My family and I used to stay in this cabin when I was little and it was my first time back in years and it completely exceeded our expectations! It was my boyfriends first time there and he loved it as well! My boyfriend asked me to marry him during our stay there and the overall trip could not have been better! We’ve visited Nubble Lighthouse many times—as in— pulling into a crowded parking lot and walking around for a bit. By renting Jamie’s Place we were able to dwell for several days within the aura of the Lighthouse and also the beautiful bounty of the ocean. What a spectacular setting! We are so grateful to have shared this place and will hold dear the memory of our days there.

The minute I walked onto the property and saw the view I was sold. But then you open the door to the most adorable cottage. Clean and everything is updated. Warm and cozy. I’m going to book myself this place every year that I can. Also manager is very easy to contact with any help you might need.

Just got home from two nights at this beautiful cottage. The cottage is very clean, bright and welcoming. We found it to be well maintained, beds were comfortable, the kitchen contains anything you need. The bathroom very nice and immaculately clean, nice pressure from the shower head, but the bathroom is very small and someone with mobility issues may have trouble with it. The photos in the listing are accurate but don't fully translate to just how beautiful this cottage and location are. It was quiet and peaceful and a perfect getaway. Fox's Lobster House next door did all the cooking for us. Very short walk to Nubble Light and the view from the deck was just spectacular. Jamie was very quick with a reply to quick questions we had at checkout. Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of property with the rest of us - I am already looking at booking a return trip!

This cottage is absolutely perfect in every way. Clean, cozy, and the location is everything you could ask for. The view from the deck is astonishing and relaxing. The property owner Jamie made sure everything we needed was taken care of and communicating with her was flawless. My family and I had a great time there and hope to visit York again. If we do, there’s no other place we would rather stay.

It is hard to describe the beauty of this location: It sits on the deep water of the open Atlantic with Nubble Light in view (close by). Such fun to meander about the ocean rocks and find a place to rest with a book, a coffee or a cocktail. Adjacent to this property is a wonderful restaurant (Fox's) with indoor, outdoor and take out services. During our stay we visited several times....never had to get in the car to drive to a restaurant. The place is pleasant but not large. I suggest 2 or 3 individuals. (The bathroom is tiny; for anyone with a disability, it would be difficult to maneuver in and out of the shower.) The views from inside are equally outstanding. There is a 2 sided deck with very nice chairs, providing again lovely views of the ocean and Nubble. Nubble was amazingly busy during our visit and close but interestingly none of the hubbub makes its way to the cottage. I enjoyed walking the Nubble loop daily. Jamie is most accessible and willing to please. I value highly her management style.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cottage. It was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, & it had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. We loved the magnificent views of the ocean & Nubble Lighthouse. Thank you Jamie for letting us stay here. We hope to come back again soon.

We had family in town and needed a weekend getaway. This cottage was the perfect place to give our family a taste of New England! Lobster next door, Dunnes ice cream down the street, and a destination in and of itself with Nubble lighthouse. We had a blast and our only lament is we couldn’t stay longer. Communication with Jamie was a breeze and the cottage was clean. We even got lucky and had perfect weather during our stay. Thanks!

This special little cottage gave us a much needed mini vacation for my friend and I. We couldn’t get enough of the view of nubble light from the deck. Kept snapping pictures through out different times of the day, never even left the deck except to see the beach, went right back to the comfy chairs and felt so relaxed. It was a awesome place catching up and the time just went by so fast we did t want to leave. So I would definitely recommend renting this lovely cottage, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to hang out, this is the place to visit, you will not be disappointed. We enjoyed our time in Maine, love the area. The cottage was great clean and well taken care of. The views of the ocean and lighthouse are amazing! I highly recommend this cottage, and we will definitely be returning here. Foxes restaurant next door has the best clams in the area and the blueberry pie amazing! Thank you Jamie for the use of the cottage we enjoyed our stay!!!!

The cottage was so quaint and cozy, loved the view to wake up to each morning with a cup of coffee. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Cape Neddick was amazing. Great cabin with amazing views. The owner is quick to respond with any questions we had. I would recommend getting to the cabin by mid afternoon so you can relax and enjoy the deck with the great views of the coast and lighthouse. We stayed two nights and would’ve stayed longer if time had allowed. We were unsure where to eat. We reached out to the owner and she provided an excellent recommendation. Enjoy your stay! You will not be disappointed.

I couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous view while I was there. I only stay one night but next time I’m in York I will be sure to stay here for a few more days . Adorable cottage with everything you could possibly need. Great deck in the back with amazing view. Love it!

Best experience ever

We visited for a weekend in early May to celebrate my mother's birthday. It was me, my wife, my mother and my two young children (2+5). This house was perfect for us. It is a quaint house; had all the amenities we needed. The location was phenomenal. You're as close to Nubble Light as the pictures suggest and the ocean was right out the front door. The only word of caution is that at this time of year, many of the York businesses are still closed, so that could be something for you to factor in, but we were very pleased with Woody's pizza, Dunne's ice cream and another restaurant on the Long Sands strip. Also, my kids were psyched with the playground at Short Sands, so all in all, we felt like we had plenty to do this trip. We would happily return to this house.

Great cottage and great view of lighthouse. Owner was very accessible and provided quick responses with any questions we had. Truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

The Cottage was very cozy and we really enjoyed staying there. The views are amazing. The only issue we had was the bathroom sink was leaking and we had to keep a cup under it to catch the drain water, so we couldn't use the bathroom sink the whole time we were there. We did let the owner know but a plumber could not make it out before we had to leave. We worked around it and just used the kitchen sink and still loved the place and hope to come back some time. We also felt like the location was very convenient to the towns close by. Easy to do the shops in Kittery, York, Ogunquit and Kittybunkport.

This cottage is beautiful and the views are amazing. Cottage is clean and neat. There were 5 ladies staying and we had plenty of room. We stayed on the deck a lot because the views are so spectacular! Just loved it!

The cottage was so comfortably beachy, with a great view of the Nubble and all of its activity! We saw a wedding party having pictures taken and a lovely rainbow over the lighthouse. Everything was clean and neat; everything was there to make our stay enjoyable! We enjoyed good food in the area and the Ogunquit Playhouse. We loved it!

Great place to spend a few days.. the house is incredibly comfortable and you certainly can't beat the view!

My wife and I just finished a week at the cottage. Perfect view of the Nubble Light. House is right on the water. Enjoyed watching the birds, seals and people around Nubble. The house is small but the space is well planned. Two bedrooms are a nice size. Bath is small but works. Kitchen and living area have great views with a wall of windows. Deck is right on the water. We hope to stay at the cottage again. Thanks Jamie for being the perfect host.
