This was our second time staying at Tom’s, and once again it suited our needs perfectly. This condo is so cozy and perfectly situated within walking distance to PC lifts. We ended our stay with an unexpected powder day, and will likely be back next season!

This was our third visit to Park City for snowboarding and the first time we felt compelled to book the same place for our next trip so we'll be back next year. It's an easy walk, even in snowboard boots, to the lifts at Park City Mountain. The hot tub was wonderful for taking the ache out of our aging muscles and though we didn't use it, the pool was warm enough for swimming with air temps in the 20s/30s. With kindling and plenty of dry wood provided we enjoyed having a cozy fire in the evenings. Fresh Market and Starbucks are an easy walk and you can catch the free bus at the nearby stop. Like many properties so close to the lifts this unit is older, but it is meticulously clean with a very comfortable bed. Loved having the washer/dryer, with pods and dryer sheets provided, to do a load before departure!

Good location to reach Park City Mountain. Roughly two blocks to Fresh Market grocery store and free shuttle bus stops. I'd add two portable humidifiers; one for the bedroom and another for the living room. Air gets dry due to heating system.

This condo was a perfect ski location, just a quick walk across the street to Park City Mountain lifts. Tom made the check in/check out process so easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The wood fireplace added to the coziness in the evenings. The condo is within a couple minute walk to multiple free Park City shuttle stops, so getting down to Main Street could not have been easier. We really enjoyed our New Year staycation here!

We didn't realize how close Tom's place was to the lifts. Less that 5 minute walk. The unit is as advertised, and we loved a real wood fireplace. The community hot tub was large, and the pool heated almost s much as the hot tub. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Park City.

This rental property was not clean. There were grubby handprints on the doorways, the pans were greasy, there was damage to the microwave. The heat was provided by baseboards, but the thermostats appeared to have settings - off or on, so you either roasted or froze. The fireplace, however, was very nice, and the hike-a-bed was comfortable. It is also conveniently located to the Park City ski hill. This is not a good place to stay if you want to cook - very little counter space, and insufficient pans - in fact nothing that you could use to bake anything in the oven.

Everything you need for a great trip. Tom is very responsive if anything should arise or for questions. Close to Park City and could walk, or catch the bus stop right outside and it will drop you closer to the Payday lift. We rode the bus in the morning and exit by the First Time lift in the afternoon and walk back, it is down hill for the return. Also, a quick bus ride to the Canyons if you want to start your day at the bottom of their runs. As many others have stated, close to grocery stores and some eateries. Would definitely return.

Great location for Mountain and Main Street!
This is an ideal location to stay if you want to ski/board on the Mountain or spend time on Main Street, especially if you don't have a rental car.
For skiers/boarders, the Eagle, Three Kings, and First Time lifts are a 5 minute, up-hill walk from the condo. I paid to valet my skis at one of the many rental places at the base. It was money well spent as there isn't a lot of space in the condo for ski gear, and I didn't have to haul them back and forth.
For Main Street shops, bars, and restaurants, we took a Lyft/Uber to get to our destination on Main Street and then walked back to the condo at the end of the evening. It was usually a 15 minute, down-hill walk.
The condo is also a 5-10 minute walk to Fresh Market grocery store, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
Tom is a great host! He is very easy to communicate with via email and text. He kindly replenished a few items during our stay and was very responsive.
We loved our stay in Park City and highly recommend a visit during any season!

Everything about the condo was perfect !
The walk to the lift across the street was easy and only about 5 min.
The condo had everything we needed And the boot and glove warmer ( heater) was a great touch. Pool and hot tub were nice too for after a long day riding Thomas was very nice and checked to make sure everything was ok. I’ll definitely book here again and recommend it for a small group of 3-4 people Thank you again my son loved it. Everything about it

Amazing Place and Great Owner
What can I say? I came out to Park City not knowing anything about this place. I found this property, much like most of us, hoping it works out and is a good location. Well, do not hesitate to rent here and the owner is the nicest person you will meet. Communication was excellent. Place was clean. Pullout couch had a foam mattress. Slept great. Close to downtown (10 minute walk or free bus on walk) and we put on our ski gear and walked to the lift (less than 5 minute walk). Close to Starbucks if you are craving that but also a 7 Eleven across the street. Pool and hot tub were clean. Overall, do not hesitate to rent. If we come back, we are staying here The owner, again, is a wonderful person. .

Tom’s place is perfect. His place has everything to have a great stay, even a humidifier! The location is a few minute walk to the mountain, to the bus, to a few shops, and maybe 20 min walk or 4 min car ride to the town. Super convenient. Easy check-in and check-out. He was also great to deal with and excellent communicator. I highly recommend and will be back!

This condo was perfect! It was easy access to the town, bus stop, and the mountain. The apartment was super clean and I loved having access to the hot tub. Tom was also great - my boyfriend left a shirt there and he was able to ship it back to us! I would definitely recommend this palce and would stay here again!

We have never been to Park City and this place was the perfect size and had all the amenities we wanted, and the location was perfect. Short walk to lifts, nice walk to town, right near bus stop. We also enjoyed the fireplace one night as well as the hot tub each night. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend.
