We worked with Emily for our stay and she made it a breeze. Great for our group of 9, especially with everyone getting a bed. Parking is limited, so plan for that, but Emily will help accommodate you if possible and direct you to off site parking if necessary. Awesome VRBO and even better experience with the owners. We’d highly recommend!

We had family and friends at UMN for my daughters graduation. It was a super place for gathering in the living room and talking with everyone. Lots of sleeping places which worked well for our group

We stayed in the loft for a collegiate reunion. The location was fantastic, the apartment was incredibly well appointed and equipped with every convenience! Emily was a complete joy to work with. I highly recommend and plan to rebook for future events!

My family and I decided to spend our end-of-summer vacation in Minneapolis and were lucky enough to find this awesome place to stay. The location is great. The space is huge and perfect for kids who need some alone time as part of their day. The hosts are awesome and provided lots of great suggestions. We'd definitely stay again.

Great location!

Perfect location for a group to stay that was attending a Nike tennis camp on campus. Kids were able to walk to/from camp every day as well as a couple restaurants in the evenings in Dinkytown. Parking was not an issue at all. The property was clean, quiet and safe. Emily, who did our check in, was awesome. The views from the rooftop deck are great!

This VRBO is a perfect place to stay if you need/want to be close to campus. Plus it is close to the interstate to zip around the cities. It was very clean, well stocked, and just perfect. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

Emily was responsive and warm. She made wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The apartment itself is gorgeous. There are many beautiful details and so many beds. Fabulous place for a large group! Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent rental. Close to Vikings and Twins stadium. Convenient stores and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Roomy kitchen and living room. Lots of beds. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Our group really enjoyed the loft.

This loft was perfect for my family! Finding a handicap/elderly friendly spot is not always easy, but this was great. Nice, flat, clean roomy interior with handicap ramps to get into the space. It was stocked with everything we needed and Emily was great to work with. The location on campus worked perfect for where we need to be. Thank you Emily and Greg!

This loft was absolutely perfect for our group. Spacious, comfortable, and clean. The owners had it well stocked with cooking supplies and coffee. Plenty of towels. The owner even ordered a pack n play for my friends infant.

Wonderful owner who is very helpful; great location which is walking distance to the conference site; super clean rooms makes us feel as comfortable as it can be. I will definitely recommend this property to whoever wants to stay for few nights in the U of M area!

Our team has stayed here twice now and this time it was even better as we got to watch the U of M Baseball team play. The owners do their best to make sure your stay is great. The only potential issue is parking, but usually it all works out. Highly recommend!

Great place! Loft condo. Very spacious & beautifully decorated. Owners very helpful & gracious. Parking & location terrific. Workout gym & roof top patio available. Definitely recommend. We hope to come back. 6 gals & plenty of room & nice bathrooms. Loved it all !!!

The loft was great! Clean, easy to access and very convenient for U of M needs. The downfall is parking, very limited. The exercise room is on a different floor, fyi. Laundry is also on a different floor but the owners provide a pre-loaded card so that totally rocks.

Emily and Greg have created a perfect space for large groups to connect- we celebrated our 50th birthdays with ten lifelong friends and didn’t want to leave! Everything you could need in the property, great location with just 3-4 mile Uber drive to everywhere in NE and downtown, and just a lovely space for all of us! Highly, highly recommend this property!

I just rented this loft for the MSU vs Minnesota football game. We had a group of 10 and fit perfectly. The loft was close to the stadium, and right across the street from the school's baseball field, great location. The owner stocked the loft with everything you would need; shampoo, coffee, laundry detergent, water & pop, I was really impressed with all the extras. The only negative was the online posting stated the unit had 5 bathrooms, but there were only 2 bathrooms. That was a slight disappointment when you have a group of 10 - 12 people.

Looking for a cool, centralized location near the U of MN/Downtown MPLS? This place is fantastic. It's clean, modern, SPACIOUS and a great environment. It's super close to Dinkytown, so plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance, and Downtown Minneapolis and the Northeast area of Minneapolis are a long-ish walk or short cab ride away. Parking was available for us too! The owners were great and extremely helpful with any questions. You will have a fantastic stay here. This place would be awesome for the Super Bowl in 2018!
