Fabulous 2BR/2BA condominium located at Surfside, a high-rise resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, with one of the area's most inclusive amenities package. Free Beach Service with an umbrella and 2 chairs come with this rental. This ninth-floor unit is full of upgrades, new Kitchen - Cherry Cabinets, Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, 20' tile flooring. The living area has a 47' LED TV mounted on the wall and has an entertainment system with Ipod dock and CD/Stereo. The condo has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The large balcony gives you a panoramic view from the beach to the bay as well as breathtaking sunset views. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room allow spectacular views from all rooms of this condo.This unit comfortably sleeps eight people. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two full-size beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. Enjoy dinner at Royal Palm Grille Restaurant located inside Surfside. The large outside deck is a great place to have dinner or a drink and enjoy the sunset. The Tiki Hut, located on the pool deck and the Beach bar offers food and drinks for your convenience. Come experience the Surfside way of life. Needs more parking spaces for the guests. Not enough elevators to accommodate the guests. Building should have at least 4 elevators. Other than that, had a great time.

The balcony faces the beach, which was a beautiful view. The condo had everything that we needed to be able to feel at home. The owner provided contact information for any issues and notified us when needed. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay in Destin, it was very organized, and the owner gave detailed instructions and made the check in process very easy. The condo was set up with families in mind, there are many extras, such as movies, games, streaming radio, beach chairs, and many more amenities. There was great access to the balcony from the rooms and the condo had a beautiful view of the golf. I can’t recommend this condo Holly enough, look forward to staying there again. This is our 3rd year staying in this condo! It is PERFECT for the 5 sisters!! Craig is the most attentive Host. You have a question and he responds Quickly!!! He is the BEST. This unit had very convenient beach access. The bedding and linens were extremely comfortable. The unit was great and had everything available as listed. Communication with the owner was easy and very helpful. I would certainly stay again!

We had a wonderful time, beautiful view of the Gulf and everything we needed at the homey condo. The owner is a delight to work with and was very attentive in case we needed anything. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Nice room, just right for our stay. Perfect beach. Loved having chairs but one of the chair guys wasn’t very nice. Our whole family stayed on the property some had issues with AC. I’m cold blooded so I was good at 74.

The condo is on 9th floor close to the elevator. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and water. The condo was a great size for 10,13, and 17 to share the guest room and my wife and I in the master suite. It had everything we needed from dishes and extra towels to beach chairs and beach toys and board games. The resort has a beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the beach. The resort is in a great location to restaurants and the main highway. We are already getting plans ready to book again for next summer.

We stayed here for my sons wedding that was located in the same place. The condo was very clean, had a beautiful view and very easy to communicate with the owners. A simple check in-check out process made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is very nice and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Listing is just as described. Check in was easy. Building was quiet. Elevators can get a little busy but it’s summer so that was to be expected. Loved the pool and the beach walkover. People were all very friendly. We liked that this condo was the first one to the right off the elevator. No long walk down the hall. Enjoyed our stay!

First off, everything was as nice as the property photos. Sometimes when you go somewhere, it isn't as nice as shown in the pictures trying to get you to rent it. This place was! Very clean, great amenities, beautiful view from the balcony. Plenty of towels and the washer and dryer was awesome to have. Plus you get 2 chairs and an umbrella set out for you every morning on the beach. They seem to pick them up around 4pm, but were already set out when we would go between 8-9am. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent this place again. Owner was great to deal with. Highly recommend!

The unit was perfect for our needs. It was equipped with everything we needed including water toys, books, and lots of videos. Beds were comfortable which is a big plus. The location is perfect with a wonderful view of the water and just a short stroll to the beach. It was the perfect place for a perfect vacation.

The layout of the Condo was perfect. It was very quiet after 10 at night. Safety wasn’t an issue. The view was spectacular from the balcony. Only draw back was parking. I feel that every condo should have at least one designated spot. We soent alot of time searching for a parking spot.
