The property was perfect for our group, it was clean spacious and very conveniently located to both Dewey and Rehobeth beach attractions.

For the second straight year we had a big group of friends down for a weekend, and despite a tropical storm, this home was the perfect spot for our stay. The dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Since our last stay, the grill has been replaced and a broken ladder on the upstairs bunk beds was repaired. We had a dishwasher leak, but a repairman came to service it the next morning. We'd stay here again.

This house was a great spot for a late-season friends' getaway to the beach. The property was clean, the bedroom-bathroom setup worked well for our group, the kitchen was well stocked for family meals, and the living room sectional couch is quite comfortable. We found the grill in pretty rough shape and had to really work to get the grates clean enough to use. Only half of the bathrooms had toilet paper, and there was no dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was as advertised, and we had a wonderful weekend. We'd book this house again.

Someone should take an inventory. An inventory would be helpful— of kitchen including dish soap - dish towels, utensils to cook with, dishwasher soap,, a whole closet of condiments was there(but brought it all so few cups and less garbage cookware,

Wonderful & spacious beach house
This house was perfect! It had plenty of space, a stocked kitchen (which I've found to be pretty rare at rental homes), and a beautiful setup. It was walking distance to the beach, and Dewey and Rehoboth were both very accessible.
I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone looking for a rental for a big group!

Delightful property
This was a lovely house. The furnishings were nice and everything was clean. We were so pleased to have the large kitchen to work in. There was room for everyone.
It wouldn't be a comfortable walk to the beach if you were lugging your stuff, but it's nice walking distance if you're just out for a stroll. The property is a very close drive to many things.
You can't really tell from the picture, but the driveway is loose stones. It was hard for one of our family members with mobility issues to navigate, but we managed.

Great location
We had a great time! The house fit 14 comfortably. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate everyone. The location was good. An easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The only negative is the garbage was only picked up once and we had a lot of garbage with 14. Other than that it was great!!

Would stay again
House is beautiful and clean. We had 9 guests and all fit very comfortably. Very close to shops and beach, however not within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall experience was great, Rehoboth Beach is beautiful and the home was comfortable and roomy for a large crowd.

Great family house
This was a very nice family house for me and 5 adult children/spouses. Plenty of space and the kitchen is enormous! Bring book lights for bed - there are no reading lights in the master and only one night table. Overhead light isn't bright enough. House had everything we needed except there were few cleaning supplies to pick up at the end so bring your own. It was a hike to the beach but if we drove our supplies (and the pregnant one) down then someone returned the car. But the walking distance was great for exercise and it was easy to walk to the beaches without gear or to the restaurants in Dewey at night. The outlet malls and no sales tax(!) was a great surprise! Traffic is crazy so we shopped later in the evening with no problem. So much to do in this area - we golfed, visited breweries, shopped, beach, ate out! Could have used a few more days....

Beautiful house with plenty of space
Stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend with 11 girls and the house was great - we took full advantage of the fireplace and the huge kitchen. Great location too! The only criticism was that the house was really really cold, and the bunk bed in the bunk room was v wobbly. Overall a great house and everyone has a great time!

Great home for a large group!
This home was super clean when we arrived and our linen order was there ready to use. We really enjoyed the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available. Perfect space for our large family to gather in living/dining/kitchen area. The outside shower was key to keeping most sand outside. We were impressed by the availability of hot water always. The walk to the beach was doable for the multiple ages in our family - ages 2 to 61. We appreciated the permit parking pass for the beach to drop off gear and the spacious driveway parking. Solid beach house
Very nice place. Clean, spacious. Loved the large kitchen and "great room". More kitchenware (pots,pans, silverware, etc) would have been helpful. Limited outdoor spaces for gathering. Carpet and rugs were a bit worn. Bathrooms didn't have wastebaskets.

Beautiful house! Great for entertaining!
We rented this house for a girl's weekend and it was perfect. Nicely decorated and clean. It was the perfect space for entertaining a large group of people. The walk to the beach isn't terrible but you would want something with wheels if you have small children or a lot of stuff. If you are okay with no water views than this is a great house.

Great stay!
Great place for our group of couples/friends to catch up and enjoy the beach! The property is extremely spacious with a wonderful common area on first and second floor as well as outdoor space. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes and to downtown Dewey about 10-15 minutes. Close to route one but you don't hear the street at all! Would definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a family of 10 which included 2- 7 year old boys. Location was wonderful and the house definitely made our vacation a memorable one! Kitchen came equipped with everything you need to make wonderful meals and not need to buy anything you already have at home. Home has 2 coffee makers. Cuisinart coffee pot maker and a keurig. Grill is a propane grill which was convenient.
We will definitely try to seek this home again next year!!!

Incredible beach house
A group of us stayed here in June of 2016 and we absolutely LOVED it! We cannot speak highly enough of it. It was extremely clean, the kitchen and dining area are HUGE, and the fire pit in the back is wonderful addition. This house is a complete gem, you will love it too!!

Nice House!
There were 11 of us staying in this house and it worked out perfectly. Everyone had their own room/space and the central living area and kitchen was large enough to accommodate everyone. The house is close to Dewey and Rehoboth beaches and the boardwalk. It's a nice area to walk around. We had a great time.

Family getaway
Our family enjoyed this house for a 2 day 40th birthday celebration. We were 8 adults and seven grandchildren and there was room for everyone. The kitchen was very large and accommodated everyone. It could use a teapot and a good corkscrew. Also, some extra blankets would be good since the children got cold during the night. The beach was beautiful and you do need a permit to park close to it.

Good location.
This home is in a great location! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and near all the attractions Rehoebeth Beach has to offer. We were disaapointed when we arrived as the house was not as clean as we would have liked. The downstairs floor was full of sand from the previous renters and the mirrors and windows were smudged with fingerprints. I had to take time to sweep the floor and windex the mirrors and sliding glass doors to make the place feel clean. There were also two large cans of garbage in the front of the house when we arrived which sat there for at least 4 days before the garbage came to pick it up. Because the cans were full there was no where to put our garbage and the cans were overflowing with garbage and smelled. We had to look at that every day until they finnally came to pick it up. The house did accomadate our family of 12 nicely. Beds were comfortable. While the kitchen was very nice we felt it was lacking in things for a family who enjoys cooking. Overall we had a nice time as Rehoebeth Beach is a great place for a family vacation. Would we come back to this home? I would have to say probably not.

Run away from this property!!!
The electrical in this house was extremely suspect. Dangerous even and that was confirmed by a qualified electrician! First, the washing machine only worked three times and it blew a fuse. During the day, with one person at home reading, little to no lights on and the air conditioner running. That's not normal. Second, a dryer that was already rigged twice not by an electrician according to the electrician the rental company sent over. He said I wouldn't let this run even if I could repair it. It needed a new terminal block and power cord. The entire week we were here it appeared we risked fire when it did run twice before. It then sparked and never to run again. Apparently the homeowner and the rental company (who we contacted multiple times) have little regard for safety of the people staying here.
Add to this a kitchen that is not setup to handle the 14 people who stay here and a cooling system that has to run constantly to allow the upstairs to stay warm (NOT cool) and you have a pretty picture with little substance underneath. Spend your money elsewhere. Avoid this and the rental company Re/Max Realty Group that handled the rental here.
Run away, far away from this place. Good luck to the next poor suckers who get roped into this place.

Amazing Home!
Wow! What a great home! We stayed with 2 other families and had the most amazing time. The layout of rooms and number of bathrooms were perfect. The location was very close to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. This home is also close to Ocean City, MD. Only took us about 45 minutes. This home is located on a very quiet street just off of Rt. 1. The fire pit was a big hit...and so were the smores! We enjoyed ourselves and would definately go back! Thanks!
