Debi called the construction company for us and made sure they stopped the rest of the week. That allowed us to be able to enjoy using the pool and porch. We would return to this house once the construction behind us was done.

The location to the beach was perfect! We rented a golf cart for the week which was great for the trips to the beach as well as dinner and shopping. The pool and jacuzzi were great to have for the kids after days at the beach. The bedroom and bathroom set up worked great for our family. The kitchen could use a little organization and additional room for pantry items when you’re there for a week with kids but the fridge and freezer was awesome. We also loved the screened in porch! We played cards, ate out there and just hung out. The kids asked us on the way out the door if we could rent this same house again next year … that speaks volumes !

Excellent location as it was close enough to the beach to walk or a short drive if we wanted to bring more stuff. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils/pans, and plenty of seating for two families. The two master bedrooms were great to have and the screened in porch was used very frequently for meals and relaxing. Definitely looking forward to a future stay here.

One of our favorite rentals. Six adults and four kids, ranging in age from 4 to 12, and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was the best stocked of any place we’ve rented. We like to cook and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the pool and hot tub were the best. I don’t have one complaint. This is our third trip to St Simons because we love it! When we return we will definitely rent this wonderful home again.

We had a lovely week on St Simons Island. This house is in a great location for walking and biking everywhere. East Beach is ideal for relaxing and soaking up sun. The house itself was very clean... property manager thoughtfully left out Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer for our use. The pool on this property is fabulous. Sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay.
