About this house rental
Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury. Walk to the beach from this newly remodeled luxury 3-bedroom 2-bath townhome! We have implemented cleaning protocols based on CDC and DOD cleaning and disinfecting guidelines. Just 2 blocks from the beach and bay, 3 blocks to the heart of PB with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore, and a short drive to Seaworld, Balboa Park, and Zoo. Primary guest must be 25. Internet speed is 400 Mbps. Our Luxury Beach Townhouse is equipped with CENTRAL A/C, baby gear, and beach gear for a family vacation you’ll never forget!
The Space:
Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.
Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a full size crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably!
We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with a crib, a pack n' play, a high-chair, stroller, and kids plates and utensils. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway!
Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan or two small sedans. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach.
We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so help yourself. We also provide the detergent.
The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.
Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.
There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Everything is as described. Host is amazing and is very accommodating. The kids really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and all the toys included. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was beautifully decorated. Beds were soooo comfortable. Beach was close along with Ralph's grocery store. Great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay with this host again!

Unfortunately one of the bathrooms was out of order when we arrived which was an issue since 5 females had to share one bathroom. However they were able to fix it in a timely matter so it was an inconvenience for the first several hours. Other than that the accommodations and location were great It was clean which is most important to me.

Loved staying at this place. It fit our family of 5 nicely. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach where we spent all day everyday! Loved that they had beach chairs and a wagon. Hope to stay at this location again very soon!

Great property for kids, with two twin beds and cribs, and my kids enjoyed the age appropriate book collection. The property had a garage, which was very convenient with a toddler. The house had 2 twin beds and a crib, high chair, and cute little play kitchen and books which captivated the toddler for hours. There was a generous supply of wagons, strollers, and beach toys. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic time! Loved the proximity to the ocean and great restaurants. We traveled with my parents and our two young kids and appreciated all of the amenities. They have a crib, high chair, stroller, wagon, baby gate and surprise kids kitchen in the kids room. All of these features were so appreciated! Hosts were responsive and helpful. Home just as described!! Super clean! We were traveling with our 8 month old grandson and really appreciated the cleanliness which was a huge deal for us. The home home is well stocked with everything you may need. If we come back to this area will definitely check to see if this property is available again

Wonderful place for a family stay in San Diego/Mission Bay. Property was exactly as described. The crib, gate at top of steps, and wagon were clutch with a 2 year old.
Walk to beach was just a few blocks. Plenty of restaurants and shops close. Grocery was walking distance as well.
Parking at house is off a back alley and the garage is tight. Our rental (Mazda SUV) barely squeezed in. A bigger SUV would not fit so chose your rental wisely.
Overall a great spot. Would stay there again without hesitation.

This was a great place for a family with young kids. The full size crib was amazing. Everything you need for kids (toys, stroller, wagon, beach toys) was provided. Great proximity to the beach. Pacific beach had a bit of a party scene on weekend nights but the rest of the time was a great place to play in the sand and walk on the beach. We adventured to the zoo, wild animal park, and Legoland. The plunge was a great recommendation for swimming! Stephanie provided all info needed for a great stay! We will definitely come back on our next trip to San Diego!

Very nice place to stay! Easy walk to restaurants, bars, the beach, and the boardwalk. Surf lessons just an easy walk away. We have a 2 and 5 year old. This VRBO was well equipped to accommodate traveling with small children.

The location is amazing, 2 blocks from the ocean and 2 blocks from the bay! We needed some major R&R, we found it here! Loved the focus on the young kiddos! We used the sand toys and the toys in the house! My 4 year old couldn’t get enough of the kitchen! A full sized crib was awesome! We flew into the area so having everything we needed was key! The property was clean and updated! Definitely interested in returning!

The set up is perfect for a Family but we were 6 adults. It still worked well if you don't mind the 2 twin beds in bedroom 3. Pretty much everything is provided for a wonderful vacation. Only 3 blocks to the beach. More than enough entertainment within walking distance. One benefit that may be overlooked is the Ralph's that is within walking distance so you can do your shopping after arrival. Would definitely stay again!!

It was great to have a garage, and the property seems to be well-maintained, clean. Great to have linens, towels, beach gear. We did more sightseeing than beach activity (way too cold!), so not sure the "right" property for us. I would not consider this town to be family-oriented. Contact with owner was fast and efficient.

Best Experience Ever! A must for a getaway!
Where do I even begin!? The property, location, and hosts exceeded our expectations!
The house was clean and spacious and good space for our family getaway. The location is in within walking distance of the grocery store, resturants, the boardwalk and the sand! We were especially grateful for the "beach wagon" complete with chairs, sand toys and boogie boards.
The kitchen was fully stocked with a majority of the essentials which made dining in simple.
The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, you do have to walk up stairs upon entry to access the main floor of the house, so keep that in mind if you have limited physical ability.
Stephanie, was overly gracious and accommodating and very responsive.
We will always come to this property when staying in this area as it surely felt like our home away from home!

This property location is on point! Walk down the street to the beach, or take the cross street over to the bay. The inside is spacious, pretty and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of five adults/ teenagers. We were able to fit both of our cars into the garage, where you will find beach toys and washer / dryer. The owners are easy to communicate with and leave a list of their favorite things to do and eat around the area. I for sure give this a 5 star rating in spite of the lack of view and no yard space. This is a great comfortable choice within walking distance of so much! Enjoy your stay here, we sure did. :)
