Pine Ave and Northshore Drive adorable beach home. Anna Maria Island vacation beach house located at the north end of the historic village of Anna Maria, Anna Maria Island. Just steps to Pine Ave, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Walk conveniently everywhere. We have another 2 bedroom 1 bath villa to offer as well, visit VRBO listing # 394722 for information.

Every morning with both of our villas location you can enjoy a short stroll to eating wonderfully fresh baked pastries, breads, and roasted coffee at the local antique shop and bakery just off of Magnolia and Gulf Drive. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. Along Pine Ave., Spring Ave, or Magnolia you have quick access to the west side of the island displaying 7 miles of a white sandy beach or to the east, just a short walk to the bay side of the island and spend time on the historic city pier while fishing, or viewing the Sunshine Skyway bridge. While down on Pine you can also experience the quaint downtown area for ice cream, dining, theatre, and shopping.

For the outdoor sport enthusiasts there is fishing, boating kayaking, parasailing, eco-tours, cycling, segway rentals, surfing, jet skis, NEV and golf cart rentals, golfing, and much more.

The house was just as it was pictured & very clean! So close to everything in town & the beach. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but not bad. This was our first trip to AMI, so we did not know much about the area or beach access. We quickly learned that we liked the beach access on Elm better than the one on Pine because the beach was a little less crowded. It was a slightly longer walk, but worth it. All in all, great house in a great location & we would definitely consider staying here again!

I staying in this cute bungalow for Atlanta's Spring Break weekend. Great location - steps from shopping/restaurants and the beach. Furnishings both inside and out are comfortable and stylish. House comes with everything you need for the kitchen and has basics in the pantry. My one drawback is that it is a smaller home and having 4 teenagers up late hanging out in the living room meant I needed a sound machine to drown them out. With that said - I would definitely stay here again. Also, one last comment - the hosts are wonderful! You can tell this is their family's home - not just some rental with a property management company handling stuff.

We loved the location. The property was cute and the outside area was nice to relax in! The beds were all really firm which made it difficult to sleep so I don’t think we would book this rental again but it was nice for a few nights! FYI this rental doesn’t provide toiletries. There was some shampoo/conditioner but no body wash so would recommend bringing your own if you stay here!

We rented both sides and had a great vacation. Michelle was so easy to communicate with. The check and check out went very smooth. The place was very clean and the location cant be beat. Both families had a fabulous time. Michelle provided Beach Towels which were great and a few beach sand chairs. There was a Beach cart on the 3 bedroom side which was great to bring all your stuff to the beach. The walk to the beach is very short only 1 block away. Like Michelle says in the description she offers a few beach chairs but they have a rental place 1 block away that you can rent chairs and umbrellas etc at. We rented a golf cart for the week but this location is within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants so you wouldn’t have to get a golf cart or rental car unless you wanted to go to the other side of the island or off island to golf etc. Overall a fantastic time here.

We enjoyed this property very much. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the location with the great walk ability to Pine Avenue with shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The property was very clean and tidy and we appreciated that the owner had a small Christmas tree for us to enjoy since our stay was a few days before Christmas. The fenced in back yard was so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We would love to stay again soon!

Location, location, location!

We completely enjoyed our stay at the villa. It is very basic and on the older side, but had everything we needed. Please do take note in description that NO personal items are included. Not even a tiny bar of soap. This was tough because we arrived late in the evening after everything was closed and didn’t bring any on the plane. Laundry and dish soaps are provided though. The villa is spacious and comfortable. Outside are 2 large areas for sunning, dining and relaxing. The location is 1/2 block from a vibrant area on the north end of the island. It’s not noisy at all and you can walk to cute shops, fun restaurants and just 2 blocks to the beach. Location is perfect! Highly recommend.

The location is excellent. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. The island is very family friendly. Everything shuts down by 10. The house was clean. Some of the furniture like couch and chair could use some updating. Beds were comfortable. Spent most of our time at beach so house definitely fit our needs.

Very clean property perfectly located by the beach and a few good restaurants. We had a blast with 3 little kids going to the beach everyday, the house came with chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. and best of all a wagon to haul it to the beach. We will be back.

We spent four days at Michelle’s place on Anna Maria Island. The house was perfect, great location, very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for six people. We ate breakfast outside every morning, there was so much comfortable outdoor space. Loved the private patio and yard off the master bedroom! The beach and Pine Street are right there. We loved Harry’s, Sandbar and Rod and Reel. We walked to the first two restaurants. The house is very nicely furnished and has a washer and dryer! We don’t think the pictures do the house justice! We highly recommend it.

This rental exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, we walked to the beach, to the cafe’s to get a bite to eat & visited many quaint little shops. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, the youngest is 17 & each of us thoroughly enjoyed everything about this trip. Not only the location of this rental was perfect, but the amenities, the decor & comfort were all worth a 5 star rating.. When we have an opportunity to return, we know exactly where we want to stay!

Recently stayed here for a Girls Weekend” with us being happy with our stay. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. In addition, you can’t beat the great location on the North End of AMI along with the owner (Michelle) being attentive in every regard. I highly recommend this property.
