Looking for the best value and tons of space?! The Family Lodge is THE solution for you. We are the best value in the White Mountains for any groups of 15 people or more. It's great for large or small groups of all ages! It's kid friendly with 4 triple-bunk beds, toys, games, nearby parks, & a tire swing. Adults will love its 6 queen beds, pool table, ping pong, 3 smart t.v.s, and a 120" movie screen with HD projector. With 2 kitchens & 3 dining areas there is plenty of room to gather, eat, and just relax. The house can sleep at least 30 people comfortably, with plenty of floor space to spare if needed! Located in the heart of Show Low, everything is close by, including horse riding trails, quad and dirt bike trails, skiing and snowboarding, restaurants, parks and lakes, movie theaters, White Mountain Family Fun Center, local city pool, and more! We are constantly making improvements based on customer feedback so the Family Lodge experience just gets better and better every time you come back. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and with an awesome housekeeping staff you can rest assure that you are entering a super clean, ready-to-enjoy home and experience. This house was perfect for our family reunion. The huge family room was perfect for gatherings. We walked across the street at the beautiful park and played games and there is ping pong and other fun games in the garage. Plenty of beds for everyone & we loved having the kids area so close to the kitchen and main area. My only complaint the hard mattress but other than that it was perfect! It was also nice to be so close to restaurants and a grocery store.

We used this property to hold a family reunion that included 11 adults and 17 grandchildren. We had a Great time, and the property was amazing for the reunion. Although the property was old and dated, it was well maintained and had almost all of the supplies that we needed.

We had an amazing time at the family lodge with 29 of us for our family reunion! There was plenty of room to gather together and plenty of places to sleep! The 15 grandkids loved the pool table and games in the garage and the tire swing outside as well! The house was close to the fun activities we did like horseback riding and going to Fool's Hollow lake! 2 kitchens was a great help and had plenty of stuff for our cooking needs! The house was clean and there was a really fun fire pit in the backyard where we had a marshmallow roast! We had a barbecue on Father's Day on the charcoal grill! Turned out great! We enjoyed the large screen tv's as well! Everyone had so much fun! We were sad to leave and hope to return again sometime! Thanks for sharing your amazing home with our family!💕

Was a great stay only real issue for us was parking with having large vehicles drive ways were narrow and with as big as the house is should have more available parking

This is the second year we made this our home. We loved our time together. The owner made us feel like family. If we had any concerns or questions he replied back right away. Overall great place to stay. We will be back next year

The location is great. We got some snow and there was a fun hill the kids enjoyed. The property had lots of kitchen items and pantry essentials which was helpful.

This property was PERFECT for our family. We travel to cut down a Christmas tree every year and with our family growing this house could not have been better for the wide age range of people we had coming. We will be booking this house again.

We had a family thanksgiving here and enjoyed the two kitchens, projector movie screen, lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone and clean accommodations. They had everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay.

We loved having our family reunion here. Awesome bunk room for all of the cousins to stay together and hang out and plenty of individual rooms for each set of parents to have their own room. Great place for our multigenerational get together with plenty to do to keep everyone busy. We loved the pool table, ping pong, movie screen. We had plenty of space for our group of 23 to spread out without feeling overcrowded. Thanks so much for opening your home to us and giving all of our family some great memories of being together in a very affordable way, something that is hard to do with a group of our size!! We really appreciated the chance to stay here.

Great place for a large group, very roomy. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of cooking supplies. Host was great to work with and was very kind about doing a late checkout.

If you have a large number of folks in your party, this is the way to go. This house is HUGE! We never felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of space to relax and spread out. The kitchens are well stocked. There isn't as much in the downstairs kitchen as there is in the upstairs but it made from a good work out up and down the stairs. The selection of movies was outstanding. The large projection screen made it feel like you were in a theater! They had some popcorn for us too! Spices, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and other odds and ends for our use. The only thing bad I will say is the beds are not comfortable at all. The towels, linens, blankets, and bed sheets were all awesome. Look no further for a home with a large family! This is the place!

This house was excellent for the large group of people we had staying. There were plenty of beds and space, lots of things to do, beautiful neighborhood, numerous parking spaces, and close to town. We had 17 soccer players and 4 adults and there was plenty of beds for all of us. The 2 kitchens made it easy for everyone to eat before games in the morning. There is a nice park within walking distance but plenty to do at the house if you don’t want to leave. Definitely a 5 star stay.

This was absolutely the best! The owners were very easy to communicate with and very kind. The property was very accommodating to our very large family with room to spare. We had such a wonderful time!

Family reunion
This property was good for our family reunion. We especially enjoyed the park across the street. There isn’t an abundance of on site nature exploration but it is close to hikes and Showlow creek where we enjoyed catching some sunfish. It’s close to stores so that was helpful since we forgot some things. The house itself had a well stocked kitchen, nice laundry room, and fun movie projector. The bedrooms and bathrooms were suitable but not luxurious. The family enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. We enjoyed sharing our time together as a family. Thank you for making a spot we’re families can gather and reconnect.

What a great big gathering place!
This place was perfect for our big church gathering. Plenty of space to spread out and also space to gather together. It seemed like there were almost 2 houses in one with an upstairs house and a downstairs apartment. Our teens loved the garage space to play and hang out.

Spacious & Comfy For Family Gathering
We had a wonderful stay at this Show Low VRBO spending family time together during my nephews wedding weekend in Snowflake. Both my siblings with their family, my parents and my family all were able to stay together and had plenty of room and was spacious with the 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was clean, stocked perfectly with bedding, towels and had all the kitchen appliances needed. Loved having plenty of seating to visit, tables to have family meals together. The kids were constantly entertained with all the fun toys, game tables, theater and playground park near by. It was also nice to have the high chair and portable pack and play already there so we didn’t have to pack ours. We had a great stay and would recommend this place!

Great Find!
We were looking for a large property to accommodate our church retreat of around 25 people and this one checked all the boxes. Patrick's communication was excellent and everything at the house was clean and clearly set out. Would highly recommend if you're looking to have a large group or family gathering in the Show Low area.

Friendsmas 2021 Weekend
Our stay was amazing, it definitely had a lot of beds and no one had to fight over any bed. 4 bathrooms AMAZING! They even decorated the house for us, Christmas Tree was amazing! We really fell in love with this place, definitely we will be coming back but with the family.

Perfect getaway for big a family
The property was very accommodating for our big family. The kids enjoyed the huge room for all of them to fit in. The amount of seating is very nice along with downstairs. Adults enjoyed the pool table and the 2 living rooms. The only thing I would recommend is having the pin for the thermostat available upon check in so there's no bothering of the property manager. Overall, it's a great house for a big family gathering. The plus is that they allow gatherings to take place unlike the other locations. Was a great place for our daughter's birthday celebration.

Family reunion in Show Low, AZ
Other than a minor problem with the air conditioning when we first arrived, which was quickly resolved, we had a great time! The owner responded immediately and was very accommodating and hospitable. Lots of fun things to do in the area. Something for all ages. The lodging was well equipped. Free WiFi was a big plus. A very enjoyable stay. My eight year old granddaughter asked if we can go again next year. A very high endorsement indeed!

Great multi family space
We had a wonderful weekend stay in show low at this property. We had a total of 4 different families and their kids and we had room to relax and enjoy our stay. The kids play room was such a great idea because all of our kids ended up staying in the same room and enjoying each other’s company. While all the parents had their own room and enjoyed their privacy.

Amazing place for a short getaway from Phoenix
We were a large group of 22 people and there was no hassle to accommodate a large group like that. The place had everything to all age groups and there are lot of nice hiking trails nearby. Would love to visit the place again.

2nd Stay - Still Great!
This is our 2nd time to stay at this property and it met our needs beautifully. Some of our favorite features include: situated in town with easy access to everything, neighborhood fields to play outdoor sports (great for kids), the bunkbed room for the kids to hang together, many bedrooms and community spaces to spread out and enjoy. The owners are super! Truly enjoyed our stay.
