BEDROOMS: Four large bedrooms with ac (1 king, 3 queens) with ample space to store your belongings. Two suites located on the upper level, two bedrooms and a full bath on the lower level. Additionally, the Aloha Room on the upper level has a queen size sofa sleeper.
KITCHEN: The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is amazing! Everyone can pitch-in to prepare some local fresh fish from the Dolphin Fish Market in Hanalei and local vegetables and fruits from area farmers’ markets.
LIVING SPACE: The upper-level open floor plan consists of a kitchen, living room and dining room with lovely golf course views and air conditioning. The lower level is reached using the spiral staircase. A 65” smart TV with board games in the family room, lower level. Off the family room the garage has been converted to a Game Room with ping pong table, 4 bikes for exploring the neighborhood, lots of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, beach toys) and games for adults and children.

Tropical vegetation abounds with lots of palm trees. The house’s many lanais, including a screened in one off the dining room, are places to unwind, relax, listen to the birds. On the lower lanai is a grill and comfortable seating area to enjoy a mai tai while you cook.

I was so grateful to find this listing just around the corner from me. We rented the house for our extended family who were visiting from Australia. I had to find a place that was close to our home, but the best part was not just the location on Princeville on the frisbee golf course but the size of the house for so many family members. Being a vacation rental owner myself I am always looking for clean homes. This house was spotless. Well equipped for every age. And the fact it has four bedroom is also such a plus.
It suited my cousins, my brother and their kids and they all loved all the bikes and games too. The house is air conditioned which is a luxury in Kauai and in August it was very welcome on the hot days, but the open house breeze upstairs and the views from the decks were wonderful as well. Thank you Linda for a perfect stay for my family. I will for sure book your home again. I hope to see you one day as neighbors too!

They have thought of everything. Knowing we can’t bring everything we would want in our suitcases, they have thought of it all. It was so great for our family of 6 but would be perfect for two small families as well. The neighborhood is amazing the view from the back of the house is beautiful. If you are debating between this house and another one, choose this one!

We had such a positive experience at this location. House is beautiful and spacious, had so many items we needed from beach items to baby monitors. It was so nice having a baby friendly home. Our family truly enjoyed our time.

I cannot say enough about this home. We have stayed here several times. Why so wonderful? The screened in lanai and all the other outdoor lanais, the huge master bedroom with all the amenities, three more bedrooms and a den that converts into a fifth bedroom, the well appointed kitchen and long table for all our family meals in the evening after a day in the sun. Hanalei and princeville are great locations, near many beaches, the botanical garden, the Napali coast, Kilauea lighthouse and much more. Grocery store, restaurants and even an urgent care just minutes away. The owners and manager are quick to respond and help when needed. Such a lovely spot. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

This property was perfect for our two families of 5 (4 adults and 6 kids from 4 to 17). Having two master bedrooms was great. The house was spacious enough for us never to feel on top of each other. The layout is open and so many beautiful views. The property is so well appointed with quality linens and kitchen equipment and very clean! The community is beautiful and quiet. Walking distance to playground, basketball courts and a shopping center that has grocery, dining and shopping. The game room and all of the beach equipment are awesome. The communication with the management is excellent. We look forward to renting this property again for our next Kauai trip.

My partner and i flew out with our family to get married in Kauai. We found this house that served every single purpose that we could need for a week on paradise. The house is large and gorgeous with beautiful views off the back decks. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. We were able to use some of the beach equipment for our adventures around the island. We stopped at most of the towns around the island, for shopping and beaching while we were here so we got good use of the chairs and towels and umbrellas. The host was so kind and very detailed in instruction so everything was very clear which was so helpful. Wish i could live here haha. Definitely suggest this place for anyone and their family to stay

This house wa sure perfect accommodation for our family. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals as a family. The rooms were clean and the beds so comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The house is well stocked we didn’t have to worry about anything. We all enjoyed the game room and beach goodies. Gathering on the screened porch was great during the rain. It was the best trip ever.

This house was perfect for a large group of adults. Each couple had their own large room and there were plenty of bathrooms. The set up downstairs was a perfect getaway for a smaller group to hang out and we really appreciated all the bikes and snorkeling/beach gear. Overall a great experience and would absolutely rent this house again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful Princeville home. It has two bedrooms plus a den that can be used as a bedroom on the upper floor along with the kitchen and living room and three bathrooms, and two bedrooms and a huge den on the lower floor. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and a great deal of care has been taken to make it attractive and family friendly. I love that there is only one large TV in the downstairs den where we all gather to watch movies at night. You can go out into the backyard and golf course at night and look at the stars. You are walking distance to Foodland, grocery store, the library, and a playground. There’s a farmers market every Saturday morning next to the playground and there is music every Wednesday afternoon at the golf course. But best of all, everything in the house just works so well: the fans, the appliances, and so many outdoor lanais to sit in and enjoy the breezes. we love Hanalei Bay and Hanalei town, but we also enjoy Anini beach and Kilauea town. Thank you for a lovely month’s vacation!

I brought my whole family here for the holidays, six adults and two kids. The place was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The yard had fresh fruit trees, we picked fresh fruit up from the back yard, some of the best oranges I have ever had. We had a small issue with the dish washer and the owner was right on it. I would give this place 10 STARS if I could, Thanks SO MUCH!!!!!

We loved this house. It is one of the best-equipped VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! Everything you need for your vacation but can’t fit in a suitcase! Big enough for everyone to have their own space, but also places where everyone can be together. Multiple shops, beaches, and restaurants very close. Definitely recommend!

My family of five adults fully enjoyed our stay in this slice of paradise. There was so much space to spread out and be together. We loved the varied outdoor seating areas and the thoughtfully decorated home. Special thanks to the on island hosts for fielding our questions.

Everything at the house was great! The only problem we had was with the laundry, which we fixed ourselves. The dryer wasn't drying things properly and our clothes ended up sitting in the dryer wet for several hours causing them to smell. Apparently, the previous renters did not completely clean the lint filter. First layer was cleaned, but there was a layer glued to the trap which we had to pry off. Once that was completely clean, it was working well. So, make sure that is completely cleaned out before using. Had to rewash a couple of loads. Loved having all of the beach towels, chairs, etc. available for use. Of course, the island is amazing, so we did many outings for adventure!

AMAZING PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR EXTENDED FAMILY
From our first contact with owner Linda Gall, who was gracious and helpful. The location is ideal...since between the 2 families we had 6 children ages 14-20 who can't drive a rental car...who loved walking to the nearby Foodland and other shops. The huge kitchen worked well for multiple people helping with meal prep...usually for 16 because I also rented 2 other places for me and my husband and a 3rd son with his family. Wonderful long BEAUTIFUL table inside was perfect for lots of games....and everyone loved the screened patios so we could eat inside or outside. Wonderful view....and incredible supplies for a week on Kauai....boogie boards, chairs, and lots, lots more...Also local manager Kaye was very helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked out perfectly for the family. LOVED THE PLACE....and I'm sure the family wil return!

Great house for a big family!
We came to Kauai for my wife’s milestone birthday with our 3 daughters (mid 20’s) and their spouses and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.
It was nice to have 2 bedrooms upstairs both with en suites and the extra room (den) with the pull out that can accommodate another person or couple if needed and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs with an entire separate full bath, living room and game room (garage). It was also nice to have the extra patio downstairs.
You won’t need an alarm clock because the roosters will let you know when the sun comes up.
Very well appointed with all the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment.
Bonus there was a carrier to take everything down to the beaches. We had a large car (suburban)
so we could load everything and head out for the day.
Our stay could not have been better.

A Perfect Vacation Spot
This home had it all! There are several lanais for outdoor relaxation, huge bedrooms, a large open area with a well appointed kitchen and lovely living area, excellent Wi-Fi for those members of our group who needed to work and the teenagers who wanted to be in touch with friends, a quiet neighborhood with a view of the golf course (this part of the golf course is never used by golfers so it was quiet and lovely). There are ceiling fans in all the rooms, lovely artwork and furniture all around and the bathrooms are well appointed and modern. The garage has been converted to a game room and was filled with beach chairs, beach toys, a ping-pong table, an extra refrigerator and much more. Linda, the owner, was wonderful, always responsive and helpful when any questions came up. The house is near everything: the grocery store, library, a playground, lots of walking and running trails, Hanalei Beach, Wylie Beach, the Napali ridge and Anini beach as well as Kilauea lighthouse and fishmarket. We had the time of our lives and can’t recommend this place more.

Family Victory Vacay
We have been trying to bring our kids and their wives to Kauai for the last 2 years, but due to Covid our trip had to be postponed. Everything was even better than how It was described. The house was super comfortable with all the amenities thought of. Loved relaxing on the lamáis and hearing the birdsong! Well stocked kitchen and really appreciated the beach gear including towels and snorkeling equipment.

AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL!
House was clean and well taken care of. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Lots of welcoming touches like a welcome note in the entry way and a goodie gift basket in the kitchen. Location was awesome because the neighborhood is so safe and clean. Kauai is such a wonderful island. Located on a golf course which is awesome if you golf. It was fun to have the bikes to ride in the mornings. There were lots of beach stuff there so that was great! There were 3 boogie boards there and we left 4 more. So there are lots of toys to play with. Would definately stay here again.

Peaceful Palms
We have just completed a wonderful 3week stay at the beautiful Kamalani Palms. This property has everything we could have wanted or needed. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. We so enjoyed the views of the golf course, pine forest and mountains. And it is a short walk to a grocery store, shops, a library, restaurants and most importantly Lappert’s Ice Cream!
The very comfortable, spacious home was very clean, beautifully decorated with Hawaiian art and had all the modern conveniences to make us feel at home. We appreciated the two levels which gave us privacy and more than adequate storage, bathrooms and living space. The large well equipped kitchen was great for days we prepared meals “at home “. That the owners provided equipment such as beach chairs, towels, swim and snorkel gear and boogie boards was perfect on the days we drove to the nearby spectacular beaches.
Finally, we cannot overstate our appreciation to Linda, the owner, who communicated so openly with us both prior and during our stay. The guideline booklet left for us was very helpful on a day to day basis. Most importantly, Linda replied almost immediately when we contacted her. It was clear that she wanted to make our stay a fine one. In this she exceeded our expectations. We look forward to when we can next return! Thank you Linda and Bob for sharing your magical property with your guests!

Christmas in Princeville
The house was bigger than expected, plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for 2-3 people to make meals. The beach items were fantastic, lots of variety. It was extra sweet to leave the little Christmas tree up for us to celebrate over the holidays. Thank you for having us in your home.
