Great location! Loved being on the ground floor. No elevators to mess with, just straight from the parking garage to your room. The condo is beautiful and clean. Located close to the beach walkover as well which is a plus with kids! The pool is very nice as well when you need a break from the beach. I would absolutely recommend this condo. Ginny was great help and wonderful to deal with !

Condo was a great set up for adult couples! The beach was beautiful! Had a couple issues with appliances otherwise rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious. Kitchen cupboards needed attention but kitchen was well stocked. Living area could have been larger for six adults. It was great being able to step out to pool and walk to beach.

We had a great time. The location was great with two toddlers. We didn’t have to worry about if we forgot anything because it was right there. Ginny was easy to get ahold of. We had a few issues and she fixed them quickly. We will definitely book again if we come back to Fort Walton!

Unit 111 was absolutely perfect for our us. Three couples enjoyed this unit comfortably. Only a few steps to one of the two pools, and the walkway to the pool was approximately 20 steps from the patio. Kitchen well equipped if you chose to cook, no need to bring anything extra. The parking garage is secure, covered and very convenient to the condo entrance. We will definitely be renting this condo from Ginny again, hopefully we can get a standing yearly reservation. Yes, we enjoyed it that much! ❤️

The unit was beautiful and comfortable. On ground level with patio access to pool/beach. TONS of beach items and a wagon were there! Excellent location and supplied with many necessities. My only complaint is that the whole unit is tile so there was sand everywhere on the floors. Very hard to keep clean.

Great condo for family
This property was easy to access with the given parking code and door code prior to arrival. The condo was very clean and spacious and supplied with basic starting out toiletries. We used the washer and dryer multiple times throughout our stay and worked great. Loved how this is a first floor condo that walks right out to pool and splash pad. Just beyond that was the beach access and short walk to the beach. Condo staff cleaned pool area every morning and walked around throughout the day. Many restaurants and beach stores within walking distance was a plus. Overall my family had a great stay.

The property run and owned by Ginny is fantastic for families with small children. The location right next to the pool and the parking garage made the week so stress free. Girls Getaway
We rented this property for a fun girls getaway in honor of a 50th birthday for one iof the gals in our group. We had the best time ever. The rental was a wonderful! Great location, ground level with parking garage near the entrance, pool just off patio, and the ocean just beyond the pool. Ginny was a great host! She ensured we had all the information needed to access the site and mafe sure we made it safely to our destination. She was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.. Gorgeous Condo
This property was top notch. We had 5 adults and a 20 mo old. So convient! Ground level condo, garage parking right out the door, walk out patio to both pools and splash pad and hot tub. Closest condo to the beach... only a few steps to the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive to Destin. We came in via Southwest to Pensacola, which is just over an hour away. Inside of condo was spotless and very nicely decorated. Highly recommended!

Azure is a beautiful place
The property is always well taken care of. The room was big enough for 3 different generations to have their own spaces. The beach wagon came in handy to carry our chairs, bag and cooler to the beach. We always rent a ground floor room for the easy pool access.

Great overall stay, few suggestions
Property as described. Check in went smoothly and our host communicated very quickly which was so appreciated! We loved being on the pool and were glad that it was gated for the little ones. The porch was big enough for all of us to hang out and the staff kept the area clean and enforced the quiet hours which was helpful with little ones sleeping. We had everything we need in the kitchen including double coffee makers! Several fun/yummy places in walking distance and the grocery being so close was great! We didn’t realize from the details that we had two chairs via the beach service so once we found that out we just supplemented with our own chairs. It is a more crowded beach than I’ve ever been to but we enjoyed Fort Walton overall. I also didn’t know to park in the right parking garage or that they were stocked with some key baby items like booster chair and indoor and outdoor toys. The beds were super comfy and everything seemed clean. Only housekeeping issue was mold in the showers and clogged drains which I’m sure is hard to stay on top of in the humidity. There were a few small maintenance needs but I communicated these to the host and they were noted. Some examples, the dryer had to be run several times to get the load dry. The front rooms need thicker curtains to block light. The mixing valve on one shower seemed on it’s way out- hard to get a good temperature. The light on the porch was out. Of these nothing was major or impeded our stay. This was on the upper end of our price range so I expected a perfect stay. We had a great stay but just a few things that kept me from putting 5 stars across the board. If you don’t mind crowded beaches and prefer the ease of first floor access to higher level beach views then this is the perfect place! Last thought, the master room on the pool side was plenty quiet but some rude late night guests coming down the breezeways in front did wake us a couple of times. However, between the ceiling fans and the box fans provided we were able to drown out the sounds. Lastly, having a pack and play available saved us some room when packing so that’s a plus.
