Unit 2212 at Phoenix On The Bay II is a fabulous bayfront Orange Beach condo rental with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in Terry Cove, this condo has amazing views of the Bay and the Perdido Pass Bridge that leads to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy these views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room, through the floor-to-ceiling windows, or from your large balcony! This balcony is bay-facing and overlooks the pool as well. The cozy living room has a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for your family and friends as well as 2 sleeper sofas for added sleeping space! Adjacent to the living room is ample dining seating, perfect for enjoying meals together! If you are looking to prepare dinner, the fully stocked kitchen provides everything you could need.

Once you are ready to retire for the night, Unit 2212 offers 3 bedrooms, all with flat-screen TVs, as well as the 2 sleeper sofas for a total sleeping capacity of 12 guests. The master bedroom consists of a king bed and a private bathroom, which has a walk-in shower along with a jetted tub. The second bedroom also has a king bed and access to a full bathroom. Finally, the last bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a private bathroom. This condo is sure to provide the comfortable accommodations your group is looking for on your Alabama beach vacation.

We stayed with the family here for a week and it was very convenient with the pool so close and all. Kids loved the come and go access they had throughout the day. Would go back for sure!

We had a wonderful time as always! The weather turned cold so the lazy river and the outdoor pool was too cold! The condo had some issues with the master bedroom toilet but we took care of that after the first day. Overall the condo was very nice and spacious.

Our family loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious and the view from the large balcony was great. We loved being able to see the pool and the bay. We were disappointed to learn that the slide had been permanently taken down. Everything was very clean with the exception of the floors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice property and unit. Standard amenities throughout. Appreciated the pool toys, ample amount of towels for a family of 9. More food prep/storage and board games would have been great but wasn't a deal breaker at all. It was great to have a wonderful pool and lazy river when the kids were tired of the beach. Would definitely rent again. Check in and out was a breeze.

Our family really liked that the parking garage and elevator were just a few steps from our room. The condo is very spacious. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the refrigerator, but maintenance was super quick and friendly, taking care of our issue in a timely manner. The scenery from the balcony was amazing! We loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the others swim and float in the lazy river. (Bring your own floats as they are not provided) The only complaint is that the floors were dirty, leaving a “sticky” feeling. We tried to mop ourselves, but it didn’t help. Overall, we would recommend the condo and would love to stay again.

We love Phoenix on the Bay II. My in-laws are owners and we have rented many units for family get togethers. This was a nice unit and located very close to my in-laws unit. The unit was kept up well with a few exceptions. The dishwasher did not work well as the dishes were still dirty after washing. There was an issue with the toilets flushing which may be a building issue as my in-laws are having similar issues. Also several of the lamps did not work because the bulbs were burned out. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is one of the nicest places we've rented. The panoramic views of the waterfront and pools were awesome. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. The indoor activities (pool, hot tub, exercise room) were a plus. Also had an amusement park near by that had activities suited for everyone from the youngest to adults. Would definitely return here in the future.

Overall we had a good experience, the condo could have definitely been cleaner (floors were filthy) however. Check in was a breeze, great communication. The property was really nice we had a good time in the pool. The condo was a great size, we traveled with twelve family members and we had plenty of room! Would definitely stay here again or at another one of their properties.

3 bedroom and could only get 2 parking passes. 25.00 each online for each pass was advertised. When we arrived it was 45.00 ea. Because we booked through this units company and not the company most are booked with at this resort we could not get alternate parking that everyone else was provided. Told we had to go through services of the city. Room was not cleaned very well from previous guest. Floors were sticky and food splattered on walls. Picked this room so I could see the kids on the slide while on my balcony. Well no slide when we got there. Disappointed we could not do anything after 10:00. Had to go to our rooms like we were at camp. This is a nice place but needs to be advertised as a retirement vacation resort and not a family vacation. Mold coming out of air conditioner vents also. Mold in master shower as well.

Check in and check out we’re super easy. Condo was very large and clean, the family was impressed! My only negative comment was that the slide for the lazy river was closed and did not open the entire time we were there. We would definitely stay there again!
