I was expecting more for a Staybridge hotel

The room seen that it wasn’t clean. The sheets were stain and the mirrors had toddler hand prints all over

It was overall a decent stay just be ware of rude first shift employees

The property was very clean and spacious for me and my family of 4 also the pool was clean and had very nice temperature to it as well as the hot tub which was my favorite thing to do there it was also very easy to check in and out of the facility

I didn’t like the breakfast it wasn’t good at all eggs were terrible and I also didn’t like that they claim to be “PET FRIENDLY” but yet they have many restrictions as I went with my husband to grab some breakfast down in the lobby I sat down on a chair with my plate ready to take my food up to the room and a worker with out even knowing he is a certified Service dog pretends to do something with the Tv and gets real close to my face and Proceeds to tell me that I am not allowed to be down there having breakfast with him although I was just waiting to go back upstairs the way he said it was so rude

Great place for families. Loved the in room kitchen and continental breakfast.

Location was great. Friendly service. Very roomy. Beds were very comfortable.

Very confusing we were told check in early no charge the deposits would removed they haven't. Disap

Yeah we didn't like how are staying in extra day would be a big deal but they said they could not take any cash and had to the extra night with you and I explained to them I would pay cash and they were not sure how to do that. We also asked to check out later Saturday morning. They were more concerned how they were going to get paid . No if you are aware the dells got another foot of snow from to Saturday with wins blowing over 4omph we wanted to stay till early afternoon so the roads could get plowed. So my wife went and paid Saturday in full. Which. Ridiculous we had to pay 2hundred and some. where we booked with you it was 300 hundred some.for2nights I'm not happy the increase. And making us leave there. workers still hadn't shoveled the sidewalks and the was just getting started on cleaning up the parking lot if I didn't have 4wheel we wouldn't have been able to get out of the lot So my 2 biggest things the amount charged for the one extra day. And not being able to stay until like noon. Just get the a little better. There were several car accidents from the dells to mantello it put sever stress on me. An hour and half Trip turned into three hours. And when I got home they had already assets us that 50.00deposite plus some other fees and I call6 they it will be Refunded. As far as I'm concerned I should be getting some that money from that last night. I honestly believe that they us at least 100. 00. We left before 10am after not feeling welcome. I will say the pace Was beautiful and we left it that way. I better see a refund on that last 24 hours because 50 of it was a deposit could you into these matters. We have family righ baraboo. My son forgot his work laptop and an e-reader. He was asked to pay for posting them overnight.

The b/fast was typical American breakfast. We should have healthier breakfasts for those who do not eat eggs and vegans.

My son forgot his work laptop and an e-reader. He was asked to pay for posting them overnight. Just for the bag to be mailed alone without the laptop and e-reader. This is such a failure. Human beings forget. He traveled here internationally. After paying $90.... I am waiting for the lap top and e-reader. If I don't get them I will sue you guys because the laptop belongs to THE WORLD BANK.

The staff is exceptional at this facility! The rooms are very clean and the staff do an excellent job!

We will most likely make a return visit.

The suite was clean and we liked being able to cook. The pool was nice, not many people on Friday but very busy on Saturday. The complimentary breakfast was great.

I felt it was expensive but I can’t say anything negative about our stay.

Great restful visit here and enjoyed devils lake state park which is very close to hotel

Very clean. Wonderful bed. Rooms large with refrigerator and microwave. Ma y amenities . Bypassed Marriott as matiott has really gone down hill. This is our new “go to” and the staff here were wonderful !

Overall good stay, would stay again.

Close proximity to a lot businesses and fast food. Modern appliances and utensils stocked for use in the kitchen. House keeping was excellent.

AC unit and ice maker from the fridge were both noisy and woke us up to n occasion. Key card didn’t work too well, had to swipe and/or hold them up to the room keypad atleast 2x per entry every time. Staff was friendly but not very informative about local attractions i.e. tickets/passes discounts etc.
