About this house rental
A newly refurbished Sedona cottage that embraces the original rustic red rock style from the 1940's. There are two bedrooms that are newly decorated comfortably for our guests. The updated bathroom has a full tiled shower and beautiful cabinets. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked for the convenience of cooking meals. There is a large great room with plenty of space for relaxation. There is Wifi and a flat screen TV for your pleasure. Outdoor space has three patios for relaxing and barbequeing. The cottage is located one street from Historic Uptown Sedona. Dining, shopping, wine tasting, entertainment, tours, and Oak Creek Canyon are all within steps. Biking and hiking trails are abundant in the Uptown Sedona area. This location has spectacular views that are breathtaking. There is no need to drive a car because everything you'll need to enjoy beautiful Sedona is within walking distance.

I met one other college girlfriend for an extra long weekend in Sedona, both our first time there. We could walk to everything uptown and walked to West Sedona and even into southern Sedona. There is a coffee shop literally steps away that we went to every morning and a brand new brunch spot just a block away. Also a brewery just a few blocks away. There is a bus shuttle right across the street if you choose to go that route. We did, as we did not rent a car. I’d stay here again.

My daughter and I had a great stay. The property was in a perfect location, easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Spectacular home in amazing area! The house is clean, cozy and beautiful. The location is perfect downtown location with plenty of quiet. We worked out of the house for two days with no WiFi issues and plenty of space to work without interruptions. On breaks we could stroll and get coffee, shop snacks, etc. Close to all the hikes and adventures and a beautiful showers to come back to after a long day. The laundry room was so helpful, the kitchen would be a nice place to cook ( we didn’t but I would next time).

Great location. Couple of minutes walk to downtown. Several restaurants less than a 10 min walk. House was clean. Well stocked kitchen. Easy parking. Cozy house. Has a washer and dryer. Fireplace. Owner left duralogs which were great. I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

This is such a nice place to stay in Sedona. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. It's walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and had some great hiking trips around Sedona.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. The house is remarkably clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable with piles of lovely linens. Genna provides wonderful soaps and shampoo for freshening up after a long day of hiking.
I have stayed in many rentals and this is my absolute favorite!

Clean. Easy walk to all the shops/restaurants in Uptown. They even have a box fan and a cooler! This spot hits all the things you hope for in a property and elevates it! My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect. The kitchen was fully functional and a requirement when we stay at VRBO homes as I cook. I hated to throw away the condiments we purchased but understand you do not want to clutter the fridge with each guests' leftovers.
We always have trouble with VRBO rentals television systems. We are old school, not unplugged, so get frustrated with ROKU etc. This was supplanted with more time sitting on the front porch; morning coffee and evening wind down. What an amazing spot, and the people watching is awesome.
BTW, the landscape 'guy' was terrific about letting us know who he was and what he was doing on the property.

The Peach Tree Inn was a wonderful lodging in Uptown Sedona. Close proximity to the shops and restaurants. It was such a peaceful retreat to sit outside on the porch in the early mornings and end of day. Genna was a gracious host and even provided some delicious treats for us. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

Overall clean property with great location, 2 minute walk from uptown. We walked to our jeep tour. Great outdoor seating for cooler weather. Pleasant living room for 4.
Owner provided sweet welcome gift. We were here in 105 degree heat. Air Conditioner worked well but could use fans in bedrooms for high summertime temperatures. We would return!

What a great location for visiting Sedona. Uptown was easily walkable from the house. Neighborhood was quiet and front porch is a nice place to relax and have coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Genna's property in Sedona. Most certainly the best part is its location. It truly is walking-distance to everything and having a dedicated parking spot gave us peace of mind all day and night. We also came to really appreciate the patio chairs on the front porch, which was great for taking a break during the heat of the day, relaxing with a book, a cold drink, and gazing at a slice of the red rocks. Located in Uptown - very cute area. Quiet, but a block from stores and restaurants! Easy stroll into the heart of the neighborhood. Genna and Steve(owners) were lovely and responsive! Wish I had longer to stay.
