Check our reviews! They speak for themselves. This will be one of the best vacation rentals you have ever stayed in! 2 Bedroom (with King beds!) / 2 Full Bathroom downstairs condo in Legacy Villas. Unit comes with 2 covered patios, full kitchen (fully stocked with all utensils and cookware!), dining room, and living room (with fireplace). One of the bedrooms has a private en suite bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace, private balcony, and a separate front door. Bedrooms and Living Room have flat screen TVs, cable, Blu-ray, and Apple TV. Iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Kitchen is outfitted with pots and pans, utensils, microwave, coffee pots, toaster and blender. High-speed WIFI is also included. The community has 2 large family pools with spa, 1 large adult pool with spa, and many more smaller pools and spas are all within very close proximity to our condo.

This little villa is perfect in every way. Two couples can have a vacation together and feel as though they have a place together but also their own private suite. My measure of a great host is the following…is is clear how to make coffee in the morning?✅. Are the beds comfortable? ✅ is the bedding luxurious and cotton (not cheap balled up polyester?✅. Does the host check-in to see if you have any questions?✅.
If these are high on your priority list then you’ll love this Villa! ;I didn’t even get to the beautiful grounds and stunning views!)

The villa and outdoor area is just as advertised: lovely and fun. The kitchen is well appointed, and the rooms spacious. Close to Old La Quinta and wonderful hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars! Great property, location and host. I love the Legacy Villas and have stayed there many times. Being right next door to La Quinta makes dining and shopping super easy. Beds and linens were immaculate and top quality. Highly recommend Corey and his place!

Great condo. I’ve stayed in this wonderful community a half dozen times and I’ve never experienced an owner/manager who is so interested in ensuring your every need is met. This condo is very clean, has a good location in Legacy Villas, and I will definitely return.

Our teenager was thrilled to have her own ‘apartment’ to herself on this stay. The second bedroom is large with a king size bed, a tv, small kitchenette and ensuite. There’s also a door to separate the 2nd bedroom and gives an extra buffer for sound.
The place is nicer in person than the photos portray and the property is really lovely with 12 pools and hot tubs.
Grocery Shopping restaurants etc.. are a five min drive away and super easy to get to. Trader Jo’s, Target, Ulta, Fresh for smoothie bowls, and our favourite grocery store - Sprouts- it’s like whole foods but better and the staff are fabulous.
Had a small problem with the coffee maker but Corey had a new one arranged by the next morning. Corey was great- replied quickly and checked in to make sure all was well. The perfect host.
Would definitely stay again and have already suggested the place to everyone.

We had a great week at Corey’s villa over Christmas. We own a vacation property ourselves and stay at many vacation rentals (so we’re pretty picky!) and this was a fantastic place. Legacy Villas is our go to stay in the Palm Springs area for the views, the villas themselves, the amenities (many pools/hot tubs), fitness center, and walkability to old town La Quinta, with nearby hiking in LQ Cove. Our favorite things about Corey’s villa are the beautiful furniture and decor (amazing art!), the well stocked kitchen, how clean and well maintained it is, and the location (grass outside the patios for our dog and situated right on a pedestrian only walking path), We had everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. Thanks for a great stay Corey!

We loved our stay here. The property is gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. Our unit was perfection and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for our mini vacation. We will be back soon

This is a great place to stay in La Quinta! The entire property is beautiful and the house is clean, cozy and comfortable. Corey was a great host, even texting to check that we got in and settled ok and alerting me of a city event that would impact traffic on our way to the airport. Really outstanding service and communication and just a lovely place to stay.

First of all I will say there were several villas that were available for rent, but the main reason I chose this one was all the great positive reviews. The whole process was very easy checking in & out. The place was very clean, well equipped, & great location. The room setup was great for my wife & I, & for our daughter & 2 grand kids. The pictures say it all. We would highly recommend, & definitely stay again.

We LOVED this condo! This is our 13th year staying in Legacy Villas and this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in! Updated everything—such cute decor! Each room had an Apple TV and that was awesome for our toddlers. Loved how close we were to two of the pools.
Corey was wonderful to work with! Fast responses and so generous.
We will absolutely stay here next Stagecoach weekend and probably again this summer!

We had a wonderful stay at Corey’s condo! The condo was super clean, lots of space for our family of 4, and well taken care of with all the amenities needed for our stay. Close proximity to all the pools…there’s literally a pool steps away. Corey was a great host and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend this condo! We’ll definitely be back again.

Thought we were renting a one bedroom casita but in reality it was a one bedroom casita plus a studio unit at additional price. Not sure how that happened. Other than that everything was fantastic - clean, well equipped, and a great location. Very happy overall and had a great vacation

Great property for three of us attending a friend’s birthday celebration in the area. Spotless, well appointed unit that was dog friendly. Not. Much around the immediate vicinity such as shops and restaurants that you can walk to. The Clubhouse cafe was closed for renovations so we had to drive whenever we wanted to eat out. We did cook at home some (mainly breakfasts). The gated community allowed for some short walks which was fine for our dog, but no extended trails that we could find. Overall it was the perfect layout for the three of us traveling together. Communication with the management was wonderful for check in and check out.

Excellent and comfortable condo (very clean and spacious) and well appointed in every sense, even the architecture. Great location, amazing pools and lots of them. Beautiful birds flying around including roadrunners! Steep mountains 100 steps from the front door. Palm trees, cacti, and citrus trees (ripe grapefruits every day for breakfast). La Quinta old town and mountain bike trails just a few minutes drive.

Great getaway before baby!
My husband and I recently stayed at Corey’s villa for a mini vacation before our baby arrives. The villa was clean, spacious and perfect for the two of us. The king sized bed was also super comfortable! We had a minor hiccup upon check-in, but Corey immediately addressed it and it was a smooth and pleasant stay from thereafter. There are many pools onsite, but we stayed primarily at the main pool, and we even had our own cabana. It felt like we were at a resort! We’ll definitely be back again. Thanks for a great stay, Corey!

I have never staying at the Legacy Villas as I always stay at La Quinta resort. This trip I wanted two separate bedrooms so opted for the Villas. We had a great experience with Corey. He was very responsive and a delight to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a La Quinta getaway!!
