OVERVIEW: Recently updated, beautiful, and well-appointed home steps from Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, boasting seven primary bedrooms and all the amenities required by a large extended family. Make your vacation memories with us!
A cozy front sunroom with plenty of seating and additional dining space. The first level boasts three primary bedrooms, a washer & dryer, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and access to the rear patio with a gas grill.
The second level boasts four primary bedrooms and a large rooftop terrace with seating. It is a great area for entertaining or sunbathing.
LOCATION: Just one block from the beach and boardwalk. Prime Baltimore Avenue is home to fine dining, art galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. Just park and walk!
PARKING: Private driveway for five cars.
AMENITIES: An outdoor shower, off-street parking for five cars, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, central AC, and additional window AC units on hot days.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. This home rents from Saturday to Saturday. The owner has a dog, but this home is not pet-friendly. No smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
