About this villa rental
Ocean One 107 is highly coveted and in a great location! Bottom floor unit allows easy access to the beach, oceanfront pool and grilling area. Master bathroom updated Spring of 2022 includes a walk-in shower and new 65" Smart TV added in family room. Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Plaza and conveniently located next door to HHI's famous Tiki Hut. Guests are in walking or biking distance to all the restaurants and shops along Pope Avenue as well. Unit 107 is updated and decorated for style and comfort. It's a great condo and waiting for your beach memories! For larger groups - please inquire about Ocean One 106 (3BR/3Bath) located just across the hallway or any of our other listings in Ocean One.

We’ve stayed in several different condos at Ocean One over the years. This was our first time on the first floor and we were quite pleased. Enjoyed having a patio versus a balcony. It was like sitting in a garden with flowers all around. Yes, it was a trade off from having an ocean view but the ocean was steps away. Condo was clean, well furnished. Comfortable living room furniture and nice bathrooms. Would stay there again.

We had a great experience at Ocean One Villas! Our room was in a great location, close to the pool, beach access and gas grills. Inside there was plenty of space for us and the kids. We especially liked the motorized recliner couches! The location was great! We were in the middle of everything and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The beach was very nice. Pretty crowded but plenty of space for everyone. Overall we had a great stay the only negative we found was the gas fire pits were closed for the summer. That wasn’t a big deal though.

Very weird condo. The master bedroom the bed was extremely high and the there was only one lamp next to the bed. The master bathroom had a barn door (no lock), the vanity was extremely low and the handle for the shower was broken. By the end our week long stay the bathroom vent fell off from the ceiling. I rented this unit because it was on the 1st floor and we have 5 grandkids also staying in Ocean One in a unit on the 5th floor. The kitchen had a breakfast bar however the chair were unusable because the were to low for even an adult to use. The refrigerator shelves on the inside door were broken and unusable. In my option this condo needs new furniture, a new refrigerator and repairs. I WOULD NOT RENT THIS UNIT AGAIN.

I really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Great location with restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. It was a very big condo with lots of room. You are just a few steps from the pool also. There's live music right next door so if you like peace and quiet this might not be the best location for was nice to have during the day and up until 11pm. The furniture in the picture is different that needs to be updated and it is all tile in the condo. The kitchen and dining room table are a great size. There was also some beach items in the closet. Which was nice because we left some items at home.

We have been coming to Hilton head every summer for 10 years. This was the first time that I had stayed at this location and I must say it was ideal. Being on the first floor right outside of the pool and with such close access to the beach was wonderful. Especially since we had a shorter distance to take the tents and the chairs back-and-forth. Being so close to Coligny was also a major bonus as we are big bike riders and our kids loved having the quick access to all of the walking around shopping and eating. 107 was very clean and very spacious. In the original pictures they had a sofa bed. Now they have change those out to very nice recliners which is great for movie night. But made it more difficult as we planned on two grown teenagers sleeping on the sofa bed. Luckily one of the other family members with us had bought an air mattress. Things that they could improve on in this unit, The kitchen was a little bit lacking in necessities. And because we were big TV watchers something was wrong with our television and the whole entire screen was a bluish purple hue for every movie we watched. We tried to change it in the settings and it was not possible. So that was a bummer. This one visit to Hilton head was very different and all the others and that the mosquitoes were atrocious. I do not know if this is something new for this year, or for the time of year. We were here the end of July which was our first time coming in July. But they were awful. We could not leave our place without bug spray and even so one of our kids had probably 50 bites on their legs.This was my number one complaint. I really wish ocean one would spray their property for mosquitoes. We do at our house and it makes a huge difference. And we live on water. The mosquitoes were so awful that if we came one other year and it happened that way again, we would probably not come back to Hilton head. Other than that this unit was incredible and we were definitely right here again.

Just steps from the pool and the beach, 107 is in a fantastic location--especially if you have beach carts and pool toys. You can leave all of that on the porch. The decor was lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I have would be to add more lighting.

Following a trip from Austin, TX to Charlotte, NC to visit grandkids, we rendezvous’ed with Austin neighbors for a weekend at the beach. Very comfortable & relaxing setting on S Forest Beach at Ocean One. Unit 107 is very dated, but adequate for a short stay ... our King mattress “crunched” loudly with every move - replacement needed. The place really needs a deep cleaning (under furniture, etc), but spaces’ surfaces and line of site are ok.

Couples Getaway
Following a trip from Austin, TX to Charlotte, NC to visit grandkids, we rendezvous’ed with Austin neighbors for a weekend at the beach. Very comfortable & relaxing setting on S Forest Beach at Ocean One.
Unit 107 is very dated, but adequate for a short stay ... our King mattress “crunched” loudly with every move - replacement needed. The place really needs a deep cleaning (under furniture, etc), but spaces’ surfaces and line of site are ok.

However you could tell that it was clean and well maintained like the rest of the property at Ocean One. The condo itself could use a little more cleaning (dust bunnies under the beds and crumbs in the corner), but all in all a very comfortable condo with anything you should need. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, blankets and pillows. We would definitely recommend this condo and can’t wait for our next visit.

Mattresses are extremely old!
Overall, great location right off the beach. Super easy with kids to just walk out to the pool or beach. No worries about carrying things up and down the elevator! No need for shoes! Great shower area to wash off sandy toes! Close enough to walk to Coligny shops and restaurants.
The unit itself was just okay. The lighting needs updated, it’s super dark. Master bath is outdated. Little details missed making it awkward, like counter height chairs for bar stools. Baseboards need cleaning. Lots of scuff Marks on walls. Sliding screen door is old and gets stuck easily.
Now the mattress! This made me lose sleep at night. All mattresses, both master and 2nd bedroom are so old you can hear the smallest movement throughout entire condo. I only sat on the 2nd bedroom beds as this is where my children slept. However when we sat on the edges of the bed it was so noisy. When my 4 year son moved around at night or morning we could hear him! Now the master mattress. Not only was the mattress it self so loud with the smallest movement ever!!! But the frame itself felt so unstable and of course so loud. Again by the smallest normal movements like sitting in bed, rolling over, getting up - alll so loud and so unstable! With a mom of 2 small children this was the absolutely most disappointing sleep experience I have ever had!! If you need a pillow that is firm Or with any support - bring your own. All these pillows are super light and fluffy - once you lay your head down you just sink through it, basically not a pillow. Leaving HH with major kinks in neck and back! 😔

We enjoyed this condo very much. Spacious and lots of room/storage. We loved being able to walk right out to the grass area, pool and beach. We would rent it again and actually already looking into it for next year. Just a few but very minor suggestions below. Overall, excellent place to stay. 1. Little dark, maybe another light in the kitchen. 2. Need a bigger broom so we can sweep off the grass we brought in on the back patio. The current broom was very small. 3. While the TV was HUGE, it had a blue tint to it. However, we didn't watch much TV so it didn't matter too much. Wish we could come back tomorrow! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

3rd time staying in an Ocean One condo, first time in 107. Condo is clean, updated and has everything you need for the kitchen. Love the walk out to the pool or ocean from the condo. And the music from the tiki bar next door is a perfect addition. And walking proximity to many things. Love Hilton Head.

Nice property! Very short distance to the beach and pool, which was wonderful with small children! Also, within walking distance to Caligny Circle for ice cream and groceries.
The place was clean, updated and spacious. My one and only complaint would be that I wish there were more lights inside of this condo - but again we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed it thoroughly!

Convenient location but noisy.
The condo itself was good. We liked that you could walk right out the door and could be at the pool or the beach within steps. It was also nice to be able to walk to Coligny Plaza in the evenings to shop or have ice cream. The downside for me was how loud the music is coming from the bands next door in the evenings and at night. If you like to go to bed early or have children that do, this makes it difficult.
