This luxurious 1220 sq. ft. two-bed villa is located in the center of the main Hokulani Tower on the second floor, with views of the ocean, pools, and lush green lawns from the massive shared lanai. The open floor plan has comfortable contemporary furnishings, new custom art and photography, and the kitchen bar offers additional seating for entertaining. We had a wonderful stay! The property had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The bedding was super comfortable which is huge when you stay somewhere for 9 days! The beach chairs and boogie boards were such a great addition. We loved everything!

Great stay. Only issue is they were painting the exterior and there were cranes on the property both front and back which was a bit of an annoyance and we only found out when we got to the property. There was no notice from VRBO or management

We came here with our family of 6. The kids loved the pools and water slide. We watched the sunset from our balcony each night. We enjoyed a snorkel excursion and saw dozens of sea turtles. This was a great place for families.

The experience with KBM (through vrbo) was seamless and stress free. The few questions I had prior to our trip were answered quickly and thouroughly. Plus there was just great communication before and during. The property was what we expected from the description. I would use again.

The unit was wonderful! We loved that it was spacious yet cozy, and that it had TVs in all the rooms as well as movies, the wii and games, and puzzles. Kitchen had everything we needed plus so much more in terms of utensils and knives, cookware and dinnerware. Bathrooms were well appointed with the L'occitane products which we loved. The outdoor space was fantastic for having breakfast in mornings and also to wake up to a great view. The beds were very comfortable. And there is a fun notebook full of past guests experiences, must does, and recommendations which were fun to read!

We absolutely loved our stay in your 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect for our family of 6, and had everything we needed to play at the beach or enjoy the pools. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Wonderful vacation at this amazing condo. Chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and a cooler located in the unit is a plus. Enjoyed beautiful dinners on the lanai. Plenty of room for my family of six. Washer/dryer is a bonus. Management company was extremely helpful when we had an issue with the hot water. They fixed it on NY day. Great memories made at HK 229. We will be back.

Great condo! The property management was very responsive. The place was clean and exactly how it was pictured. Beautiful and enjoyed many sunsets. We enjoyed the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. Would definitely rent this place again! Thank you!!

The unit was exactly as described; spacious, clean, luxurious, great bathrooms, etc, with a huge, plaza-like lanai. The latter was technically shared with a few other units, but was, in essence, private throughout our stay. The convenience of check-in and check-out was exemplary, and the staff were always very helpful. A few items that could use attention, all in the kitchen: The knives could use a serious sharpening; there were many herbs and pepper provided, but, alas, no salt. Some grill tongs for use in the outside gas grills would be a big plus. Otherwise, we were very happy and would come back in a flash! Mahalo.

Our family was impressed and delighted that the quality, location, and appearance of this unit exceeded our expectations -- one of the highlights of our vacation was seeing Maui at its most beautiful, both day and night, from our amazing lanai overlooking the ocean -- and our many wonderful meals enjoying sunsets and sunrises in this spacious outdoor setting you won't find in many condo properties at Kaanapali or elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We found it to be very well appointed for all of our needs, with plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The accordion doors that open the condo to the patio made for a nice indoor / outdoor setup. Another nice touch we enjoyed were the beach chairs and toys provided, as well as the family games and dvd's. A great place to stay that we would highly recommend!

We had an exceptional time staying at Konea 229. The unit is large and clean and exactly as shown. Our family of 6 had lots of room inside and on the huge lanai. The kitchen had all the necessities and we enjoyed eating out on the deck. There was a large DVD collection and the kids had a few movie nights when they were tired from big days in the water. Even the pull out couch was comfortable! We look forward to our return
