This home was built to entertain with 4024 sqare feet, 7 bedrooms plus an open room with two beds, basement, huge gourmet kitchen with a gas stove and the backyard one would only dream of. House sits on a lot where neighbors are not right next door so there is alot of privacy. HEATED SPA INCLUDED IN PRICE heating the pool is an additional fee of $130 per day with a 3 day minimum! There are 5 king beds, 3 queen beds and 2 full size beds plus additional beds (2 twin roll aways, 2 queen blow ups and 4 twin blow ups).

Basement has a gaming system for the kids!

Kitchen over looks the family room to ensure all are included while entertaining.

Home was completely remodeled 6 years ago and is truly stunning when you walk in, the large 16ft sliding glass door looks into the backyard making you feel like you are outside while viewing from the inside.

Large gourmet outdoor kitchen area with a gas barbeque and island.

I encourage you to read all of my reviews, every one of them are a 5 star because I do everything to make your stay one that you will remember! I have many that have been referred to my home as well as repeat guests. I assure you if you book my property you will not be disappointed!

Floor plan is as follows-
Upstairs there are five bedrooms and 1 room without a door
3 rooms have king size beds
1 room has a queen
1 room has 2 queens
Room without a door has 2 full size beds
Master has its own bathroom
There are an additional 2 and a half bathrooms upstairs for all others to share
Two rooms share a joining Jack and Jill bathroom (room with a king and room with 2 queens)

The basement has 2 bedrooms and each room has a king size bed both rooms share a full size bathroom.

VERY IMPORTANT RULES YOU MUST UNDERSTAND BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOME.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE HOME AND WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE AN UN-AUTHORIZED PARTY OR EVENT.

THERE ARE FOUR CARS PERMITTED TO PARK ON THE STREET OVERNIGHT AND MUST BE PARKED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOME, ALL OTHER VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN DRIVEWAY OR INSIDE GARAGE. DRIVEWAY WILL FIT 5-6 CARS AND 2-3 IN GARAGE.

NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED.

CONGREGATING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS NOT PERMITTED.

HORSEPLAY IN THE STREETS AND OR SIDEWALKS IS NOT PERMITTED.

PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS HOMES IS NOT PERMITTED.

Shared this wonderful home with family when we were in town for a wedding. Absolutely gorgeous home with lots of space. Tons of non-bed sleeping options- air beds, extra mattresses, pads, etc. Plenty of linens and towels. Pool was perfect. Location is great, good access to the loop and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Double stack washer/dryer came in handy when we were running laundry before we packed up to leave.

The house is massive and very impressive, the location was perfect for us since anything that we wanted to eat or do was around a 5-10 minute drive. We will definitely be looking for this house whenever we decide to make another trip. The host Jerry is also very responsive and clear with the instructions for the house.

We met here for an adult weekend (mostly couples). There was plenty of room and we loved the yard with pool and hot tub. We’re already talking about booking for another get together and we might even invite the kids. The landlord was helpful and quick to respond when we had questions.

This was our second stay at this property! We loved it the first time and decided to come back again. Jerry is a great host and was helpful when we had questions! There was plenty of room for our large family and the kids lived in the pool most of the week. We love coming here because it's a great location for groceries and other shopping and we can truly relax and enjoy the house.

Outstanding property. We had family from several states. 22 people from infant to 100. Everyone was comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out, visit, eat, play. The kids loved the basement and gaming systems. We all loved the amazing pool and yard. Jerry was great!

Stayed at this property on a golf trip with 8 guys (all 50+ yrs). The home was adequately equipped throughout. Hot tub was clean and functioning nicely, large couch in living area was comfortable for all of us, kitchen and refrigerator space was large enough for our group, enough bathrooms to service the group. Most importantly to us, only two guys had to share a room, the other 6 had their own rooms (and there is additional bed space). Jerry the owner was responsive to any questions we had. We have stayed in several other VRBO homes and this was the best layout for our group that we have had, will definitely try to stay here again.

We met here as a family of 19. We were very pleased with everything. Was very pleasant to deal with Jerry, our host. He was very prompt with answering any of our questions and made sure we were well looked after. A huge thanks to Jerry for making our holiday such a success. The house accommodated our family very well with ample room , comfortable beds , clean rooms and lovely decor. The children especially loved the heated pool and the adults made good use of the hot tub. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping centers and lots of good eating places near by. 10 minutes from the Mesa airport. We enjoyed every minute!

What a perfect house for a group! We couldn't believe how big it was! It was very clean, had great indoor and outdoor kitchens. It was a perfect gathering spot, and Jerry was fast to respond to questions. LOVED IT!

We had a wonderful time gathering with our family of 4 generations, including my 83 year old mother. 12-14 stayed comfortably in the home, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean. Several enjoyed using the Wii and other video games in the basement. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. One of the bedrooms had bedding that was stained/shabby, should be replaced, and we could have used more blankets. Jerry was very responsive when we reached out to him. After the first night when we found several top sheets missing from the beds, he got the housecleaner to come and put them on the next day, which was very helpful.

We needed a large place to stay for people coming out of town for a wedding. We had over 20 people staying at the house and we never felt on top of each other. Having 4.5 bathrooms was perfect such a large group. Jerry was great to work with... everything went smooth. We paid to heat the pool considering it was November and were very happy we did. The backyard is very private. You won't be disappointed with this home!

Another review said it best: the house is bigger than it sounds & looks! PLENTY of space for 15 of our family which stayed. (4 FULL bathrooms & a half bath meant no waiting for anyone….haha) No one felt crowded or that they were being space invaders to others. Lol! The backyard was very spacious with plenty of room for a large family bbq. We had what seemed to be an issue with the dishwasher and Jerry immediately reached out. (It was operator error….not the dishwasher itself - lol!) Definitely would consider staying here again if we had a large group and definitely recommend Jerry’s home for others!
