This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's email address used to book the condo when making the reservation through VRBO.

There are 10 pool bands in the condo. Instructions on how to access beach chairs, beach gate access condo, internet instructions and contact numbers are posted in the condo.

The condo is decorated in lush neutral tones evoking a feeling of calmness and serenity while providing an incredible luxurious beach vacation experience. The condo has all new gorgeous plank tile flooring in soft grey colors featuring the extremely popular weathered design trend. The counters are all a warm grey granite with incredible movement and coloration in the stone. There are vessel sinks in all the bathrooms and three walk-in showers!

This condo will take your breath away! The living room will have a queen sized sleeper sofa and love seat in a plush sand tone. The new credenza is dark weathered grey. There is a lovely accent chair which is done in a gorgeous coastal fabric that coordinates perfectly with the sofa and love seat. The coffee table, end table and sofa table are done in a soft distressed natural wood color. A large Samsung 65" screen tv is over the credenza in the living room for your viewing pleasure. New curtains with blackout complete this stylish look done in a soft cream tone. There are distressed ceiling fans with lights in the living room and each bedroom.

The dining area is exquisite. A farmhouse table with an incredible pedestal base in a grey-weathered tone is accompanied by high-end rattan chairs with cushions and the most incredible distressed beaded chandelier you have ever seen! The third bedroom has it's own private balcony. There are two queen beds in this room with stunning distressed headboards and large flat screen tv. New tile, granite in the bath with 2 vessel sinks and gorgeous walk in shower. This room also has a kitchenette with small refrigerator, sink and microwave.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counters, stunning cabinet hardware and brand new stainless appliances. Even the kitchen has a 5-star view and is open to the living and dining area.

The separate utility room has a full sized high-end washer and dryer and utility sink.

Our Tower 4, 8th floor, 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo features floor to ceiling windows providing all rooms with incredible views of the beach, emerald blue waters, and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. By far the best floor plan in Panama City Beach. All bedrooms and living and dining area have full on Gulf view with floor to ceiling windows in each room!!!!!


Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and seating is no problem--dining table for six and seating for three at the breakfast bar. Unit is equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. No public laundry here!

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older. There is a minimum 3 night stay.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Golf, zoo, water park, Pier Park outdoor mall, theaters, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are just a short drive away.
