Great location!....6 minute walk to the beach, trolley stop in front with Publix across the street. Enjoy this beautiful condo with sunrises over the inner coastal while relaxing in our bright and open two bedroom condo, with all of the comforts of home! Need to work? Great desk/work area just off the kitchen.
We have wi/fi, high definition smart TV's in every room, with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Youtube TV, etc! There is a 65" Samsung 4K TV in the main room, " 1080p HD TV in the master bedroom, and 32" HD TV in the guest room.
Master bedroom with queen bed, 50" 4K TV, ceiling fan large walk-in closet, newly remodels en-suite bathroom with shower, and sliding glass door out to Lanai. Guest bedroom with two twin beds(can be converted to king upon request),43" 1080p HD TV, ceiling fan, and full bath in the hall .
OFFICE with extra desk space, bright window view, and proximity to wired internet connection (wireless available throughout the condo).
Kitchen with open view to the living room, with breakfast bar/wet bar seating so that everyone can be involved in the action.
Living room with comfortable couch and seating/recliner, with a 65" Samsung 4K TV, cable television and DVD player with Netflix/Pandora. There is a stereo with bluetooth/auxiliary input for playing all of your favorite tunes from phone, tablet, or laptop!
Dining table with seating for four, an excellent view out to the inter coastal waterway, and a sliding door to the screened / covered lanai.
Excellent walkable location! A short 6 minute walk finds you on the white sand beaches where you can enjoy live music nightly. Major grocery chain, Walgreens, CVS right across the street along with Ace Hardware and many eateries!
The free trolley stops immediately in front of the building, for a convenient shuttle to the beach as well as nearby restaurants.

The location of the condo is great (close to the beach, supermarket directly on the other side of the street, easy exit from the Island to the mainland).
We never had such a perfectly equipped condo. Everything is there.
The condo ist tastefully decorated and technically (Internet, TV Screens in all rooms including nice apps for movie lovers, aircon) on a high level.
Laura is a great host and replies super quick to any kind of questions you have.

Everything was as we expected. Had a couple of problems with air on and tv but they were instantly by Laura. The condo was very well equipped clean and location was perfect.

The condo was clean and comfortable ,spacious enough for 4 people , in good location , across the street from a small shopping plaza , only about 5 minutes walk to the beach . Owner was wonderful , very accommodated, kind and helpful . The condo provides everything needed . The water view from the back of the condo is a big plus !!! I would highly recommend this place. Great island (AMI), great condo, and great hosts!
This property was BETTER than advertised. It has a very convenient location to the free trolley, grocery store (Publix), pharmacy (Walgreens), and the BEACH!!! Laura had everything we needed to enjoy about two weeks on AMI. Other than our clothing, we did not need to bring anything additional from our home in upstate NY. We spent every day at the BEACH and loved every minute of our stay. The keyless entry (you do need an access code) is a VERY nice feature on the entry door. We liked this feature so much that we decided to add this to our home!
The bottom line is that 5 stars is not enough. If I was allowed to give 6 stars for this property and the hosts, I would!!!

Beautiful condo by the beach
We truly enjoyed our stay. Laura is an outstanding host. We rented this beautiful place for about 10 weeks and loved everything about it. The condo was clean and well maintained. We can’t wait to come back.!

Paradise with convinces
It has been a long year with Covid... this property sits about 5/10 minute walk to a awesome beach. Grocery, drug stores, ice cream shop, hair & nails all directly across street.... we absolutely loved the convience
And we are going to try to come back a different time of year..(weather warmer)

Lovely condo, great location
We really enjoyed staying there for the month of July. The condo is very clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy. The beach is 6 min walk. We’ll be coming back.

Best way to do it!
This place was perfect. Convenient, reasonably priced, relatively spacious, clean, water access, warm pool, short walk to beach, close to shopping, an easy bike ride to Ronbinson Preserve, and safe, covered parking. Host was quick to respond to questions and has stocked the condo with everything you will need. Beach and pool in the morning - naps in the afternoon, and paddle boarding in the evening. I liked it so much I might buy one. Thank you.

A little piece of paradise
This is a lovely property with everything you need for a comfortable stay - a beautiful view, and a short and easy walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and pretty much anything else you need. I just wish we lived closer. We feel so lucky to have landed here on our visit for work and events in Bradenton.

Absolutely great place to stay
I’ve been coming to Anna Maria Island since I was a kid and was looking for a place to stay that was like home. The Overholsters condo did not disappoint. Great accommodations in a lovely condo, awesome location and beautiful views of the bay. We had a great family vacation here (my wife and I and our 15 yr old daughter). This condo is just beautiful. Spacious, homely, clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. It has a gorgeous view across a small private bay, and is in a perfect location for exploring the island and local amenities.

Sunbow Bay a Hidden gem
The Condo was fantastic, spick and span, and everything needed to enjoy a great holiday, from beach chairs, parasols and beach toys.
The Condo was in a fantastic location and a lot bigger than the pictures show. The entertainment services on the TV was outstanding as well.

Perfect spot to vacation in Holmes Beach
We spent a wonderful month in this cozy, convenient and well appointed condo 2 blocks from the beautiful sugar sand gulf coast.This unit is bright and well stocked with a tropical theme. It overlooks the inland waterway and the bridge to the island. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Comfortable and classy
This is a wonderful unit in a great location. Everything was quality, from the cookware to the linens to the very appealing furnishings. The owners were flexible, responsive and committed to their guests' enjoyable vacation. Everything in the unit was what I would have chosen myself. I loved the relaxing recliner, sofa and comfy mattress on my bed. The unit is fully stocked with everything you might need and there are many thoughtful extras. The beach is very close by, with food and services, and we enjoyed it daily. We really loved our time here and it was hard to leave!

We had a delightful time at this lovely place. It had everything you would need in the kitchen, which has been a problem in the past. We loved the location. The owners have provided everything . Hate to gush but even the linnens were fantastic! We highly recommend this home away from home, and it will surely be our go to place in the future!

Centrally located apartment that had everything you need
We stayed at this apartment in May 2016 for two glorious weeks. The apartment has everything you could possibly want in a holiday rental Located directly across the street from Publix but set back slightly so did not get the road noise etc. Both the north and south trolley stops were right outside the building. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished and has all the comforts of home. There are numerous beach chairs, umbrella's etc. The pool was wonderful most days we had it to ourselves. Would always stay here now when visiting Anna Maria.

A Visit in Paradise
We have been fortunate to stay at this condo four times for monthly stays. What a respite from winter weather! This condo's location is a quick walk to Holmes Beach allowing you to walk along the shore yet easily return for a swim and to see the sunset. With a trolley stop right in front, you can leave your car in the parking area. The condo furnishings are very comfortable and include a well appointed kitchen and amenities such as Wi-Fi and laundry to make a longer stay easy. There are opportunities to bike, hike, fish and kayak or paddleboard nearby. Watching the fish fly out of the water of the bay is the best entertainment yet.

Great place to relax
This was my first time to this condo and Holmes Beach. We had a wonderful time. Condo is so conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. Condo was clean, well organized and had all the amenities we were looking for. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful Florida getaway!
We spend six weeks in this condo every year and hope to spend longer when it is available. The condo is very up to date with wonderful closet space. The kitchen is updated and also has lots of space for your personal items. The desk in the back and the Wi-Fi hook up are very, very convenient. My husband calls the view of the bay in the back, "the million dollar view"! This condo makes you feel right at home and helps you to relax and enjoy wonderful island time! We love the beach and most of the restaurants have music at night which is fun. We especially love the Sandbar restaurant but also the music and entertainment at the Bridgetender makes for an entertaining night out.
