STUDIO 24 is a beautiful refurbished unit, located in the heart of Waikiki across the street from the International Marketplace.
The NEW KAMUKURA HAWAII GROCERY STORE is located across the street on the 2nd floor. Just look for the elevators marked E Komo Mai - Great Food Awaits! Every thing you need is here! Including ready to eat sushi, beer, wine, and all spirits and mixes available. ABC stores are only a 5 minute walk away.

Turn on the TV or AC and you will never know. They are working extremely fast and start at 7am-5pm week days some Saturdays. Check our guest reviews we are proud to be 5*****.
Security and Safety Policy: We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen property. Even though you are in a secure building we ask that you lock the unit’s sliding door to safeguard your personal property and to conserve energy when you are not physically present.
No Drugs: Use of any controlled substance recognized under HAWAII STATE LAW on premises is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of security deposit. Violations will be reported to the police.
No Pets allowed: We don’t allow pets.
Building Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in our studio, hallway, stairwell, laundry room, BBQ area, unit lanai and all other common areas of the property.
Cleaning:
The one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee has increase due to COVID-19 it covers:
• Deep Disinfecting cleaning of unit before and after your stay
• ALL towels and bedding are laundered before and after every stay.
The one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee does NOT cover:
• Trash disposal
• Washing of dishes, glasses, and silverware
There is no daily maid service. Guests are expected to leave the property how they found it with dishes washed for the next guests. Please secure tie trash bags and put them in the LOCKED GREEN TRASH HUT out in front by the street for proper disposal. All debris and food scraps should be thrown out in the trash and not down the drains. MAHALO!
Taxes: The State of Hawaii has a General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.5% on all purchases, plus a Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) of 9.25% effective January 1st 2016. The State of Hawaii requires that all "short term rentals less than 180 days" pay the TAT and it applies to all hotel rooms, time share units, Bed and Breakfasts and vacation rentals. These taxes are passed onto the guest and are included in this agreement.

Condo was very clean and very nice decorated. Very comfortable bed and pull out couch. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving. In the bathroom you could fine all kind of products, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairspray, moisturizing creams, shampoos and even Advil. Has everything like you are in your own home. Overall we had a great stay here, and Rob and Judy are wonderful hosts. The unit is a 10 minute walk from the main beach, but still in Waikiki and very close to shopping, restaurants, the International Market, etc. The condo building is private and secure and has a nice little swimming pool. All in all, a very nice and affordable accommodation for our 10-day stay in Waikiki!

Waikiki at your doorstep. Minutes walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Located in the heart of it all. Couldn’t be happier with location. Studio is older but clean and everything in working order. Fully stocked with all the things you might need while vacationing down to the little details. Host Rob and Judy were great! So thoughtful checking in on us before arriving, during our stay and after we left. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we "met" the property owners Online our trip began. From their welcoming letter, to answering our questions about the area, helpful ideas, plus their concern for our needs, the way they take care of their property & all of our requests were dealt with in a speedy time. The studio is so well equipped that we only had to buy a few necessities. It prevented us from having to buy really bulky items, unlesswe wanted to. They think about you! From the pitcher of fresh water & ice to beach towels & toiletries. We couldn't say more positive things. Thank you for the experience.

Lovely VRBO! Very well appointed and stocked, and Judy made the entire process easy. Great for a getaway with your better half, well worth every penny as it offers more that nearby hotels that cost over double it than this rental. Will come again next time we find ourselves in O'ahu. This is our second time staying at this place, it feels like our own vacation home !
Our weeklong stay in the heart of Waikiki was superb! First, the location is centrally located where most of the must visits for foodies like us are just within walking distance. We walked everyday by the beach, just 2 blocks away! The condo is very clean and all common kitchen appliance and utensils are properly wrapped and separated. Beach accessories are also readily available, no need to buy! Construction is ongoing across the street but can't hear any noise once doors are shut. We recommend this place to our friends and family! Mahalo Judy and Rob for giving us the comfort to enjoy our Hawaiian vacation! Til we come back again!

Clean, well stocked studio great for 1 or 2 people. Close to resteraunts and walking distance to the beach. Only small negatives were the slight construction noise from across the street and the view is of another building.

Amazing owners & amazing location
I travelled solo to Waikiki for 11 days. Rob & Judy made this entire experience that much more in paradise! The condo is in the most brilliant location, tour buses, groceries, trollys all outside your door & the beach a 5 minute walk. I will most definitely be back and staying here. Rob and Judy you two are the best hosts with the best Vrbo Ive ever staying in!

You can't go wrong booking here if you want to be in the middle of Waikiki nightlife. The room is well appointed and comfortably accomodates 3 guests.
I found the main bed is a little firm, but then I have a 2 inch memory foam pad on my bed at home. The pull out bed is really comfortable for a guest.

Great location with all amenities close bye. Easy access and to all attractions and perfect unit.
Clean and equipped with everything needed for the stay. Amazing local decor and decorations unique and added to our stay. Comfortable and safe and at times seemed we had the whole complex to ourselves. Hosts very nice and easy to communicate and work with. They go the xtra step to make sure we were happy. Perfect!
I stayed in the studio for the few nights I was in Honolulu. The location of the studio is perfect, if you don’t want to drive it’s the perfect place to start exploring. The beach is just a few blocks away and there are amazing places to eat just a short distance from the studio. Highly recommend staying in Rob and Judy’s studio. On top of the great location, they were extremely welcoming, helpful and provided some very thoughtful extras.

Stayed in Judy and Rob’s lovely studio right in the centre of Waikiki, and could not ask for a better location. The studio had everything you could possibly require with lots of extras. Judy and Rob are extremely friendly and helpful in every way. We have stayed in many VRBO properties but this one excelled. We would highly recommend this property.

Very cozy with tropical vibe!
Such a nice and homey studio, very clean and comfortable bed! We love the proximity to a supermarket just across the street and lots of restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. Easy access to get in and out of freeway and private parking space provided which is hard to find in Waikiki! The host Judy was very accommodating and nice! Well recommended place and would love to go back again!

Nice Suite but Noisy location
The Suite had everything we wanted and it was clean and well maintained. The location is close to the food market and other amenities which was great but early every morning we were woken up by the Beep, Beep, Beep.... of delivery trucks backing up to unload products at the market.

A Diamond in the Rough
We were a little apprehensive at first booking a VRBO as it was our first time. Right from our initial contact, both Rob and Judy put our mind at ease. They went as far as sending us information about Waikiki and the surrounding areas prior to our vacation. This gave us plenty of time to plan our dream vacation. Upon arrival we found Studio 24 to be as exactly what was advertised. Super clean - super comfortable and super close to everything. While there if we had any questions about anything both Rob and Judy were available at any time. This was very important to us being first-time visitors to the Island. I can't say enough about our wonderful experience staying there. The Studio was very well stocked - even with some little extras that one would not think about. Secured WiFi worked well and the AC was greatly appreciated.The bus stop is right around the corner from the Studio. The bus system was very easy to navigate. The Beach is about a 10-minute walk and is stunning with lots of areas to be a beach bum for a day. Shopping - there were certainly a lot of shops to shop at ( souvenirs, clothing. groceries, etc) Can't go wrong with an ABC store on every corner. Restaurants are abundant in this area too with so many options to choose from. Highly recommend Rock Island Cafe and Murakami Udon. Should we ever go back to Waikiki - We would definitely stay here again as it was a very pleasant experience and affordable. Like they say - There's no place like home. This was pretty darn close to home for us...Mahalo Rob and Judy

Very pleasent experience
Our 11 nights stay in the studio was all satisfaction. We found the studio spic&span clean, very well equipped, with substantial thoughtfulness of the owners how to make guests feel comfortably at home. The location couldn't have been better: Beach close by, food stores as well as other shopping very short walk .

The owners were great people. Very concerned with our stay.
The refrigerator broke and we lost food trying to use coolers and a small replacement refrigerator. The pool was to dirty to use and the area was rough but very convenient to the market. Nice people and the room it self is nice.
