Wonderful, breathtaking views in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Owner's put the touch of Hawaiiana w/ mango cabinets & doors and new tile floors thru out. 2 complete Primary bedroom suites with Cal King beds and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds + sofa sleeper in living room. 4 flat screen TV's with built in DVD player and Ihome MP3 player clocks + complimentary wifi!
Good walking, windsurfing, kitesurfing beach fronts this oceanfront condo complex in North Kihei. A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. The location and views were perfect. Everything in the condo was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. This unit is right by the end stairs which was super convenient.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. We had 2 parking spaces at our disposal. The location is ideal for discovering Maui. In addition, we were close to Costco, Walmart etc. But what is the most impressive is the breathtaking view we had from the balcony, the sunsets directly from the balcony, ensured that we had dinner every evening on the restaurant can reproduce the magnificent view of Maui Sunset 223B.We will definitely return to Maui Sunset.Le condo était parfait pour notre famille de 6 adultes. Nous avions à notre disposition 2 places de stationnement. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Maui. De plus, nous sommes près du Costco , Walmart ect...Mais ce qui est le plus impressionnant c'est la vue époustouflante que nous avions du balcon, les couchés de soleil directement du balcon, ont fait en sorte que nous avons souper tous les soirs sur le balcon...Aucun restaurant ne peut reproduire la vue magnifique du Maui Sunset 223B. Nous reviendrons sûrement au Maui Sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay!
I have cleanliness at 3 stars as all beds have a lot of stuff under that needs removed and vacuumed as Very Dusty. Bed skirts on twin beds were very dirty and moldy. Light fixtures, fans and air conditioners need cleaned.
People with active toddlers will need to do a lot of child proofing. There are big shelves full of Hawaiian knick knacks.
Kitchen has lots of kitchenware but could use a kettle. Also there is a broom but no dustpan.
The furniture and appliances were very nice and the condo is very up to date.
The property management were excellent and very responsive! I emailed about a broken bedroom door knob and when we came back from aquarium, it had already been fixed!
The lanai is very big and has a gorgeous view of ocean and grounds. We watched whales every day.
Ten minutes walk on beach is where turtles come up.
You can swim at this beach but nice to go to other better beaches throughout Kihei.
Very nice pool and hot tub, good temperature. Could always get chairs for 6 of us.
Even with the cleanliness being a 3, we would very happily stay here again. We did not complain to anyone about the cleanliness issue or they may have sent someone back to do more cleaning.
We were 3 couples and an infant but could only get 2 sets of keys/fobs. That did cause some problems as we did go do different things. Would be nice to have 3 available.

The condo is very roomy with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The beds are all very comfortable except for the fold out couch. You can feel the springs on the mattress. They supply everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We were also pleased to find that they were well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and other gear. We would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was huge, well stocked and very comfortable! The view is amazing! Amenities at the property were stellar. The only issue we had was the pool being out of commission for an extended period of time on Monday.

We had a great time on the island of Maui. The rental was large enough for all of us to enjoy. It was unfortunate that the unit below us was being remodeled and we had to listen to saws and pounding on the walls. Our rental unit is dated and could use some updating. It is a little too cluttered with too many nicknacks on the floors and on the walls. Obviously personal taste of the owners.

The condo had most things we needed like beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with items for meal prep. The spacious lanai provided us with beautiful views of the ocean and the well-kept grounds. We enjoyed the large pool area as well. Only negative comments would be the tv in second master bedroom was not hooked to cable, the garbage disposal did not work, and a construction crew showed up early one day to work on the unit below us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

We have stayed at the Maui Sunset numerous times during the last 25 years. It is our favorite place to book when we are in Kihei. This is the third 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that we have rented and I have to say this is the nicest one. You can tell that the owners took great care in the way they decorated their place. The paintings and other art works and pieces are really nice. The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked our meals. The beds are quite comfortable and the condo had an ample supply of linens and towels. It also helped to have a full size washer and dryer. There are plenty of chairs, mats and an umbrella to use when we went to the beach as well as sand toys for my grand-daughter. My only suggestion would be to provide a cooler. Fortunately, I always bring an insulated bag when I travel which came in handy when we went to the beach. In addition, we enjoyed seeing the awesome sunsets each night from the lanai. Overall, this is an amazing condo and look forward to renting it again in the very near future.

Great for whale watching from the Lanai. Well laid out large suite. The pool was well maintained. Guests are able to sign out rec equipment like shuffle board, tennis rackets, and bocci ball. Suite is dated.
