About this house rental
Year-round lakefront home boasting 160 feet of frontage, with a 43 ft. dock (bring your own boat or rent one for your stay!) and a second 20ft. lounging dock on beautiful Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine. Two levels of living - 4 bedrooms (+ pull out sofa), 2 full baths, updated kitchen, 2 family rooms and beautiful lakefront views on both levels. Kid friendly home w/gradual entry into lake. Deck perfect for grilling at night (Weber grill available for use) or coffee in the morning. Fire pit by water for warm campfires in the evening. Rental includes use of 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, paddle boat & 1 paddle board - everything you need for a perfect family getaway on the lake! About the Area: Located 5 minutes from the Maine turnpike, approximately 15 minutes from Windham, ME approximately 30 minutes from Portland, ME approximately 40 minutes from L.L Bean in Freeport, ME and much more. Maine Wildlife Park is just 13 minutes down the road from the house - a great trip for the kids. Shawnee Peak Ski Resort is 37 miles away for fun winter getaways.

Great location, well maintained home and property. Overall a PERFECT rental for our annual Ice Fishing trip! Definitely planning on rebooking next year!

7 of us stayed for an annual ice fishing trip. Plenty of sleeping room and space for all of us. House had everything we needed and the center of town was 15 minuets away with every store and restaurant you could ever need! Had plenty of fire wood!!!! Would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! We stayed with another couple (family) to attend my nieces wedding. The view walking into the living room is wonderful! The house is very clean, well stocked and so much room to spread out. Plenty of room for girls getaway, guys fishing or family vacation. I'm definitely getting the joy of lake life!! Coffee and tea on the dock was great! Only warning would be that stairs are very steep to lower level. Definitely would love to come here again with our kids and grandkids. Katie is great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions.

What a beautiful quiet spot on the lake with a great view from the house and docks . Loved the house and all the windows looking towards the lake and plenty of space for all. 1st day an eagle came down right in front and caught a fish. Katie was quick to answer all questions. Thank you for a great week !

The location and the lake could not be better. House had all we needed. Great fishing and the kids lived in the water. We had one problem but the owner responded fast and dealt with it. We have done this as a family many times and everyone said this place was the best ever. We all would definitely rent this again.

We had a four night getaway and despite the weather (cloudy and some rain) the place had so much to offer. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, games for adults and kids, a great kitchen to cook in. Definitely going up again next year!

Lake side cabin was perfect for relaxing both day and night. Located on a well maintained dirt road but close to town and stores. Communication for check in a pre arrival questions was great. Would stay again.

Enjoys a nice relaxing weekend. With some old friends. The weather held out and we were able to enjoy the ground especially the fire pit. We would book again!

I surprised my husband with a weekend full of good food, a little drink and a lot of ice fishing with his buddies (late 40’s for reference) and it was beyond all expectations! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and the view is breathtaking! We were a group of 11 and there was more room than we’d ever need…could have fit 11 more easily without being cramped. We went on a freezing cold and windy February day so we didn’t get to enjoy most of the amenities, but we took advantage of the beautiful fireplace and nice warm blankets they left for us while some of us stayed in, played board and card games that they provided, while the brave, went fishing. I could go on and on but just let me say the house literally had EVERYTHING you could possibly need for kids and/or adults!! Katie answered all my questions in record time and also gave us advice and ideas to help us further when it came to bait, fishing spots and lots more. We would definitely stay again…hopefully when the weather is warmer 🤗

From start to finish the best experience. Katie was so wonderful and truly cared about our stay. She was very accommodating. We were in town for my sons wedding and wanted to find a place where we could all be together. The home had everything you can need or want! Great location. Perfect in everyway. Would love to stay again for a longer period of time.

Beautiful setting right on the lake. The fall colors were gorgeous. House was perfect for our group of friends- great common spaces, fully stocked kitchen and very clean.

Maine Lake House
We had an amazing family vacation! The location of the house was great, very easy access to the water and lots of water sports were provided. Also a quick drive to town if you needed any supplies. The house is fully stocked with everything you will need on your vacation and we will definitely go back :)

Perfect spot
A lovely lakehouse with everything one may need. Spectacular view of lake from living room. Lots of floats, toys, and books. It was nice to have 2 docks. The kids loved fishing off the dock. My 7 yr old grandson learned to paddle board! The owners were very responsive to communication. Perfect place for families!

Amazing home, didn't want to leave!
Really beautiful modern home with an amazing view and location - right on the lake. The private lakefront area had everything we could have wanted including 2 docks, swim dock, canoes, kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board and floats. The bedrooms were perfect and having a living room on each floor really made it a perfect place to travel with families. It was easy to check in, check out. I'd really like to return sometime soon - it was hard to leave!

We rented the house for a late September weekend because we were in the area for a wedding. We had 10 adults staying at the house and it was perfect - all of the room were comfortable, there was plenty of space for us to all hang out as a group, and being right on the lake was absolutely beautiful. Katie was so kind and quick to respond, the house was perfectly clean, and the views can't be beat. All of us who stayed at the house are hoping to return sometime in the summer, we loved it and only wished we had been staying longer!

We enjoyed smores at the firepit and stargazing on the dock. You can see the milky way! The house has comfortable furniture and beds and a well stocked kitchen. We ate a lot of meals at the picnic table on the deck. Katie was always quick to respond to our questions with helpful information. Check in and check out were easy. We were sad to leave and highly recommend this vacation house.

Great place for a family gathering. Such a beautiful home and the view of the lake from the living area is gorgeous. Grandchildren loved the kayaks, paddleboard and canoe, and swimming to the dock every day. Thanks, Katie!

Beautiful Lake House
This home is set on the beautiful Little Sebago Lake and has two docks for swimming and spending plenty of time on the water. The house is clean and tastefully decorated. Check in and communication couldn’t have been any easier. Highly recommended for families or groups of couples.

Wonderful lakeside retreat!
We absolutely loved our week at the lake house! The house setup is great for a group, everything was clean and comfortable. We loved the paddleboard, kayak and canoe and spent hours just hanging out by the lake. Thank you for having us!

This location and house are awesome. Beautiful views from deck and the newly remodeled great room. The great room has a wall of windows looking out onto the lake. Dock system was new and very stable. Catch white perch from the dock. It was fall so did not venture out to the swim platform or put the kayaks in the water but both are their for your use. We had 10 people in the house and layout of kitchen/dinning and great room made for a great space to gather and hang out. Fire pit lakeside was also a great gathering spot. Grocery store and other convenience stores about a 10 minute drive away. If looking for pizza I recommend Goody's Pizza. Parking at house will accommodate 4 cars. House was very clean and owners a pleasure to work with. A great home for an awesome lakefront stay.
