About this house rental
Discover the relaxation and rest you will experience in our new home in Rosemary Beach! Our house is located at 63 Charlestown Avenue, north of 30A, directly behind Bombora Surf Shop and Barrett Square. Sit on one of the two wrap around porches and watch the activity without having to leave your house! We are right around the corner from the cabana pool and playground.
You will love the open living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor, which is perfect for hanging out and relaxing with the family. Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the house make for a spacious feel.
Decorated in a neutral pallett with big, plush arm chairs, and comfy couch the family room is a great place to kick back. A fully stocked kitchen with Thermador and Bosch appliances and quartzite countertops that was just remodeled in 2017 allows you to whip up some wonderful beach cuisine; if you are not into cooking, many delightful restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. Amavida Coffee is a great spot to grab a cup of coffee right across the street! It also is set up for internet access, for those of you who just have to check your email and possibly do some work.
Off the kitchen is a private courtyard with a small heated pool for the quick get away. Perfect for kids to have a 'private pool' of their own as well as adults to relax and wind down. There is an alarm on that door that goes off anytime that door is opened that can be silenced by a push of the button. There is also a full size gas grill right in the pool area.
There are five bedrooms in the house. On the main floor is a guest bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Second floor is the master bedroom with wood floors, king size bed and a large master bathroom and a walk in steam shower.
There are two other guestrooms on the second floor. The first one has a king canopied bed, walk in closet and private bath, and the other one has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds and separate bath, and closet. The second floor has private porches to take in the Rosemary ambiance and just get away from it all.
On the third floor is the kids den complete with two sets of twin beds (trundle) foosball table, bean bags and flat screen tv with dvd. This floor also has its own full size bathroom with walk in shower. All bathrooms have been recently remodeled as well.
There is even a pack-n-play there for those little tiny ones who need a space of their own. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen tvs. There is a full sized laundry room on the first floor, as well as an outdoor shower, and powder bath and outdoor gas grill by the pool.
Rosemary Beach was designed by the same town planners who designed Seaside 20 years ago. It is set high upon the dunes overlooking the white sands and crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
It is a pedestrian friendly, close-knit community, with the whole town on a five minute walking scale. The location of our house is perfect to access any of the shops, restaurants and the beach. Just plan on parking your car and leaving it until it’s time to pack up.
There are four pools, one covered and two heated, and two playgrounds are all just steps away. Just take a boardwalk and head on a five minute walk to the beach. There is even a fitness and tennis center, just in case the walks on the beach aren’t enough.
NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED IN ROSEMARY BEACH, UNLESS A REQUEST IS FILED AND GRANTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BY THE POA FOR MEDICAL REASONS ONLY. THIS MUST BE DONE BY THE RENTER.
So come and sit on one of the porches, grab a drink, and take yourself to a place you will want to call “your home away from home.'

The house was perfectly sized for 12 people, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a 2 minute bike ride past shops and restaurants to beautiful Rosemary Beach. It was a perfect getaway destination. Our host Amy could not have been easier to work with. Definitely will be a future vacation spot.

The house is in a great spot and generally well appointed, but during our stay some shelves fell and the faucet broke. After the fact the renter also accused us of having a pet there when we most certainly did not. So can’t go a full 5 stars

A kitchen for a family that loves to cook!
Twelve of us had a wonderful week at Oasis Cottage. It’s a perfect space for all of us to be together yet it has nooks and inside/outside areas for small groups to meet quietly. The community pool is about a one minute stroll so a large private pool was not necessary. It was warm and comfy. Walk the other direction.for a coffee shop and an ice cream parlor. Kids had a blast. Grownups too!

Perfect house, perfect location!
This was our family's first time at Rosemary Beach. We couldn't have been happier with the location and the home. The home was exceptionally located, wonderfully appointed and comfortable. Our family of two adults, a grandmother, and three kids enjoyed it immensely. We primarily walked to/from beach, shops and restaurants which were all conveniently located. While we didn't use them, there are bikes, a small pool, beach chairs and a lovely front deck to maximize your vacation experience. We did enjoy the rec room with games, the wonderfully stocked kitchen (with appliances and utensils), and the spacious, open main living area for sweet family time. (Just don't forget to bring beach towels like we did). Thank you for a wonderful time, Amy. We sincerely appreciate your warm, gracious and kind hospitality.

Great Location for our crew! Not right on the beach by any means but our kids are older and the short walk was no big deal. Great property manager with great communication. House well appointed and the layout was perfect for 2 adult couples and 5 kids. We would rent this house again for sure!!

September Rosemary Beach Trip
The house was lovely and very spacious with bathrooms (5) for everyone. We only had adults but also would be a great house for kids. Very close to Restaurants and shops and the beech was close by. I enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. Nice to have two parking places and bicycles were included. Amy was very responsive during the booking process. Would definitely stay at Oasis again.

Perfection at Rosemary Beach
What a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The photos truly do not do it justice. The house was superbly decorated, equipped with top of the line appliances, and everything you would need for your stay. Even though it rained a fair amount during our trip, we had the lovely wrap around porches to relax in and play board games or enjoy a drink. You can tell that the owners put a great deal thought and care into this home. A brand new grill was even delivered during the week. It was a 1 minute walk to get your morning coffee or go shopping, and only a 5 minute walk down the boardwalk to the beach. And to top it off, Amy, the owner, was absolutely delightful to work with. She was kind and helpful. Our family could not have asked for more!

Great Location!
This house is in a wonderful location I even heard people say as they walked or biked by “cool house”, “beautiful house”,”I want to stay at a place like that next time!”
The description makes a big deal about the wrap around porches, which are nice, I just wish they had ceiling fans so we could have enjoyed them more, it was a major disappointment especially since we saw our neighbors across the street enjoying eating and lounging under their fans. The “small pool” is. a Hot tub that doesn’t heat, pool shouldn’t be part of the description. Overall. This was a beautiful roomy house.

Great access to town
Location is fantastic. The property has a nice lay out with plenty of bathrooms to beds. The bunk room is good for kids but a little rough for adults. Also the top bedroom is a loft but it’s own bathroom to fully make up for it. Still the location and entertaining space makes this house a good rental for your time in Rosemary. Would totally rent again
