About this apartment rental
Located only 5 miles to the beautiful Beaufort historic town center and Bay Street, this studio apartment sits on 40 acres with 2 ponds and a beautiful marsh view, with lots of wildlife. Also, located within a couple of miles are some very fine restaurants & shopping. Hunting Island State Park is only 15 minutes away and is a 5,000 acre park, with 3 miles of natural beach. The 550 Sq. ft. new custom built studio offers a plush king size bed, microwave, fridge, sink, toaster and coffee machine. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, and glasses. There is also a flat screen tv, with Satellite service, and high speed internet !
An oversized walk in shower with body wash & shampoo, hair dryer, and luxury linens and towels. TP, and paper towels are provided as well. Granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bath, and crown molding throughout, shows of the quality craftsmanship put into this building. Our studio, will accommodate 2 adults. No smoking and no pets. THERE IS A 5 NIGHT MAXAMUM NIGHT STAY. No cleaning fee.
We have now incorporated Bi-Polar Ionization into our cleaning routine, between each guest visit. This kills over 90% of bacteria and viruses, using positive and negative ions, discharged into the air, without any ozone. This equipment, is the exact same used at: Boeing, Delta, Disney, Gulfstream, LearJet, Netflix, Target Corp. and the USAF, US Marines and US Navy. It is produced by Global Plasma Solutions.

My wife and I recently stayed at the absolutely delightful property. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Beaufort, SC, area. This is the first VRBO/AB&B listed property we’ve rented that exceeded what was promised in the listing. If you’re looking for a quiet,convenient, comfortable and picturesque vacation rental; this is it! Thanks to our hosts, Chris and Lori for providing such a nice property that added to the enjoyment of our visit to this area of South Carolina.

Was a nice place, very newish, but didn't like a couple things. Being a chef, was going to cook some stuff up but there is only a microwave, no oven, burners, camp stove, so that makes sure you need to eat out every meal. No balcony, but it didn't advertise one, I just assumed. Last, owners live next door, so privacy is not there the way I like it to be.
Besides that, place was clean and very nice, we were not bothered by owners, little off beaten path but I liked that.

Great place for a couple - off the beaten path but close enough to everything. Very nice and clean. Feels welcoming and warm, like a true guest suite. We will try to stay here again whenever we are in town.

This was absolutely the best property and hostess i have been to! Very clean and modern! The level of providing an exceptional stay by the host was phenomenal. Minutes from anywhere you want to go and yet provided a sense of privacy you dont get at many places. We even were able to get pics of deer at the pond right outside our window. Definitely will be returning!

This was our third stay here, and it was perfect as always. The location is great, very private and peaceful. We love coming to Beaufort, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Overall this was a very nice place for us to stay while visiting the area for our son’s graduation at Parris Island. I will say, I felt like the hosts could have been a bit more welcoming and I think the sink area in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner along with the mirror in the bathroom. But overall it was fine for what we needed it for.

This lovely place is quiet and off the road, yet access to Beaufort, Parris Island , Hunting Beach is within easy driving. The proprietors have thoughtfully provided amenities , even bottled water! We were most impressed with this lovely

This is by far one of the best places we have stayed. The place was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Everything we needed was here. Convenient to historic downtown and the surrounding area. Peaceful and serene. We will certainly return and recommend this to our friends and family!!

We rented this loft for the Pledge the Pink 30 miles walk in 3 days weekend Oct 20-23, 2022 event on Fripp Island. Very nice and clean property! The property is secluded away from the main road but easy to find. Watch out for Deers hiding in the woods. The property does not have a stove, however, the Microwave will do for warming up food. The property is cozy for 2 Adults. We would stay there again.

The cottage was immaculate, comfortable and nicely appointed, located on private property that is a bird photographer’s dream place. Located near Hunting State Park, places of historic interest such as the Penn Center, and nature spots such as the Cypress Wetlands. Highly recommend!
