Reasonable

Location

The wall is not normal as you expect. Hoarding board with no insulation makes even a small cough can be heard. No reception of most TV channels. Smell of bedding was the worst experience but it was a bargain price to stay. Arrive in a daytime is a ‘must’ for this place, the instructions for key/lock was wrong 😑 and easy to get lost in dark… but the non-Japanese owner was good 👍 and friendly 😊

1、环境优越，面朝大海，新年当天可以直接在窗边看日出； 2、房间很大，一个双人床（1米5）、一个单人床（1米2），1个上下床； 3、房东比较热情，回复非常快，新年还送了礼物给我们。

适合自驾，如果没有车的话不太方便，公交比较少，需要等的时间长，很难打到车。

本以為這個價錢會很老舊，但是房間很完美，已經推薦給很多人。

起床就能看見海，旁邊有大片空地可停車，房間內可開伙且提供調料及冰箱，淋浴設備水壓強、熱水溫度高且可調節，有提供洗衣機。

隔音較差，若隔壁住音量稍大的住客會稍微難睡。

Nice place but really far from anything...

Quiet place. Huge space. Clean.

Far from anything! Especially if you (like me) didn't rent any vehicle. Bus to the main spot pass one in a while (once or twice a day!)

Excellent property. It was just what I needed.

The room was spacious and had the most wonderful view. It is next to a beautiful beach. Access to public buses is close by. The owner is incredibly generous with his time and very helpful. On the drive back from the airport he stopped at a grocery store so I could pick up food for my 4 days there.

Big one room with many beds in a Scary building.

Location was good and many beds were good. I liked the shower. It was strong. Dishes and plates weren’t good. The building is extremely old. The room was big so it was fine.

The email I received said our room number was 201 but the only key I found was 101. They prepared 2 sets of towels instead of 3. I paid for 3 people. I took more towels from utility closet across the hallway.

Worth the money!

The place is by the ocean! We took a ride boat which is right next to the facility and we really enjoyed our stay. The bread toaster needed to replace though but overall was awesome. We are definitely come back!

Pleasant

The view of the ocean is amazing - waking up in the morning and seeing that vista is really awesome. It's also nice that there's a kitchen, so it's easy to prepare some food.

The first room we stayed in was not very clean: dust, loose hairs, mold on the curtains, dead bugs and stains could be found throughout the room. The room felt a bit old and greasy and the air was also quite stuffy. After a complaint, the owner was very adequate in addressing our issues, though. We were given another room after it became available a day later, which was a world of difference. It was clean, and smelled good and overall was a really nice room to stay in. There was a lot of space, and the high ceiling made it feel even more spacious. Overall very hard to give a reliable review, since it really depends on which room you're staying in.

The location was fantastic if you have a car. It is a nice place for a quiet get away.

There wasn't a bed really big enough for two people to share. I had to push the two beds together and deal with the annoyance of the mattress coming apart.

very close to the beach, awesome view , quit area - perfect to calm down. Rice cooker , water boiler, all available.

Hidden gem - stunning view just minutes from the beach

Wonderful Ocean view from the main window. Free parking which was essential for the location. Well equipped apartment.

The hot water cut off in the evening sometimes. No option to sort rubbish or info about the during categories - felt very bad for the environment.

the weather is not good but the beach view was.great .the bed is comfortable and the facities are almost what you need

the sound of the other rooms are very noisy from the morning until late in the evening this makes uncorfortable from the day we check in until the check out time

Nearly Perfect Stay!

Clean, comfortable, and the amenities provided by the owner helped make the stay fantastic! The morning sun could be seen from the window and the beach was just a few meters away. There was a washing machine, large fridges, and cooking ingredients provided by the owner too. The only downside was that the walls are a bit thin, and our neighbors had a couple of small, noisy children. Other than that, the owner was extremely kind and helpful. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you! 🙂

Pause and Rest

The owner was really helpful. I don't speak the language and I don't have a car. He was able to guide me from the bus station in Naha to the place. He also told me where to go. The room is really big. It has 5 beds. It has pots, rice cooker, utensils, plates, refrigerator, t.v, washer, shampoo, almost everything. You can cook on your own. The owner is kind. It's a good place to think because its too quiet.

The location is great and the peaceful community was great for us to move and enjoy the beach and area.

The ants was still present and small lizards, but it is a good spot to stay.

Nice place, good to rest, far from anything else

Clean, big room, with lot of useful accessories. Lovely place v to find peace and listen to the ocean waves all night. Warm water and strong sun, even in middle of November. Really a nice place to rest. If you drive, it may be a great place to discover the island. For basic English and only present tense, you can talk to the owner and people are usually trying a lot to help even if the language barrier is a very strong one.

If you don't drive you depend on a bus line that comes 4 times per day or on the owner availability ... but you can't always ask him to drive you there and there and there. The closest shop is at min 30 minutes walking. Be prepared to pay either by cash the amount of booked rooms, or by card ... in Naha at 1 hour drive.

Great apartment for our stay in Okinawa

The apartment is really big and nicely decorated. It was nice to have so much space after spending a few nights in Osaka where we could barely move in our hotel room. Also the apartment has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances etc to make a small meal or fry an egg for breakfast. It also has a washing machine, washing powder and big drying rack so we could wash our clothes. We also loved the view over the ocean. You can watch the sun rise from the apartment. There are a few good restaurants and a coffee place nearby. Perfect to have a bite to eat and there's a beach just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Also our host James was so nice. We had trouble finding the location since we arrived while it was dark. He was so nice to come and pick us up and also to take us to the supermarket to do some groceries and later to the restaurant (we didn't have a rental car). He also insisted in taking us to the airport to catch our flight. And all of this free of charge.
