Grande Shores Oceanfront Resort is unique in that its white sandy beaches are shared along side a quiet residential neighborhood while being conveniently located near some of the best resturants, golf courses, shopping areas, and entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Your family and friends are sure to enjoy the resort's wide aray of amenities which include the indoor and outdoor heated pools, 2 outdoor lazy rivers; one ground level ocean side next to one of the pools and the other on the 7th floor roof top along side 4 of the hot tubs displaying panoramic shoreline views.

Offered for your convenience and dinning pleasure is the resort's full service on-site restaurant, Shoreline Cafe, equipped with a bar that includes a happy hour and daily drink specials. The outdoor oceanfront pool area is equipped with both a staffed grill that serves lunch daily and a bar serving all types of drinks.

Unit 323 has recently been redecorated/upgraded so as to provide additional comfort and relaxation pleasures. Each of the 2 bedroom has a HD Flat Screen TV. The living room is equipped with a HD Flat Screen TV. The kitchen has several small appliances and is well equipped for whatever level of food preparation you desire. Off from the kitchen area is a washer and dryer. Bed linens and bathroom towels are also provided. Housekeeping service is only at time of departure..

The master bedroom offers 1 king bed with covered balcony while the second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a window. The unit sleeps 8. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room in case additional privacy is desired.

Because of the unit's location, covered parking is directly in front of the entrance way door of the unit for added convenience.

No smoking or pets are allowed.

NOTE: Responsible party (person who signs the contract) must be at least 25 years old and remain at the condo for the duration of the rental period . Photo ID is required with signed contract.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo and the condo complex were all extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is decorated beautifully.

We have stayed here before and really enjoyed the stay in 2021 . Our condo was great and had no issues with that BUT very disappointed with the management and monitoring the people that are staying for a couple days in the hotel and letting their kids run wild. The teenager’s language in the pool was unacceptable for adults let alone the small children there, the kids jumping off the lazy river , throwing rocks into it, spraying a hose meant for cleaning onto a disabled man’s motorized cart after being told to stop, using the lazy rivers floats in the pool to the point there was no room for swimming, taking the floats to the ocean and leaving them there, throwing wet pool towels down the hallways, leaving pool towels laying on the beach, the rough housing on the pool deck and to each other , one teen jumped onto a girls head and called her a despicable name , wearing every day clothes into the pool and shoes! Just a total disregard for rules and lack of respect! We make our kids obey the posted rules and respect the condo and property and it’s hard to tell them why others are getting away with it . The bartender tried to tell them and when the manager finally showed up they had disbursed but the tension at the pool was palpable and uncomfortable! It was hardly a relaxing atmosphere. The other problem was the pool being dirty for most of our stay to the point I wouldn’t even get in it . Seemed like MGMT. just gave you answers to appease you not resolution.

Clean unit with easy check-in process and good host communication/response; well-equipped kitchen; condo had what we needed for the week, including linens & towels. The Grande Shores complex has good amenities, but very crowded everywhere, as expected during summer. The fitness rm is tiny, so we didn’t use it at all. The best part is proximity to the beach, which is also crowded, but clean with soft sand. Located near attractions and restaurants. The parking is covered & in front of the unit, which is convenient. The unit’s entrance is within & faces the parking garage; the 2nd BR is dark since its window also faces the garage. Overall, the interior of the condo is older, but comfortable, while the resort as a whole was a bit too busy for us.

Bill’s place is very nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. What a treat to find a bag of sand toys in the closet for my grandson to play with on the beach!

Vacation rental was everything it said it was. Clean and updated with everything you need and more. Comfortable beds and balcony with ocean view was awesome. Short drive to many restaurants and attractions. Loved being on beach and having pools and hot tubs. Definitely one of our best vacations. Will definitely rent again.

Great condo, accurate description. Convenient to everything. The only downfall was that we had to purchase beach chairs and had to leave them behind because we were traveling by air. The 2 umbrellas and the 1 beach chair that was there were broken. Otherwise, the accommodations were super.

The condo was so cute. Loved all the decor. It was the perfect size for two couples. We so enjoyed the deck to sit out on. The condo is right near the beach. Walking distance about 2 minutes to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything you might need. Anytime I had a question or concern the owner got back to me promptly. I would certainly stay there again. We had a great time.

Property was beautifully decorated and had everything required for a pleasant stay. Kitchen was more well-stocked than any we’ve had before. Appreciated the extra hooks in the bathroom for robes, towels, etc. Ample storage. Included beach umbrella and other beach gear. Towels were thick and luxurious. No complaints!

The condo is as advertised and in great condition. It is in a great location where you can see the ocean and walk to it in five minutes. It includes a complete kitchen with everything we needed for a great vacation. The only down side for us was we did not know we needed to bring our own paper products. The owner was very easy to work with and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly.

We enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach and would rent this same unit again. Although it was chilly a couple of our days, we were still able to enjoy the pools/hot tubs. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed morning/evening walks. We would definitely recommend!!

My biggest complaint is the property, they were doing some renovations on the garage and it was very confusing where to park when we first got there. The property is not exactly on the beach, but there was a small view from our balcony. The condo itself was a little small. We had four people and there was really no place to put luggage in the bedroom. But overall very comfortable, clean, and nice. It was a little north of where I would have preferred to be but overall it was a good stay.

We stayed at this property for 4 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the property was fantastic allowing us to walk to many restaurants and shops. Bill was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will definitely use this condo again when we return to SC.

My family and I came down from Illinois for my sister's wedding. First time seeing the Ocean. This was a perfect location. Beautiful view from our balcony. Very clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. If you get up early, can catch a breathtaking sunrise from 7th floor balcony over Ocean. Check in was easy and staff at resort very friendly. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bikers weekend, but the resort had security and noise level not too bad. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! If we make the 15 hour drive again, would love to stay here again.

We did arrive a bit early, the Condo was not ready or cleaned yet from the previous guests. We contacted the owner who immediately got someone there to clean. The over all property was clean. As was our condo after the cleaning person did the job.

Check in was a breeze. Property was greatly furnished with everything you could possibly need and more. Room stayed cool even with the high temperatures outside. Balcony was great with a side view of the ocean.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated condo. Lots of glass stuff so if you are clumsy or have small children you might want to relocate items as we did. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Indoor pool area was closed for repairs and sadly, this was my reason for visiting Myrtle Beach.
