WE NOW HAVE BEACH SERVICE!!! :)
Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

This one is as "on the beach" as our other ones. The view is the same, but from a little higher up which makes a difference. Also, it has a little extra quiet privacy.

Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Beautifully furnished in light and bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and king memory foam matress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning, and the sunset in the evening from the private balcony. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas Capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at: 556 Coral Court, Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Nice proximity to the beach but hard because no elevator to handle our our bags up the stairs so that was difficult for us! No oven was ok but the paid laundry was a challenge would stay again in a first floor condo! Really needed 2 bedrooms but we made it work

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights for Memorial Day weekend. The view is amazing. We loved hanging out on the balcony, and the beach. The condo was very cozy. Paul and Candy were very kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly.

When we pulled up I thought, cool. An older building probably gonna be a retro type deal. I walk in and there’s an odor. I thought it was because of it being an older condo. Turn the A/C down to cool the place off. After a few hours the temperature didn’t change. I opened the A/C closet to find a completely clogged coil. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in years. It did not have the filter installed properly. Someone cut a hole in the door and made a makeshift filter holder. The unit was pulling air from a mildew/mold infested A/C closet. I immediately took pics and emailed the owner. I had no response until the next morning and did not relate to the pics I sent. The checkin guidelines said to contact the maintenance guy but I felt this was above and beyond a maintenance guy. I called the owner at 7:40 explaining the night before and asked if he had seen my emails. His response was I woke him up from a good sleep. We talk back and forth (not once was he apologetic) and he refused to listen to what I was trying to tell him. He kept exclaiming that the unit had been working. He offered to get someone over there and I said ok and went to get breakfast. I sent the photos to the maintenance guy and told him the deadbolt didn’t work. After about 10 minutes the owner called and was acting bipolar. One minute he wanted to fix it the next he was kicking us out. Proceeded to use profanity and was very hostile. Kept complaining because I woke him up. So much more I want to say…………….

The view was breathtaking. Overall the Condo was extremely clean. We loved sitting on the balcony while watching the waves. Every so often we saw a dolphin off in the distance. We definitely will stay there again.

I loved the location, enjoyed views, very convenient beach access. Morning coffee on the balcony with amazing beach view is awesome. Stores and restaurants are close to the place. Be aware, that mattress in the bedroom is very soft, not good when you have back problems.

Needs some cleaning outside of property. Steps to each floor needs to be cleaned/swept. The inside of the condo was nice & clean though. But needs to be stated that there is no elevator. People handicapped or elderly would have a big problem.

The outside of the building is weathered a little bit but! The inside was great well decorated and very clean , great view of the ocean from the balcony , very close to the ocean and great parking. My wife and I celebrated our 21 anniversary and had a great time, the unit is perfect for 2 people , the only problem we had was the Vrbo property manager forgot to send the door code so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Other than that this is the pet friendly place to go in ft Walton the beach was beautiful and the condo was easy to get in and out. I recommend it to anyone

We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at Villas Capri. We were very lucky that we had weather in the low and middle 70s the whole week, and we really loved hearing the waves rocking us to sleep at night. The condo is snug, but all the neccessities were there, so we could cook our fresh seafood, and eat on the balcony, or go out to one of the many good restaurants in the area.

This is a cozy, perfectly situated condo in one of the last small number of units buildings. We were on the 2 bd floor and loved it. Great balcony, everything was clean and well stocked. Owners were very responsive and had thought of everything. Beach service was included— such a nice touch!
