The rental calendar is up to date. PLEASE READ: a minimum stay of 7 nights is required and a minimum of 10 days prior to the arrival date is required for Homeowner's Association processing time and approval. Also: we are not allowed to have dogs over 40 pounds (much to our disappointment).
From the moment the elevator door opens in your private foyer, you will say 'WOW'! This is NOT your typical beach rental. Our home was professionally decorated from the floors to the ceilings. You will encounter beautiful fixtures -- from the lighting to the Calphalon cookware in the kitchen, you will feel at home immediately! There are three sitting areas: the living room, the family room and the balcony. There are four places to eat: the breakfast nook, barstools at the kitchen counter, balcony and the dining room. This home is fully furnished: a full-size refrigerator/freezer, 5 burner flat stovetop, wall-mounted convection oven & microwave. The beach is a 1-minute walk. A marvelous view of the launching of the space shuttle! The condo only has 11 units and is very quiet & private.
The ocean and beach are a 1-minute walk from our condo. Views of the ocean are visible from the balcony, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen.
Rates include electric, cable, internet (Wi-Fi), water, home phone (plus US long-distance).
Activities: Orlando is approximately 50 minutes by car.

There's a Keurig as well as an auto-drip coffee maker. Small appliances include: 4-slice toaster, griddle, stand mixer, blender, mini-chopper, food processor, and hand mixer.
Condo has board games, DVD movies, and a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction books.
Optional: Have a pet? pets must not exceed two dogs and total weight must be under 39 pounds. We request dogs must be at least two years old and must be spayed/neutered. A current picture and vaccination record (rabies) is required prior to check-in. Sorry, owner is allergic to cats.

Very large condo which easily accommodated 6 adults. Communications with the owners and Nicole were excellent. Condo was very clean upon our arrival and the check in process was easy. The condo was also well supplied. It is steps to the beach. The balcony was well furnished with a large table and chairs + electric bbq. We were fortunate enough to watch two Space X launches from the beach during our 7 day stay. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was perfect and very spacious. The location is perfect. The property had a unscheduled maintenance, but Debra and Alex were very responsive and did everything in their power to accommodate us. This is one condo i will go back without hesitation.

This condo far exceeds what the listing shows and provides. Our family of 6 had a wonderful relaxing stay. The more quiet and calm part of Cocoa Beach is steps away. The pool is even closer and is a nice break from the sun given the covered section. The pier is a brief walk south and seeing the night time launch at Cape Kennedy from the veranda was a big bonus. If we ever come back to this area which I am sure we will, we will for sure return to the same condo.

This spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in Cocoa Beach exceeded all of our expectations. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and from the moment we stepped inside we were wowed by the decor, ambiance and amazing view.
The apartment provided plenty of room for relaxation and comfort with separate living areas that were cozy and comfortable as well as separate spaces for formal, informal and outdoor dining. The large windows were great for watching the cruise ships go to and fro, and also for watching the lightening storms that occurred most evenings.
The bedrooms were equally impressive, with very comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. Throughout the apartment everything is provided to make you feel at home including toiletries, which was super helpful as we had forgotten a few things.
The kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking. Fully equipped with every appliance, we particularly appreciated the state of art fridge and coffee machine.
One of the highlights of this holiday was the balcony. It was the perfect spot to sit with a morning coffee and enjoy the view over the ocean. We also enjoyed the pool.
The location of the apartment was ideal. Just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Cocoa Beach pier was a 15 minute stroll along the beach, and many other restaurants and shops were easily accessible by car.
Nicole and Debra went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing but perfect helping us make this a fantastic holiday.

This condo was huge and beautiful. The complex was very quiet and well kept with a great little pool. The beach was not crowded at all. Would recommend this condo to anyone. The owner is a joy to work with as well.

Due to flight delays we were late in arriving... NOT a problem!! Owner and on-site manager had it covered and made check-in easy... and from there it only got better. This unit was one of the best we've ever rented. From delightful views of the ocean, to the cleanliness of the entire unit, to the top notch furnishings, to the wonderful beach amenities, to the hominess of the entire stay... we had a wonderful week. We plan to come back!

This property was amazing! Great location, super clean, well stocked, and so much space! I forgot some hygiene items but everything I needed was at the condo. This place is huge for a condo and it was super clean. Easy communication with the owners. And you cannot beat the price. I would stay here again.

This condo was exceptional in every way. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some. The pool was fantastic and the beach was really close. We loved sitting on the patio listening to the waves at night. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Cocoa Beach side Condo with TONS of added features
This property is incredibly LARGE. Especially for the average condo/apartments in the area. It has three bedrooms with a very large master bedroom and bathroom. It has an adjoining bathroom between the two other bedrooms. There is also a guest lavatory near the front Dining/Great Room and Formal Living Room area. Very spacious and lovely property! You'll feel pampered!!!

GREAT LOCATION
Amazing condo- has everything you need for the beach to cooking in the kitchen! Beds are very comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. LOVED how close we were to the beach - felt like it was right in our back yard- very comfortable with my teenagers walking the one minute walk to beach.
The neighbors had a hard time with our large family of 9 but the owners were so great with communicating with us it made it easier to work with. Thank you for an amazing family vacation we are so appreciative to let us stay in your beautiful condo!

Beautiful home!
We had an amazing week long stay at Debra and Alex’s home. Everything you could need is provided from kitchen essentials to beach accessories. Beautiful furniture and more space than you can imagine. The beach is a very short walk from the condo with no major street to cross. The pool was delightful especially when the sun warmed it nicely. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Cocoa for Thanksgiving
5 of our immediate family got together to celebrate Thanksgiving and to spend some time together. The property was awesome, large with plenty of areas to sit and visit. Hands down the best equipped kitchen we have ever had the pleasure of cooking in “on the road”. Very short walk to the beach. The property is very secure. Debra was a great host! Check in and was easy. Will definitely be back when we want to get the family back together in Florida.

A Wonderful Stay
This was a great place to stay, centrally located to all Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral attractions. Debra & Alex were gracious hosts and very responsive. Their home was impeccably decorated and equipped with top quality appliances as well as all of the toys and towels for the beach and pool. The premises are extremely secure and safe lending it perfectly for family fun. It was so nice not to have to provide the basics that we would in many other properties (linens, soap, cleaning supplies, paper products, cooking ingredients). Thanks again!

Wow!!
Exceptional condo! This truly is not your average rental property. From start to finish, we had an awesome experience. Owners Debra and Eric were great to work with as well as their local friend Stacey. The condo itself is really amazing. Very large, very nicely furnished. Great appliances. My sons both say we now need to get an LG frig for our house. We spent considerable time out on the covered balcony with the ocean view....so nice. We also really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. That section of the beach was not at all crowed even near the 4th of July week. There were PLENTY of beach toys, chairs, etc. in the condo to use and even a wagon which was definitely handy! We were in the pool a couple of times which was also very nice. While in Cape Canaveral, we visited Kennedy Space Center, several restaurants at Port Canaveral (shark kabobs at Grills were awesome!), the Sand Bar and even rode Segways into Jetty Park. We had wanted to go parasailing out of Port Canaveral but it was too windy the three days we attempted to go. Otherwise, we seriously could not have asked for a better time in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area and certainly could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks so much!!

Wonderful Condo On the Beach at Cocoa Beach!
This is our fifth year staying in Debra and Alex's beautiful home. We will be back next year and for as many years as were a able. The view from the condo is awesome. The sunrises are breathtaking. The kitchen, bathrooms and the entire unit are well stocked with item you use very day: spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, board games, soap, shampoo, etc. The entire condo complex is very secure and safe. We are a couple, but this is the place to stay if you have a family. Debra and Alex a great people. Their on side caretaker Stacy is the best!

Wonderful Condo
My wife and I spent March in the condo in Cape Canaveral. The accommodations are great. The Condo is very large where at times we could not find each other. (A good thing) The furnishings are unique, the kitchen has everything you would need and the view is good of the ocean. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. There local representative is a wonderful person to work with. We have booked for next March and are already wanting to return.

The best vacation house!
This is more of a home than a house. It’s fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. plus plenty of quality items in the bathroom and kitchen.
It’s decorated in an Asian motif-with beautiful pieces throughout the home. It’s immaculately clean and is very secure.
It did cost a little bit more than other places we stayed-but it was the best place we’ve ever stayed. We’ll be back again, you won’t be disappointed if you book here!

We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. The beach wasn't crowded and it was nice that you allowed us to use your beach umbrella, chairs and towels. The condo was very spacious and clean.

Great Condo!
My family spent an amazing month at this awesome condo. The pictures don't do it justice. It's much larger than it appears. There was plenty of room for our family of six. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Debra and Alex had all the details covered. We appreciated all the beach toys, games and fully equipped kitchen. This place has everything you could ask for.
We really enjoyed the pool which we had mostly to ourselves. When other condo owners were there, they were super friendly. You could tell they took pride in keeping the whole complex clean and well maintained.
We were lucky enough to see two rocket launches during our stay. One right before sunrise that we watched from the beach. The other we watched right from the balcony in the middle of the night.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If we ever return to Cocoa Beach, this will be the first place we try to stay.

Great Rental - You will love every day of your stay!
This is a wonderful condo. Right on the beach, great pool, extremely well furnished and equipped. The building is quiet with only 11 condos and all are owner occupied except this one. Very nice people for neighbors. Inside there are two beautifully furnished large living areas, a well equipped kitchen, a formal dining area that easily accommodates 8, as well as a nice kitchen eating area. The Master bedroom and bath are most gracious and large. The second full bath (shared by the other two bedrooms) is also large and nicely set up. .The owners supply beach towels, chairs, coolers etc. There is even a surf board. The owners are also the nicest people and very helpful in all ways. I know that you will love your stay here. We have rented here for three years and already booked for next year.!

Exceeds Expectations!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay at this gorgeous condo in such a great location! It was large enough to accommodate our extended family, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, multiple eating areas, pull-out sofa and so much more.
We so appreciate that Debra and Alex have shared their lovely home with us! They extended the use of all their beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the use of the outdoor grill.
Debra and Alex made it easy to get into their home at the odd time of night we arrived and were immediately available for any questions that popped up.

Wonderful place. Beautiful and so close to the beach.
The condo was so secure and beautiful and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely want to rent it again. It was so close to the beach. Enjoyed the telescope and watching the cruise ships on the ocean. It was a little chilly so we didn’t get to use the pool. The condo was very roomy for the 6 of us and we enjoyed our stay. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. Beds were very comfy too. Lots of room to enjoy each other or separate into individual spaces for some alone time. Stocked with books and tons of things for the beach. Awesome place to stay!!!

The best vacation condo in Cocoa Beach!
We rented this condo last month and I can't begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay. Each of our three adult children and their families joined us for a week, and this unit is perfect for family gatherings as the condo is almost 3,000 square feet. The owners were great to work with and their friend Stacey did a great job checking us in. The condo has great ocean views from the living room and the huge balcony. There is secure garage parking for two cars, along with an elevator that opens to your own private foyer. The condo is extremely well equipped and stocked with cooking basics like seasonings, cooking oil, etc. We enjoyed three space launches that we could view comfortably from the balcony. Grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier are all close by. We hope to rent this unit again!

Family vacation
I can not even begin to describe how wonderful this condo is. The pictures really do not do it justice. We travelled with 5 adults and 3 children 3, 9 and 10 and had more than enough room that we were not on top of each other all the time. The ocean view is absolutely gorgous and the balcony is great with a large table and 2 recliner chairs. We were able to eat meals easily on the balcony which was wonderful. The bedrooms and closet space is spacious. The owners were wonderful and responsive during booking and throughout our stay and Stacey was wonderful and always responded quickly, although there were not really any issues that needed addressed. The units are very secure which is a plus and quiet. The beach was also quiet which is something we enjoyed. I would highly recommend this condo. I have stayed in much more expensive places that do not even compare to this condo in every way.

The Best Condo Ever!
This condo is just perfect. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is accommodated for all kinds of cooking. The beach is only a minute away and there is a wonderful ocean view from the balcony which is also nicely furnished with a high table that accommodates 8 and two most delightful recliner lounge chairs. The pool is also very nice, clean and set up with comfortable lounge chairs and even a very nice bathroom,. The two and a half baths are very nicely appointed and the shower in the master bath (which also has a large tub) is a wonderful experience.
You will also find the owners the best. They are helpful with everything. This is also a relatively small condo building with only 10 condos and the neighbors are very friendly as well as quiet and respectful.
You will not find a better place for a vacation! We have stayed there twice now and have already booked for 2017.

Beautiful Condo
We are from New Jersey and just returned from our great vacation at this beautiful condo. Debra and Alex were very accommodating and informative. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we wanted from small appliances to beach equipment. We found it very relaxing (especially with the view of the ocean with the cruise ships going by). Our dog loved it too ..... he was always on the deck sleeping.
The location is ideal ..... it is 15 minutes from Cape Canaveral (we did go on a 3 day cruise while we were there); an hour from Disney and very close to Old Cocoa (we went there several times). We would highly recommended it to anyone who wants to vacation in a beautiful condo. All the people who live in the building were very friendly and helpful. My grandchildren (ages 10 and 12) from Vermont came for a few days and also loved the condo. I would be careful with children under the age of 8 ...... they have some antiques and priceless decorations.

Awesome Beach Vacation
We're from Minnesota and we vacation in Florida once or twice a year, and we definitely plan on renting this condo again. We've stayed up and down the gulf coast and Atlantic coast over the last 20 years and this is one of the best all-around places we've rented - by far the most convenient and practical. We tend to stay in the med-high priced rentals with ocean views that are on, or very near, the beach. I chose this location because it was just the right walking distance to the Pier. Most days we had coffee and then walked to the pier for breakfast. . We invited another couple to join us for 4 days and they said it was the nicest place they had ever stayed.
Some things that stand out:
>Spacious kitchen, very well equipped with appliances, dishes, utensils. Best we've ever seen by far.
>Icemaker fridge with filtered water - cuts down on bottled water
>Lots of space
>Patio is exceptional, the most usable we've ever had - felt like part of the living room..
>Huge windows, lots of light, amazing views
>Well lit enclosed parking, 2 assigned spaces, about 15 steps from the elevator.
>Full-size front-load washer and dryer
>Very nice extra bedrooms for guests
>The beach was perfect, not crowded, not deserted.
>No need to buy chairs or beach stuff. There were 2 boogie boards that I had tried for the first time and it was amazing. The water was really cold when we first went in but it was very comfortable after a minute or two.
Things I would change(?)
We'd prefer a king bed in the master.
Rinsing our feet was a hassle because you have to go into a locked pool area for the foot-wash. The building should install something along the walkway to the beach.
