THE GULF TOWER IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING.
Look at our spacious and well appointed 1,000 sq. ft. condo On the 7th floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The Gulf Tower is located 1.4 miles west of Highway 59.

The Gulf Tower is a low density high rise so there's lots of beach space for every guest.

Sunroom/balcony with sliding glass doors provides privacy and year long enjoyment of ocean. Watch the dolphins, wide variety of coastal birds, sunrises and unbelievable sunsets from the comfort of your balcony - warm or cool - rain or shine. THIS this is a perfect spot to sit back, relax and take in the awesome view.

Our beautiful private end unit on the 7th floor offers fantastic ocean views of glistening water and sunshine from the sunroom/balcony, living room, kitchen, hallway, and guest bedroom. Large Master bedroom looks out to the beautiful blue water of the Lagoon and is equipped with a new wood poster/decorative metal King size bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper), luxury linens, 42' LED flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private bath. The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed (Serta Suite Dreams), premium bedding, a 42"' LED flat screen TV, and ceiling fan with bathroom just across the hall.

The Oceanfront Living Room is a spacious open floor plan and has a 65” Smart TV and DVD player. Perfect place for family time or to just relax and listen to the ocean waves. Wi-Fi access in condo and throughout building and pool area.

Our family enjoyed our first stay in Gulf Shores and the Seabatical property was both comfortable and convenient. It had all the amenities we needed and access to the pool and the beach was perfect. Watching the dolphins swim by from the balcony every morning was incredible. Jill was extremely responsive and helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

This was our first time in Gulf Shores and this is a great location. The condo is well appointed and the closed in balcony is just a bonus room. We spent most of our time there listening to the waves and looking for dolphins, which we saw on numerous occasions! Communication was always timely and friendly. We look forward to coming back.

First time at Gulf Shores and was not disappointed. Location was convenient for several restaurants and groceries. Entertainment venues were within 10 miles. The condo itself was clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. View is beautiful!

The property is less than 5 mins from The Hangout. It was quite and so close to thr beach. Everything was exactly how it was listed online. The view from the condo was stunning. I will say the best part is the sunroom. It was the perfect place for coffee in the morning.

The condo is so close to the beach and had everything we needed. The enclosed balcony was wonderful as it was extremely hot when we were there but yet we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. The condo below had an issue that was possibly coming from our condo and Jill was great communicating with us. We had a great week.

The property was exactly as listed in words and pictures. The property staff we encountered were so nice and even though there was construction going on, the workers were very polite and there was no construction messes at all and the property itself (room, pool, parking lot etc) were very clean and well kept. Our unit was perfect for the 4 of us.

First time using Vrbo to make vacation reservation. All questions answered thoroughly and in timely manner. Clean, comfortable, great view. If you have electronics, bring chargers for wall outlets. If returning to Gulf Shores, will definitely check on availability.

What a lovely space to enjoy time at the beach! The condo was absolutely amazing! Met all of our needs and LOVED being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the ocean and smell the sea air. The pool was a perfect way to relax and unwind, too. We look forward to returning soon!

Nice condo and location. Well stocked with everything you need. Elevators are being replaced, so only 1 works. Other should be completed in a few weeks. Parking is tight (someone dinged my car with their door). Great view of the beach and the open air balcony is nice. Manager responded quickly when we needed trash bags (even though it was the 4th of July). I would stay here again and again.

Absolutely great. Need to find where you got cabinet inserts!! Beautiful. Wish the condo group could put screens on outside of sunroom so the sound of the sea could be heard inside. I know this is out of your control but it would be nice. Found EVERYTHING NEEDED FULLY EQUIPPED with very nice things. Wanted to extend stay but it was a holiday weekend. One last thing that you cant do anything about but the parking is very tight. Loved this place and would like to rent it for next year. Missed a rocking chair or glider in the sunroom that would make my rating a 5+.

We absolutely loved the room, especially the inclosed balcony area. It was our son’s first beach trip, he’s a year old, and I was nervous about that balcony area but it being I closed-in with doors made it perfect! Highly recommend!

This condo is very comfortable with lots of great seating, eclectic decor, and lighting options. The weather wasn’t the best during our stay so I was happy to have such a comfortable place to spend time and watch the ocean and beach. On the sunny day it was nice to have your choice of beach or pool; knowing the beach can be seen from the pool. I can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay. Everything was as explained in VRBO listing. Had a few miner issues that needed attention but Jill resolved the issues quickly. Really loved the enclosed balcony. It was really nice on the cooler days. The people at the condo were so friendly. Parking got to be an issue a few times but all in all everything was good. Just wish my unit was available for 2024.

Great location. The beach was very clean. Too cold to swim but did wade and saw dolphins swimming and also sharks in the water. It was a lovely time.
