This Leatherbark condo is a 5-10 minute walk from Snowshoe's Main Village and on the resort's free shuttle route.

Updated and redecorated. Master suite with a soaking tub for those chilly evenings and two sinks for a busy family. Kitchen with modern appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. Sufficient seating area in this fully restocked kitchen for all your dining / snacking needs.

The master bedroom and living room have all wood floors and all new furniture. Each bedroom has its own television and cozy comforters. Den with separate entertainment area with TV / DVD. Free WiFi also available.

Definitely one of the nicest locales at Snowshoe Mountain Resort!
For the square-footage of this 2-bedroom condo, we dare you to find a better value on the mountain!!

The room is very nice and clean! Great location. When we was there this time it was very hot! Temperature was around 85 so the room was very hot! The fans in the room did help some! The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. Definitely will be staying there again.

The property was perfect for our group. Location was great and the bus stop made it really easy. We had our own equipment so there was no need to drive to the base or rent a locker - we just jumped on the bus. There is no cell signal and I was unprepared for that. I was expecting to open my email to get the info for the entry when I arrived but couldn't without a cell signal. We ended up going to a lodge for WiFi to get the info need to enter the property. Note: This was not a problem with this property - there is no signal except near the base, I was just unaware of this fact.

absolutely wonderful. short walk to the music and village. really nice kitchen and bath. lots of room ,comfy bed, Wi-Fi worked well. more than everything we needed for our little excursion. super clean, friendly host. would highly recommend except would like to keep it secret! lol!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious and the master bed/bath were really nice! Everything was clean and as-advertised on VRBO. It was only a 5ish minute walk into the village so we could easily go pick up dinner. We would definitely rent here again!

VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED. 7 MIN WALK TO VILLAGE AND TOP OF BALL HOOTER LIFT. AS IT SAYS IN THE DICRIPTION YOU'LL BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A BETTER LOCATION FOR THE SQ FOOTAGE LEATHERBARK 303A PROVIDES.

My kids and I loved the place. Very well stocked for a family. Comfortable beds and couches for lounging after a day on the slopes. I personally loved the big bathtub in the master bath. As a 5'10 guy, I fit perfectly! I usually never fit in any tubs! The place was very clean as well. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will come back!

Short walk to village & good shuttle location

Walk to village was like 5 minutes and the shuttle was a short distance from the apartment. Great communication from the owner and the place was clean with newer appliances. The main floor felt spacious and had plenty of seating. Top floor bathroom was definitely set up more for younger kids as the ceiling is quite low and a small shower. Nonetheless the house does the job, the pullout couch included, and easily sleeps 5 guys!

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We were there from December 27-31. With it being the week after Christmas we knew prices for condos would be more than normal. However, what I appreciated the most was that Tandy did not raise her prices near as much as so many other places. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at 303A. Quiet place, clean, cozy but good space with lots of storage, nice size kitchen. Easy to park. Walk to the ski slopes and center ok (~10mns).

This property was as advertised. The first floor had the master bed and bath, and a very nice open area including the kitchen with an island and table, a small tv and fireplace area. First floor also contained a nice 1/2 bath. We were able to have 2 other families over for dinner comfortably.Upstairs was great for our 3 boys as well with 3 beds and a pull out couch and a full bath. We absolutely loved the stay and will reach out to Tandy at our next visit to Snowshoe.

Nice, clean property fairly close to the village. Not quite a ski in/ski out place as it is a short walk to slopes. We nicknamed the upstairs bed the "canyon" since it had a big valley in the middle. The microwave was not working while we were there and we could of used more towels, thus the 4 star and not a 5 star.

We really enjoyed our stay here, lots of room for the five of us. About a five minutes away from the village and the slopes. Convenient bus route will take you just about anywhere on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is great! It had everything we needed, including a slow cooker. Plenty of space and a quick walk to the village. Not ski-in-ski-out, but very close to the shuttle stop. Clean, well stocked, and convenient.
