The house was beautiful. Had that southwestern desert vibe. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely backyard to relax in. Pool was great. Dave was very pleasant and nice to talk with. House had everything we could have wanted and more! Hope to stay there again in the future. Loved it!

The home was very clean, the outdoor area and pool were fantastic! The communication with the owners was great as well and we were able to check in early. This was juat the vacation spot we were hoping for and we can't wait to stay here again. We enjoyed many days in the pool and then watching tv on the porch area. Highly recommend this property!

We just got back from our stay at this lovely home and cannot say enough good things about it. I have stayed at many home rentals and none have been so well equipped. Everything we could have possibly wanted was there and more. The living room is very comfortable with multiple recliners and a huge tv. Also, the pictures don’t do it justice. The backyard is so pretty and I really loved the small touches like the artwork on the walls. It was a good 20 min drive to most touristy things but easy (just straight down the I-10) but there were also lots of things within a 5 mins drive - like Ulta and bubble tea (which made the kid happy), Starbucks (that made me happy) and Costco (for the MIL). Something for everyone :). The pool was kept at a warm temperature which made swimming on the cooler days possible and the hot tub was great to warm up in. Also the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here for 9 days with an 5 month old baby and had a very relaxing vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything and more. They have very comfortable seating in the back yard and living room which made for a relaxing holiday. Loved the outdoor pool, hot tub and egg hanging chair. The hosts communication is fast and informative. We hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay and LOVED the heated pool and jacuzzi! We visited in Dec/Jan and the temps outside were mid 60's. The heated pool was awesome and we swam every day. Dave and Teresa were easy to work with. Thank you for a great family vacation house!

House was perfect. My girls enjoyed the pool a great deal. Very nice backyard and the beds were super comfortable. I hope to stay here again if my son has soccer in Phoenix next year.

We will definitely be back. This home was not only beautiful, but most importantly, it was comfortable. It's close to stores and restaurants and not too far fromt he Desert Diamond Arena. The owners were wonderful to deal with and made our stay simply amazing!

We stayed for a little over 4 days when you take into account the time we can get into the house and the time we need to be out of the house. We really like the house. It is fully equipped with all you would need. Well maintained. It is close to the track.

Our home A/C broke down in hot July and what we thought would be a 3 day stay away from home ended being 7 days! David the owner was super helpful and accommodating and let us extend our stay. His home was perfect for our family needs, he even let us come in at a earlier check in time to keep our family cool and comfortable!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It felt very safe and very well kept in my opinion. Everything you need in the kitchen and really everywhere is supplied. My husband especially loved the wireless printer available for use. We were there for spring break, and it was windy and cool some of the days. Mid 60's-high 70's. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing during that time. We also used the gas bbq and heat lamp in the evening. I have relatives in the area, so my family of 5 would stay again if available our next trip to the area. Kids 17, 16, and 10

Always feels like coming home. Very clean & thoughtful accommodations. Owner is excellent communicator & helpful. Weather was cold so we didn’t use nice pool or hot tub this trip. A few glitches with tv & dishwasher but owner was very responsive.

This property was the cleanest house we have stayed in the last 4 years of traveling. There was extra time taken to make sure everything that was needed was there. I was very appreciative the property had dishwasher/washing machine detergent, garbage bags, etc. The pool and hot tub were amazing and very clean. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat! Dave was very quick to respond to my questions and was always friendly.

We love the house, and we love the pool the outside patio. The house was very comfortable. But my wife is handicapped and the owner knew it. It was advertised as wheelchair accessible. Not true! All the entrances had steps. The pool had no electric hoist. The master bedroom bathroom door swings to the inside and blocked the toilet. There’s so many things that were not accessible. I recommend if you have a wheelchair accessible needs, or walker, you might think of another place. It was hard for my wife. The two car garage turned into the owner landlord Parking his car in there so we couldn’t even get her into our car without backing it out of the garage to load her in the car. Not good. It started out with an empty garage but he left and went out of town and park his car in the garage. The landlord loves to text you, and remind you to take the trash out and other little things that he gets his customers to do for him. Be prepared to work for this guy and then he charge you extra and claims you didn’t clean.! Hot tub went out on Thursday so no hot tub for the weekend! But I got a pet fee charge to me! Yes we still aren’t sure if the cameras were turned off. We were told they were. I hope they were. Paul Brown

We had a great stay at Los Arbolitos while we were in town for our daughters graduation from GCU. The house is exactly as listed-beautiful, comfortable, and clean with everything you could possibly need. The hosts responded quickly for any questions we had. We had a great stay. Everything about this house was perfect for us. Very well stocked with all our needs. Location is a nice quiet neighborhood. A little bit of a drive to Scottsdale and Phx but well worth it. We will definitely stay at this house again.
