Boutique luxury on Panama City Beach! Sterling Breeze Condominium is the first condo West of the newly developed Pier Park entertainment mall - in walking distance, just a block away! Pier Park features over a million square feet of shopping, dining, entertainment, live events, activities for children, and no shortage of entertainment for adults!

Sterling Breeze Condominium offers a 2,000 square foot beach-side pool (heated in winter), beach-side bar and grill, fire pit, beach chair and umbrella service, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a convenient sky bridge to the private, covered parking garage. We even reserved two padded beach chairs and a large beach umbrella for your beach enjoyment while staying in our condo (available March thru October - a $40 a day value). And due to the size of our complex (146 units), the beach won’t be as crowded as at larger condos nearby who have 500+ units.

Being on the 17th floor, the balcony affords breathtaking views of the white sand beach, the City Pier (longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico), and sunsets on the Gulf. It is also common to see schools of dauphin, stingrays, or other sea life from the balcony. Both the Living Room and ocean-front Master Bedroom open to the Gulf and the private balcony with electric grill.

This special floor plan has two master bedrooms, each with private on-suite bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers. The ocean-front master has a king-sized bed, while the second master has a queen-sized bed. Both include dressers, closets, and 4k high-definition TVs.

The private bunk room (with a door) has a dresser, 4k high-definition TV, and hallway access to the 3rd full bathroom.

The living room features a sleeper sofa and comfortable seating. The entertainment console contains a 4k high-definition TV with local cable service, Blu-ray player, and stereo system.

The open kitchen, with its Gulf view, has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to whip up a full meal or a batch of frozen drinks. The dining area comfortably seats six at the table and four on barstools at the breakfast bar.

The unit includes a new washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience, but who irons clothes at the beach!

This privately owned, newly remodeled condominium is unit 1704.

Age Requirement: Tenant must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire period of the rental. Valid IDs are required as proof of age at time of booking and upon check-in.

Absolutely No smoking, no pets are allowed!

Rates do not include combined taxes of 13.5% (Florida, Bay County, and Panama City Beach).

* The cleaning fee is $160.

* Sterling Breeze requires payment of a $50 non-refundable registration fee per car. This fee is still applicable if arriving without a car to cover wristbands, and other valuable information.

We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and adequately stocked with plenty of supplies for us. The owners are so nice and quick to respond to any questions. Having the complimentary chairs at the beach was an added bonus because it was less to have to carry down each day. Great location and Walking distance to Pier Park. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a beautiful stay. The condo was clean, well equipped, comfy beds and large enough to accommodate our family of 5. It was close to everything. The snack bar at the pool was a plus. The 2 chairs and umbrella at the beach was such a thoughtful extra. We look forward to staying again.

Really enjoyed our week in this spacious 3/3 condo right on the beach in PCB. I'm already missing waking up to the view and enjoying my coffee on the balcony with the stunning view of the white sand and turquoise water. Pros: The view and beach access were amazing, the furnishings, comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen were ideal for our group of 5. Another positive was the responsiveness and excellent communication when we had questions, Jennifer was a great host. The cherry on top was having the beach chairs and umbrella included making it easy to grab a cooler, towels, and beach bag to enjoy one of the best beaches in the USA. Con: (minor and temporary) There is some ongoing construction (July '24) on the street that makes driving/walking to garage not so nice, but there is a flyover walkway that can be used when needed.

The condo and location was great! The staff at Sterling Breeze was extremely rude. ( Especially the day shift pool security guy named Jimmy). He needs to be fired. For the record I often travel and have been all over the world. I never write a review but definitely feel like everyone needs to know before booking at this location. If I were the owners of this condo I would want to know. It was not just my family that felt this way about the staff but everyone we encountered for the week we were there. I know everyone has to have rules but they have given this guy some authority and he has took it to the extreme. So if you plan on relaxing by the pool with a drink, cooler, or music in the background. FORGET that! If your kids plan on playing in the pool, FORGET that! If plan on sitting any of your beach stuff down out of the way of course when you come in off the beach to just sit down for a bit to catch your breath when you have your mother who is 80 years old with you. FORGET that! I swear I’m not one to complain but you would just have to witness this guy in action. He jumped on to everyone at the pool all day long for something, anything he could possibly find to say something to you and was rude about it. Again, loved the condo, but terrible staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and check in was easy. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. I enjoyed using this grill on the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and the bar next to the pool. That was a great extra! We did have a couple downfalls. One would be the internet service and our cell service period in the condo. Which the owners did try to help. After talking with others in surrounding units this could just be an overall issue not just this condo unit. But we just unplugged for our time being there and we all lived (even the kids)! Condo did have elevator issues only one worked for the majority of the stay, which is beyond the owners control as well. Also it seemed a group of people possibly for insurance came around inspecting windows and taking pictures. While our older girls were in the condo by themselves they came by twice which the girls did not answer. They did return and I let them come in to take pics and then hours later they returned and asked to do it again. We told them they had already done it but said they did not have it recorded. It was odd but this also happen to more than just our unit. I do believe maybe they should have gave the owners a heads up so they could have told their guest to expect them. With all that being said the condo was nice, reasonably priced, owners were great!

The condo was great! Everything you could ask for. Beautiful views on the balcony. Condo was located close to everything. Short distance from grocery store and Pier Park.
