Disappointed but good location.

The location

The air con was not working properly, loud and stopped at night. The sink plug leaked so difficult to do dishes. Incorrect instructions so couldn’t get in. Misrepresented the size of the second room. Only had a single bed- booked 2 double beds. They offered to open the sofa bed to become a double but there would have been no room to get in. The fridge was too small and ineffective -couldn’t make ice.

Super nice place to stay near the center of Zagreb

Nice quiet and comfy apartment. Food tip: Zrno, 5 mins walk from the apartment with super nice bio and vegan food!

Would be nice if the coffee bar also had tea, but that's really the only bad thing I can think of.

Good!

The apartment was in a good location and a safe neighborhood, very quite during the night and lively during the day. The cohost Kristina, made sure to send us all the needed details prior to our arrival. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well equipped with necessities.

The parking spot was far from the apartment, which is a disadvantage if you’re traveling with a car.

Pessimo,indecente

prezzo 100 euro, esorbitante rispetto alla camera ,piccola con difficolta' di accedere al letto, brutta . senza colazione. .Coperta puzzolente tanto da impedire il sonno,sostituita il giorno successivo con una pulita.

Comfy stay

The apartment is well located, has all the appliances and facilities we needed, and was very clean. Also, the bed was very comfy. There was a coffee maker at the lobby that we could use, which was a nice detail. Also we received indications on where to park. The indicated parking was a bit far away to carry baggage (around 10 minutes walking uphill), but it was free. Taking into account how difficult is to park in the city centre, we appreciated the free parking spot they kindly indicated to us.

The only negative thing for us was that we could not contact with the host in any way: nor messages through booking, nor through booking’s customer service, nor phone. The host sent us an initial message when we made the booking, but could not contact him/her anymore.

Schöne Wohnung, aber sehr laute Gegend.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut.

Es war extrem laut, da das Haus an einer großen Kreuzung liegt und die ganze Nacht über sehr viel (Bus-) Verkehr zu hören war.

Sehr sauber, direkt in der Innenstadt, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! So sollte es sein.

Top location

The accomodation is very well located. Close to Ilica road, very central. It is in an old building, which is very nicely arranged. I strongly reccomend because of the location and attentitive stuff.

The location and easy to check in and access and rather quiet (though not far from center) and parking possibility not that far.

Great location. Very clean. Loved the little balcony off our room. Easy and clear self-check in.

You could not park outside - but we were given very clear directions from the owner (with photos) of where to park - and we parked easily at that location a short walk up the hill (free parking).

Room was divided like a suite in a hotel, with two rooms! Really nice decor! Every detail was thought through. Very clean. Easy to get there from the stations bit auto bus. Mattresses were a little soft for our preference but I would still highly recommend the place for a stay in Zagreb. Best of wishes

A good spot in Zagreb

Location, room size and everything needed to have a comfortable and nice stay with family. We felt welcomed and pleased from hosts. Good explanation from hosts where to park our car.

Parking, even there was a spot where we were able to park it is not close and you have to move with luggage .

Very nice and clean apartment located in an interesting authentic part of the city, not too far from tourist attractions.

Th parking is not exclusive for the apartment so in case no space is left you may have a problem to take care of the car.

Beautiful room

The accommodation itself is beautiful and very spacious, 10/10. Decorated very well and feels upscale, modern. The view from the terrace was lovely to take a coffee in the morning. The location is very good a pretty short walk to the main square.

AC was a little bit weak. The property did not respond at all to a few messages I sent before check-in asking if I could check in 15 min early and whether I could store luggage, so I wouldn't depend on being able to contact for any requests when making the booking. I stored my luggage elsewhere which was a minor inconvenience.

I can't say I didn't like it but I can say it was confusing for me, in the beginning, to decide which apartment to enter, also which room to enter.

Nice little apartment in the heart of Zagreb with everything you need for your stay. Moreover the host is very welcoming and helpful. Good value for your money. Supermarket, bakery, city center…all in walking distance

Convenient, good value flat to disover Zagreb on feet

Great location to discover all Zagreb on foot, nice little terrace, clean and rather spacious little appartment with distinct kitchen and sitting room. Good value.

Communication with people renting the flat was hard. In our case no big issue because nothing urgent, but if we would have had an urgent question or emergency situation or something it would have been different. Respons time easy over 12h even throughout the day (either on booking app or over whatsapp)...An emergency number should be provided. The flat is nicely done, but some things look like they are not really done to proper good standards (a little water flowing out of shower cabine, hard to close window,...)

Great option for one night stay in Zagreb 😊

Location, free parking, clear instruction for check-in. Sweet balcony and nice decorative details and notes in the apartment.

U fortunately the cleaning was not done properly, we trash bins with the mixes trash was full and the kitchen table was sticky probably from the previous guests. There is a construction inside the building and since there is no elevator in the building it’s not the best feeling to climb upstairs though the dust. The common corridor with the other apartments, where on the day of our checkout cleaning lady was ironing and blocked the exit.

Location was great.

It was definitely not as clean as presented in the photos. Not sure if it was just that day but...Black dust everywhere. Smell coming from the bathroom and the ventilation not pulling properly. Mold in the bathroom / shower area. Dust all over the chair which went up in the air when touching it with the palm of my hand. Beds were uncomfortable and we had barely had good sleep. Lower back was killing all 3 of us after sleeping there. I would not come back, but I understand my experience was so much different to everyone else's, so I did not want to leave a very low review.
