Welcome to the Exceptional Ocean Getaway—an idyllic hideaway situated in the heart of Santa Barbara. Just a stone's throw from the ocean, Stearns Wharf, the vibrant Funk Zone, and acclaimed dining and shops, our quintessential location adds to the allure.

The Exceptional Ocean Getaway is infused with warm, natural light and features elegant limestone surfaces, a spacious walk-in shower, and a Waterford fireplace that evoke a romantic European ambiance.

The fully-equipped kitchen is meticulously designed with high-end appliances including a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf cooktop stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine, as well as a private washer & dryer. The dining room comfortably seats up to six guests, while the private enclosed courtyard offers two table and chair sets for alfresco dining.

The living room is an inviting gathering space, featuring exquisite hardwood floors, a queen sofa bed, a 55" HD TV, two luxurious Venetian chairs, an antique Louis XV desk, and a cozy Waterford fireplace that enhances its ambiance.

In the living room, French glass doors frame views of the courtyard and the enchanting Italian fountain. Bask in the sun and indlugle in the magic of Mediterranean-like weather in the spacious courtyard, offering a gas grill, and chaise lounge seating to dine alfresco and delight in local produce.

The king bedroom includes a 40” HD TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The queen bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are newly renovated, featuring limestone floors, granite countertops, and custom Santa Barbara-style cabinets, adding to their beauty and functionality.

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities expected as part of a perfect getaway: air-conditioning, complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, and a Nespresso machine with pods, creams and sugar as well as reserved parking which is rare in such close proximity to the beach.

Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, you’ll be steps from the beach and blocks from Stearn’s Wharf and the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, as well as the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Close proximity to the vibrant Funk Zone also adds to the allure. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, was was one an industrial spot, but is now a flourishing space with lively and artistic locale. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station further allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.

We loved our weekend at this property. It was walking distance to the beach & to many restaurants and shopping. The outside patio space was so nice to have. When we had questions, management answered right away. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. We always stay in West Beach when we come to Santa Barbara and found this property to be perfect. It was easy to get in and out, the place was spotless, had what we needed to cook a couple of meals and was generally quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio areas were lovely and my husband set up his “office” on the patio with the umbrella table. It was so peaceful and even though he had to work some, he still felt like he was on vacation. It was very easy to walk to the beach, loads of restaurants, State Street and of course, The Funk Zone. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy Communication with on-site property manager and responsive when needed. Communication with Host also easy and responsive. Book it, you will love it.

Perfect for our short stay in Santa Barbara! Close enough to walk everywhere we wanted. Loved the small outdoor sitting areas, espresso, tvs, nice shower pressure, comfortable beds and even a pull-out couch. We loved eating at Toma's, Finney's, Brophy Bros and lunch tacos at Mony's.

Our stay was better than expected and I had high expectations! The owners had everything we needed including a pack-n-play, beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap, etc. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need for an elaborate meal. The living room was larger than pictured too. The courtyard, the largest on the property I think, was wonderful for my 8 and 2 YO to play in the mornings and after the beach. We had a perfect Californian vacation in this property!

In a word, it just felt comfortable (and that is a huge compliment!!) Not flashy, not showy, but appliances were top of the line, unit was clean, it and had everything we would/could need. My only issue was a few window blinds need replacing. Unfortunately, weather prohibited us from using and enjoying the beautiful patio. Location was perfect. Close to beach and easy walk to downtown. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We met good friends here for a week and it was a perfect spot in Santa Barbara! Your condo was a great size and layout for two couples, wonderful location for walking around, and close to the waterfront. We also loved having a special parking spot behind the building. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the Santa Cruz Market around the corner was most convenient. Bauder was very helpful with letting us drop our bags off early and responded right away when I told her there was no hot water. We would definitely highly recommend your place to anyone visiting Santa Barbara. Thanks so much *****

Our stay at this gorgeous and wonderful condominium was beyond our expectations! The location to shops, restaurants and the beach was just incredible and minutes away. We literally, walked around gorgeous Santa Barbara….The accommodations and furnishings were extremely well appointed…Our only “minor” complaint would be the noisy people above ⬆️ us… We could clearly hear their conversation and the television in both the master bedroom and the living room area. Very nice decore, comfortable beds and well stocked bathroom supplies very nice neighborhood and just two blocks from beach. Dryer did not work but had a alternative solution on the property for us. Quickly to respond to our questions once we checked in

Great location! Easy walk to the beach, Funk Zone and State Street. Kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor patio space is amazing! I felt very secure with the locked gates and the lockbox for the keys. My only negative comment would be that the dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes. I would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with the property! It was spacious and the location was convenient. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the outdoor spaces were lovely. The champagne in the fridge was a nice touch! I knew there would be no AC, and there were many windows that provided a breeze throughout. However noise was a problem, gates slamming closed, conversations heard as guests travelled the stairs late at night or early morning. Overall our experience was good! I just didn’t consider that no AC would be an issue.
